One of the most important parts to any business is making people feel important when they call your business the person who answered the phone (a young woman) was kind and empathic so much so that I wanted to leave a review even though I did not end up bringing you my trailer. Trust me when I say that I contacted a dozen locations most were unfriendly. You all exceeded expectation. Keep up the kind work. I m glad you re booked out a ways.Groomer ChrisSeigler Pet GroomingPS-to the kind woman who answered the phone. All is well. I had it towed to discount tire and put 2 new tires and wheels on it and we are good to go. Thank God!

Top notch professionals. Stuart and crew at Universal not only did a spectacular job repairing my built out sprinter van, but we re extremely patient in dealing with the insurance company who were an absolute nightmare to deal with. The insurance company refused to address my needs in a timely manner and Universal RV maintained the utmost professionalism. In addition to all of this, they cleaned the inside of the vehicle and it was spotless. Highly reccomend them for anything! Thanks Universal!

Denis was great to work with. He worked with our schedule and handled interactions with the insurance company. The workmanship on our repair was outstanding. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

It s impossible to say enough good things about Universal RV Collision in Longmont, CO. Stuart and his staff are head and shoulders above all the others in terms of customer CARE and SERVICE, honesty and integrity. Add to that the most impeccable quality of the work they do perfection. The waiting time for RV repairs now is months and months out, heard this September that they are now booking for next June. Get in line. I was not their best customer ever, in that in Colorado, once the snow season comes in early fall, it s next to impossible to sell an RV. It was very important to my situation to get the job done. It did take 3 months, but the final product is a beautifully restored motorhome that will be loved and appreciated by more owners on down travel the road. I was anxious, begged for the quickest turn around, a pain in the neck. And Universal Collison s remarkable team graciously came through in spades. Fantastic work! It is now listed for sale on 6 national RV sales websites. She's a beauty because of your craftsmanship.Thank You.

Universal Collision fixed our wrecked bedroom slide. You can t even tell it was wrecked and repainted. They had to rebuild the storage underneath the bed and that s nicer than it was before! They lined the entire area. Did a great job cleaning up the inside and out. Would highly recommend Stuart and all of his staff!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Perhaps they're good and repairing newer RVs, but if you have an older rig (mine is a 2006), don't waste your time here. Find another shop. They have very poor communication. Took over a month for them to even start a quote. Then I had to chase after information about whether they could find parts and/or complete a custom bodywork job. After many requests for updates they finally told me they couldn't do it. Why not just tell me this from the beginning?

Max was good to work with - answered the phone and actually called back if he wasn t available. Easy to deal with and set proper expectations. They repaired and repainted some minor body work on my RV. Had to do like 4 colors and looks good. Would certainly recommend over Lazydays any day of the week.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great experience, start to finish. There were a few insurance hiccups that Dennis and team helped me work through quickly. Dennis is super nice and was very responsive across the board. My van repair appears flawless, and the work was finished ahead of schedule. We have our go-to place from now on for any future body work - highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

UPDATED 10.07.2022The service and quality of work were outstanding. The people here are the best and treat the motorhome as if it was their own. Within the first half hour of arriving, I interacted with Ashley, Dennis, Max and Rick. I sent them photos of the damage to my 35ft Class A and they called me back within 30 minutes to give me an idea of the scope of work and the alternatives I had.I brought the RV into their place and they were looking at it within 10 minutes to let me know all my options. I cannot overstate how much more comfortable I was leaving our motorhome with Universal (see my other review for Cousins RV - much more difficult to get in communication). Throughout the process, Dennis would send me emails with photo updates regarding the repair process. Now that the work is complete and it looks good as new, I can say the team at Universal is far more accessible, friendly and informative than I have found elsewhere and they are perfectionists regarding their work. I couldn't be happier.Service: Body & Trim

