Rolland and his team did an amazing job with my unordinary installation requests. They completed my installation in December of 23 before I left for the winter to boondock in the desert. I am just now writing this review because I wanted to fully test the system and it works exactly as they promised. Rolland thank you so much for all the hard work! I will send all my referrals to you. Pete "The Heat"

Solar Power My RVAfter a long search I found Roland and David at Solar Power my RV. I filled out the questionnaire for what I need in solar equipment. I received a call from Solar Power, and we talked about what I wanted and came to terms on the installation.I was a Power Maintenance Engineer for at&t for 35 years and the guys at Soler Power My RV know the language of power and installation.I built the shelving and back plains from � high density plywood to support the equipment. Roland did the installation, and it is very clean, and all the equipment was arranged to fit in the space provided (see photo). I sent this photo to a ATT Power friend and he replied That is a work of art When the job was complete David and Roland did a complete test of all equipment installed and existing. We tested everything better than a RV Dealer delivery walk through.I stayed in the Longmont area for two days to test real time operation. I did a 630AH drain test and recharged with no problems. Down the road 3 days I had a glitch in the screen monitor, I sent a text to Roland and received a call back in less than a minute. Simple reboot and all is well. Roland was able to log onto my system and see the past performance of the system and everything has been well since that time.In closing, the decision to use Solar Power My RV was the right move and the personal attention given to the buyer is what makes me feel this is the only place to get this work done.Thanks again Solar Power My RV you know how to do it.Ed

We've had a year now with solar in our trailer, including a lot of boondocking on two month-long trips. Everything has worked beautifully. We're glad David and Rolland coached us through getting a full setup with charger/inverter, so we're ready for the times we have electric hookups, and the majority of times when we don't. With the AC soft start they installed, we can even be confident (along with a temperature monitor) that the cat will be comfortable when we're out. The few times we questioned how the system was working, we just had to refer back to the notes the guys provided, and confirm everything was working great. Very happy!

I wanted to replace a dying AGM battery underneath the van with an inside lithium battery (and other goodies). They accomplished it with quality parts and workmanship. Very pleased.

We were very pleased with the recommendation given by David and Rolland for solar power for our camper. And we were very pleased with the quality of products as well as the quality of work. It is absolutely adequate for us and has been very successful providing us with the power we need off the grid. David and Rolland did an installation of a Victron Energy Solar power system in my van. Almost six months in of daily use and the system is working flawlessly. Clean, fast, professional installation, high quality components and fair pricing.Not only do they do great work, but they re good people! They even gave me a ride to and from my hotel, while my van was being worked on! I ll be going back for additional work to add to the system in the future.

David and Roland did a great job installing our new solar power system in our Grand Design Solitude. Everything was done on time and communication was excellent. I really appreciate how clean everything looks.We got to use it this summer on our 2-month/7000 mile trip and it worked perfectly. Can t say enough good things about these guys and the quality of their work.

Dave and Roland did a professional install for our 2022 Omni. Everything works just as they advertised. We needed plenty of battery and solar (1200 watt) to handle our residential style refrigerator - they designed a system that keeps our LiFePo4 batteries (600 amp hour) charged enough so that we do not have to operate the generator at all through the night. We operate the refrigerator, microwave, water pump, furnace, fantastic fan during the daytime without worry. The lowest the batteries discharged overnight was 78%, and they were back to 100% by the afternoon, in good sunlight. Great Job. Definitely get an appointment with the pro's.

David and Rolland did a spectacular job of planning a solar system to meet our needs, staying with in our budget and communicating with us during the installation. We had to drop off our rig and were out of state during the install. Every step they took pictures to show us the progress and layout. On the day of completion they walked us through the entire system and how everything works. We're living full time in our rig, mostly boondocking,for a year since the install and are so glad we used David for install.

David and Rolland did a superb job finalizing the installation of the solar power system on my Grand Design 5th wheel.I had installed the solar panels and most of the equipment but needed help connecting the inverter to the shore power and breaker box. They took care of that for me, started up the system, made all necessary settings and spent time showing me how to operate everything.Everything was done quickly and efficiently and on time. David and Rolland are so knowledgeable and great to work with. Call them for any of your RV solar needs!

David and Rolland installed 400 ah of lithium batteries and an additional 700 W of solar panels to our Airstream in the summer of 2022. Our system works wonderfully and enables us to Boondock all we want. They did a very neat installation and turned the work around in very short order, they do fantastic work.

I updated my trailer to a lithium battery and more solar with the idea of being off grid.I am currently living off the grid and everything works the way it was intended.My solar and battery are keeping up to my needs.I enjoyed working with David and Roland. They worked quickly and my trailer was left in a clean condition.They also showed my how everything works.I would work with them again. They also answer any additional questions I my have.

We had solar panels, batteries and wiring installed by AM Solar in Oregon eight years ago on our Lance trailer. The batteries wore out and we had a couple of cold nights for us and the dogs, motivating us to look for a replacement of the batteries and a check up on our system. At first I couldn t find anyone nearby so it looked like a trip to Oregon would be necessary. I stumbled upon David and Roland and arranged to come up and visit, see what they offered. We couldn t be happier with their work in upgrading the system , new lithium batteries, some additional panels. They are friendly, competent and supportive. When the new batteries started losing energy quickly they rode their motorcycles from Dacono to Parker to assess the problem. It turns out I managed to pull out the safety brakes on the trailer chewing up power and fixed it. My fault and they did a house call! I can recommend them without reservation.

