I am so thankful for Twin Peaks Auto Repair in Longmont! The mechanic was so helpful and explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what repairs would be necessary to keep me and my family safe on the road. We will definitely be using them for any future vehicle maintenance. Highly recommend Mike and his team!

I bought some new tires for my Chevy truck from Mike, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Got me in right away, and found me a great deal on quality Hankook tires. He also did a front end alignment that was sorely needed. Mike is a super nice guy, and I would highly recommend Mike and the mechanics at Twin Peaks Auto Repair. Twin Peaks Auto Repair replaced the left front "A" arm and all associated bushings on my 2001 Chevy 2500HD PU. The work was done with GM parts in the committed time and very competitive pricing! I have had no issue with the workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend the shop.

Go anywhere else. Gave them down payment to replace my rear differential. They kept forgetting to order the part for about a month. Then forgot i had already given them partial payment. Now also have issues with other work they did for me. Wanted to support a local shop but just bad experiences with them.

Mike and his team are exceptional. We were passing through in our van that developed a cooling problem. They went out of their way to get us in and back on the road quickly diagnosing a bad sensor. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Twin Peaks Auto Repair for years. We started frequenting after issues with other car mechanics. Mike is great to work with. He is very honest and reliable. He runs a great company and provides great service.

The guy Mike seemed a little angry at the world, but was very helpful. But I guess I don't expect super great customer service from an auto mechanic. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. He was the cheapest place around for the problem I had with my truck everywhere else wanted a minimum of $250 just to look at the problem. He fixed it for $280. And my car is running great, he even helped me find a different place to replace my tires because they didn't have them.

Needed my car looked at in a hurry, and Twin Peaks said they could squeeze me in the very next morning. When I brought it in, they were ready to work on it right at the appointment time, not "leave the car here and come back in some many hours." Lucky for me, it was an easy fix, and quickly done. The charge was more than fair, and I left delighted. Couldn't be happier with this auto shop.Service: Engine repair

We went to Twin Peaks Automotive because of the reviews and were not disappointed. Not only were the repairs significantly less expensive than quoted at Meineke, but Mike saved us $200 by doing some legwork to get a part covered by a manufacturer's warrant. We got in quickly, and although we had a lot that needed to be done, all of the repair work was completed same day and for less than the estimate because of the warranty on one of the parts. They are straightforward, honest and went the distance to save us money and make sure things were done correctly. We will go back!

I took my VW Beetle in for an alignment. When I picked up I was told they were unable to adjust rear toe in. I said that did not seem right as there was plenty of room left in the slotted holes for the adjusting bolts. They put it up on the lift and showed me them applying a hydraulic jack to try to force the stub axles into alignment. I took the car home and looked at it and then returned to the shop to point out they had not loosened all the bolts. They put it back on the lift, loosened the correct bolts and set the toe in for the rear. Back home I looked at what they had done to the front. One wheel had obvious positive camber and one had negative camber. I took it to another shop and asked to have the camber checked. They were able to adjust it correctly, but said it took a little effort to move the adjusting eccentrics as they were rusted in place and had probably not been moved in years. Full price for a 4 wheel alignment and these characters essentially did nothing. Glad I was not stupid enough to go back a third time.Service: Wheel alignment

I had a lot of work I needed done on my '02 Dakota and I needed it done sooner than later! Mike Grubbs down at Twin Peaks Auto Repair had me taken care of in a day and was more than reasonable on cost! I will be returning to him anytime I need work done on any of my vehicles. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family... Stand-up guy. Stand-up service!

This was the first time I have ever been in, my boyfriend recommended them and they exceeded my exceptions on everything they did. I love that they were honest with me about everything and they don't over gouge you on their amazing work. It is extremely hard to find a company that has both of those qualities and I will be returning to them will all my repair needs. Thanks Mike you and your team are rockstars!!

Mike was honest, efficient very hardworking and I would definitely recommend him FIRST before any Auto Repair Shop even outside of Longmont. He took the time to listen to my mom; also he took the time to explain to where we understood perfectly. Best experience; Thank you for helping my mom Mike!!

Mike is absolutely the best. I was fortunate to have met him through a colleague in town and now I wouldn't take my vehicles to anyone but him. Not only this, but I refer all of my own clients who may be needing auto assistance to his shop. Simply the best, a Longmont gem. DOUBLE THUMBS UP ... WAY UP!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSMy family and I USED to take our vehicles to Mike at Twin Peak's every time there was an issue. The last experience was so outright awful, we'll never go back.Went in for an oil change. They overfilled the oil by a couple of quarts resulting in a serious rear main seal leak.HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Mike and the team at Twin Peaks are in business for a reason, and that reason is true compassion and competence. I've spent thousands there on my two vehicles, and words can't express my thanks to find an autoshop that values its customers like Twin Peaks. Nothing was overquoted or underworked. When they identified a problem that I didnt come in for, they always showed me the problem before if possible and afterwards if not. I trust these guys, and with one stop at their shop, you'll see why you should too.My biggest thanks and gratitude goes out to Mike, I had already left town and my girlfriend was leaving after me, and on her last day, I sent her on down to ask Mike to check the air, as her loaded car wouldn't fill up the tires right at the gas station. I had to tell her how much I trust Mike and just to go see him, and he did not disappoint. She called me and told me how sweet he was and how good he made her feel, instructing his staff "well u heard the lady, fill em up to 32!" Didn't charge her either, which she was worried about because I left ahead of her.Now our only problem is finding a mechanic this good in the new town. Gonna miss Longmont, and Mike and Twin Peaks is a part of what I'll have a hard time replacing in my new home. Theres a reason they had 5 stars when I found em, and theres a reason they still do!

This place is great - Mike was super helpful and informative on what was going on with my car & what needed to be done. He promised to have it ready for me the next day & came through on that, despite some unexpected difficulties. I'm new to the area and psyched to have found a local, reliable shop that I will continue to patronize. Mike is very friendly & even gave me a ride home.

!!BEWARE!! Mike is dishonest. We went here based on the good reviews. Went in for a basic oil change. After getting the car back it was running poorly/dying. I checked the oil level and it was WAY overfilled! When we brought it back in and explained the problem, Mike took notes and assured us this had never happened before and they would fix it. When we went back to pick it up, I checked the oil level before going inside. Unbelievably, the oil level was STILL just as overfilled. Mike came out and checked it himself, looked shocked, and had us come in and wait another 20 min for his mechanic to fix it.When I checked the oil level later that day it was STILL a couple quarts too full, AND now it has a bad leak from the rear main seal!!! Average cost for repair $850 (Mike quoted us $1400!?! ) haha as if we would ever go back!!!

Michael is a straight shooter whose been here in Longmont for nearly a decade. I always had the best service here. The guys knew that I live on a limited income and always made sure to tell what was essential and what could be put off for awhile. Every single woman in the world needs a mechanic as trustworthy as these guys are!! Too bad we can't clone them!I live in Southern California now and I sure miss this auto repair shop!!

We only take our vehicles to Twin Peaks. They are professional, don't try to gouge you, and work as quickly as humanly possible. Many are those in the area who know this, as well, so expect to have to work a bit with their schedule: they're often busy in advance, so keep that in mind.