Oh boy! Do I have a story to tell about Universal Fleet RV. A great story!I had a difficult case that Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision worked overtime to solve for me. I had an accident in the Spring of 2022. My insurance company was not cooperating with me or Universal Fleet. Universal negotiated the best result for me. They got the full amount for the repair with OEM parts. They fought through the insurance company and supply chain challenges to complete the repair. The camper van looks brand new and... wait for it... They delivered the completed van to my front door.Thank you Dennis and the entire Universal team. These guys are the real deal. I hope I do not need their services again, but I can highly recommend them to anyone needing RV repair services.Service: Body & Trim

I have a 20 yr old Lance truck camper that needed a roof repair. These guys were happy to take it on after I was turned away by a dealership due to the age of the unit. It really is in excellent shape and worth the repair to me. These guys didn't bat an eye. They put a new roof on- inspected all of the sub-layer and installed new covers for me on the AC and skylight in the bathroom. The work was done correctly, professionally and looks great. I know I am in good shape for years to come. They got me in quickly and finished the job quickly. I am a very happy customer.

I was very pleased with the work performed on my motorhome. Someone went through a red light and destroyed my front end. The windshield came out and the front cap needed heavy repair. It was completed in a time frame that worked with our busy life. We live in the RV and Max and Stuart did an amazing job helping me with logistics and working with my insurance company. Thanks for everything. I will be recommending them to my friends and fellow campers. Excellent service.

Stuart and his team are just awesome. You only have to talk with Stuart for a few minutes to realize he's committed to getting the job--every job--done right. From the second we walked in we knew we were in good hands. Universal Fleet RV and Auto Collision Inc. took on repairing our Honda, which had been rear ended in downtown Denver. Our car is pearl white, which is notoriously difficult to match the paint when you do repairs. It's flawless. And that is because Max, Stuart's right hand man, took it upon himself to make sure it was perfect. Amazing attention to detail! These guys are just fantastic: excellent customer service, great results, great people. We can't recommend them highly enough.

My 34 Ft CLASS C RV was towed to Universal from ND, where our Refrigerator caused an Explosion and Fire. The walls exploded then Smoke and Flames bellowed out of the walls and shot through the RV seeking all vents. The Roof, vents and covers melted as did the rolled up awning and interior decor. Though it took several months I found the crew/staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their workmanship excellent and we were given a week to take it nearby to check everything out and to see if they needed to do more. We found a few things, took it back & they were fixed right away.We highly recommend them. Stuart the Owner and Max he lead Repairman were most helpful as was the office manager.Thank you everyoneGinger Sue Thompson of North Carolina.

I'd give Universal 6 stars if I could. My wife and I had tried to get our black Sprinter van fixed at 3 different shops over 4 months (yes 4 months) before we took it to Universal. That included Abra, with the great reputation, who only told us they couldn't fix a vehicle of our size AFTER they made us wait a month to get it in to appraise it.Two side panels had been dented in several 1inch to 1/2 inch deep scrapes along about 4 feet of the the van. The first shops all said we would have to replace the entire rear side (and frame) of the van, leading our insurance company to want to total the vehicle out. We have a big family and this van is our kid mover and it was only scraped along the side, but everything else on the vehicle was in perfect working order. It made no sense that these other shops couldn't fix the van for under replacement cost.We took the Sprinter to Jeremy here at Universal and he immediately gave us a reasonable assessment where they could rework and reinforce the body damage on the rear panel and replace the sliding door front panel. Not only that, but they got us in shop in two days (yup) after we were ready to go with insurance when the other shops had all been weeks to a month to get in.When we picked up the van I was stunned. It was beautiful. The rear side panel was better than new and perfectly matched with the new door. Their body work guy, Jose, is an artist and I told him that. There's a designed styling indentation built along the side of all the new sprinters and Jose had perfectly matched and aligned the body indentation across both panels. You'd never know anything had ever happened to the van. Not only that, but they had repaired an unrelated seam that had popped free on our bumper and had painted over several other small dings from years of people who had bumped into/hit and run our van in various parking lots. All of that would have been 5 stars, but they also cleaned and shampooed our van floor without being asked. We had also had them paint the top of our van white to help with the heat on long trips and it looks beautiful and more importantly, can't be noticed from street level which Jeremy had assured us it wouldn't.All this is the say these guys are honest, skilled professionals and go above and beyond. What more can you ask for? These guys deserve your business. Thanks Jeremy!