They were true to their quote, installed top notch equipment, and accommodated all I asked of them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I totally recommend these guys. I wanted to upgrade to Lithium and had no clue what I needed. I simply told them what I wanted to run, and for how long, and they were able to recommend the perfect capacity with the ability to easily upgrade if needed. They worked efficiently and triple checked everything before returning my vehicle. It's been 9 months since I upgraded with them and my system has performed flawlessly. I have the ability to run off practically any power source. All the way down to 15 amp house current! Some places say 50 amp, but can really only really supply 45, and I can tune to that without popping the parks breakers. They installed soft starts on my ac units. They even wired up aftermarket led light bars exactly where I wanted them. These guys really did above what was expected and I strongly recommend them for any Lithium and any Solar needs.

David and Roland did a super job installing a solar system on our 5th wheel. They fully understand how to design and configure all the equipment for a top notch installation. Excellent to work with and did a great job of explaining how it all works. I am really pleased with the neat clean appearance of it all and they have everything labeled nicely too! Since we first contacted David & Roland for an estimate and reviewing our solar needs every part of this process was great. The estimates were detailed and straight forward. The very well designed and organized installation was completed within a week. The walk-through pre and post installation was smooth and they both answered all our questions clearly. The communication for this whole process was excellent and we felt very comfortable with their professionalism and expertise. We especially want to add that while on the road weeks later we had some questions as we learned the system. David and Roland responded promptly and were patient as they answered our questions to further enjoy solar; truly great guys. We very highly recommend this company and we would use them again if we got another RV in the future.

David and Rolland were fantastic to work with. I had an accident while travelling through Colorado on my way home to British Columbia which wiped out the solar panels on my converted Van. I sent a message looking for help over a holiday weekend and these guys actually called me back! In Colorado = on Labor Day weekend!! First thing on Tuesday morning I was in their shop getting the best care and service I have had in a very long time, hands down. These guys care, and they are honest and friendly and I am very lucky to have crossed their paths. I highly recommend doing business with people like Rolland and David, they have integrity and knowledge and offer high quality service at a very fair price.They even checked in on me the next day knowing I would be driving a long trip, just to make sure everything was running well and to see how far I had gotten on my journey home. If you have a chance to do business with these guys do it. You'll be happy you did.

David and Roland are awesome! They provided quick and fast response when I was seeking an installer of a solar system on our 5th wheel. We diverted our travel plans to Denver area just to have David and Roland install 5 solar panels, 600Ah batteries, and all the controls. They installed the whole system in a few days, provided us with detailed instructions on using, and even followed up with us a week after departing, just to verify all was working well.David, even helped me troubleshoot a problem with our rig's automatic transfer switch that failed - a component outside of their installation. He helped me troubleshoot, find a replacement part, gave me tips on replacing the switch, and was available to answer all my questions during and after replacing the transfer switch (Shore - Generator).I highly recommend SolarPowerMyRV!!

We are extremely pleased with the service and solar set up we purchased with David! I'd done some research ahead of time just to try to understand what I'd need, and David separately let me know what he'd think I'd need, and we had both determined the same thing. So I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on anything and was looking out for our best interests. But I also know zero about installing electrical things, so I was glad to have his expertise for that, lol. We decided on a lithium battery/solar setup so that we could take our 26' travel trailer out for several days without worrying about power. And then the actual process was painless - we simply dropped our trailer off and a few days later we had the BEST new set up. We can now monitor our battery very easily via an app and the absolute best part is that we don't have that fear every night that our batteries are going to drain past that magical 50% mark (And who knows when that actually happens with those useless factory battery/tank monitors that show only 1/3, 2/3, and full?). The solar panels fill the battery up quickly and easily on sunny days and even on cloudy & snowy/rainy days we've seen it fill quite a bit (which I didn't expect). And with the powerful 2000 W Inverter Charger we got we can even run all of our appliances (including the AC for a short time) while on battery! We're so excited to have this new system and think it was all very well worth it. David is very well versed in all of this and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend using him and getting your rig set up with solar!

My son converted a Sprinter van and I decided to join him on the first leg of his major journey. We had travelled to Denver from Toronto Canada at which time I was leaving to fly home. We encountered a major issue with our solar system and reached out to Rolland and David.They immediately made time to help solve the problem. These guys went above and beyond, offering ways to make what we had even better. You occasionally meet people that our special and just great ambassadors of how we should treat each other.I was able to fly home knowing that my son could continue his journey with a system that was working.Thanks David and Rolland

Excellent service, high quality hardware and fair prices. I m not a solar expert but David and Rolland are. Their high quality installation is evident with the photos on the pit web site. With campground crowding and other conditions we are looking forward to extended boon docking with our 5th wheel , now that we have 800 watts on the roof and 400 ah of Lithium Lifeblue battery . I would definitely use and recommend Camping Express again.

We used this team last year to install new solar panels and batteries. This year the batteries installed had an issue and the team completely took are of us, credited immediately for the old batteries and installed new ones! The batteries were not their issue, but they honored their work and took great care of us!

I discovered Camping Express LLC during an online search near me. I contacted them via their online form and received a reply within a few days. I brought my motorhome to David for measurements a few days later. He offered to perform the installation at my residence after the panels were received. David arrived on the time scheduled and installed three panels within 2 hours. He did a great job and I no longer have to worry about my batteries. Job well done!