Universal Fleet has to be the best collision repair shop out there. The level of perfection at which they do their job is incredible. It made me forget I ever had damage on my car in the first place. Very satisfied with the work. I have to give a huge personal thank you to GM Jeremy Padilla who was extremely helpful throughout the process and showed great dedication and passion for what he does. The best of the best.

I have actually had 2 of my trailers repaired here! One, a living quarters horse trailer as well as my stock trailer. Both times I dealt with Max and he was great! Everyone there always went above and beyond my expectations! (Including the guys behind the scenes!) I appreciated everything they did for me! And both my trailers look great!Service: Body & Trim

This is hands down the best auto / rv repair I have ever been to. Max and the entire office were friendly, welcoming, and seemed to appreciate my business (sometimes hard to find)! They were very busy, but they were still patient and thorough, answered all of my questions and handled the back and forth with the insurance company and adjuster as needed. Great service and team at Universal!

It's a rare treat to have results exceed high expectations! Our new RV needed repair and Jeremy's team did an excellent job not only delivering as promised but doing a lot more work than was originally scheduled. On time, on budget and with care that put our vehicle back to NEW! Special thanks to Maxx who was our initial contact. Stuart, Jeremy and the team did a great job for us!

Just a absolute quality job! The manager Jeremy took in my recently severely damaged camper and truck. He managed to get them both back to brand new condition in the time frame he estimated. I was updated continuously throughout the process and will be bringing my camper back if anything happens to it in the future. Universal RV is the spot to go to in the Denver area.

I have a 2016 Fleetwood Expedition Class A. It was damaged by the hail storm in 2017 causing significant damage to the driver's side and top of the RV. I used Universal Fleet RV before on a 5th wheel that I owned. At that time, Universal did a great job. This time, my repairs were done to an even greater standard. Supervisor, Jeremy Padilla, insured that all repairs where complete. He contacted the insurance company and made sure no corners were cut by the insurance company. His approach to making the customer an important part of the repairs insured outstanding customer satisfaction. I am particular and Jeremy met all my expectations. I Highly recommend Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision for your RV repairs and suggest working with Jeremy. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you, Universal Fleet RV and Jeremy Padilla for your professionalism.

Stuart and his crew are great. I had my RV's frame repaired at another shop in town, and when I pulled out of that shop my brakes and lights weren't working correctly. At 1pm the day before a long holiday weekend, they made time to check everything out and get me back up and running. Great people, good work.

Words cannot express my gratitude towards the staff at Universal Fleet RV. After enduring months of dead ends with our insurance company and other RV repair facilities, Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision accomplished in under a week, what others failed to complete in the 8 month's prior.Last summer, our one week old Jayco was damaged by hail. The insurance company requested that we send in pictures and they would determine the extent of the damage and prepare an estimate. The travel trailer is white and I could only capture the most notable dents with my phone and once I received my estimate, I knew it did not include all of the smaller dings. I informed the appraiser of this and he said we could take it to any repair facility for an estimate and they should be better equipped to take pictures. So we did just that and picked a local facility. By this time, all of the RV repair facilities were packed with hail damaged RV's. We knew we needed to be patient and that we may be waiting a month or more for an estimate. After a couple of months, this local repair facility was not able to reach a conclusion with our insurance appraiser on the damage. Our appraiser then hired an outside party to take additional pictures and video. The new pictures reflected some additional damage, but I still knew it was not thorough after watching the video they provided. This outside party was not able to step on the roof due to weather conditions and with the snow and cloud cover the pictures did not show the visible damage. At this time we are 7+ months in and ritefully so I am no longer patient. I took it upon myself to express my concern with the appraiser and snapped additional pictures. I am no professional so I used a pack of small post it notes and placed one by every ding. This resulted in us receiving a supplement and additional check for repairs. Finally after 8 months, at the recommendation of our insurance appraiser, we decided that it may be best to work with a repair facility that was a part of their network of repair facilities. Universal Fleet RV was one of the facilities along with some of the larger, faster pace, cookie cutter RV dealerships. Fortunately we chose Universal Fleet RV. I gave them a little of the back story but did not share all of my concerns as I wanted them to form their own estimate. I got a call just a couple of days later from Universal and they asked if anyone ever looked at the roof and noted that one side of the RV was missed on the estimate. I knew with this one call we were on the right path. At this time Universal submitted their supplements and requested for our insurance company to send someone out to confirm the additional damage, which they did. Now I must mention it would have been more profitable for Universal to make the repairs on the estimate and collect the insurance money. Instead they took the honest approach. They knew they wouldn't be doing the repair work if they brought the roof and side to the insurance companies attention because the RV would be totaled.I am appreciative of the integrity of the staff at Universal Fleet RV. Anyone looking for an honest and professional RV repair facility that puts customers first, should look to Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision.

If you are in need of R.V. Repairs, they are the only game in town!!! PERIOD. I brought in my pop-up camper and the work was done at a reasonable time (during the China19-Flu, shipping was slower) and price. Nick was very informative. He let me know as soon as the parts needed had arrived and when the job was completed. The initial price quote was quite close too. Nicely Done! (Hopefully I will never have problems again with my Recreational Vehicles, but if I do, I will bring them to Universal Fleet RV.)

On our way back from Kansas there was a wind storm worse than normal. The skirting on the passenger side of our creek side 30ft trailer was unleashed on the side of the trailer. Jeremy worked quickly with my insurance and then with me to finalize the work to be done. We had another trip planned and he worked quickly to get parts and the work done. He went the extra mile to put more fasteners on the skirt and washing the entire trailer and guarantee his teams work. The side of the trailer was scratched up pretty bad but now looks like new including decals. Another vendor was having trouble putting out my awning out right after his work and he graciously talked to them and assisted where he didn t have to. This is one of those times where I hope I never need his services again but if I do I ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this business.

Max, is the best worker and most understanding guy I've ever had a chance to speak too. He helped me out never made me feel like a bother. He showed me he truly did care. My RV is running great and thanks to max I had an amazing experience. Power surges they SUCK invest in a surge protector. Anyways, he truly cares about the place he works for and that is rare to come by. Even let my dad bad talk the raiders. Lmao 5 stars isn't enough. They need 10!

On 4300 mile road trip to see my 93 year old father around Fourth of July . Their team was so helpful. Limped my rv to universal. They let me stay at their shop overnight out front. looked at problem at 7am. Replaced two axles with brakes. Out the door by 3pm that day. Such an important trip for me and they saved the day. A reminder that there are still good people and companies out there. Thank you so much.

The Staff is great and friendly but when it comes to doing what they are hired to do big disappointment. I took my truck in for hail damage and ended up with a messed up interior, cloudiness on my doors and a runny paint job on my hood. Owner wouldn't admit to any of the damage inside my truck and it took me leaving my truck two more times to get the door fixed. If I had to do it all over again would pick a different shop and do my research instead of going with friends recommendation.

I wanted to give universal a shot due to their great ratings here on Google and on Yelp and wanting to avoid the big corporate shops but was disappointed both by poor service, lack of disclosure, and excess fees. I had major hail damage and brought my travel trailer for an 2nd estimate. The manager wanted me to leave the camper for the estimate instead of review it while I was there. I left it there and did not hear from back from them for 10 days after I left several messages for follow up, they still had no estimate completed and said they were trying to contact the insurance company. The insurance company decided to total loss the camper from another estimate I received so I went to pick up the camper the day they finally returned my call. They charged me $700 in storage fees that were never mentioned or disclosed to me and said they wouldn't release the camper to me unless paid. I considered calling the police unsure they could do much, but immediately directed them to the insurance company, who fortunately took care of the bill (ransom money). I would exercise extreme caution working with a company like Universal that didn't disclose fees to me, provides poor service, is deceitful and is one of the reason's insurance rates are so high. I welcome a response from them, but these are the facts of the situation.
