Jake was great. Super fast response, great service, and the only people in town that would touch my Porsche. Jake could not have been friendlier. Also, great salesman! Sold service upgrades I was completely interested in. Will use again and recommend!

Pride is an honest run establishment with excellent customer service. They explained to me what was going on with my car in a way that I actually understood which made me feel safe to leave my car with them. I had received quotes from different auto shops, including the dealership, and I felt like Pride was the only place that clearly broke down for me what I was paying for. The complimentary Lyft back to my home was a really nice touch as my husband was working and I was able to get home safely. And they had the repair done in the same day! Just a great experience all around. Thank you, Pride!

Thank you so much to Pride Auto Care for getting me in so quickly and doing such a great job. Excellent customer service - they let me know what was going on every step of the way even when my insurance wouldn t. They went out of their way afterwards to try and help with the minor body work my car needed, no extra fees/charges!

I was driving across 3 states with myself and two daughters for a long awaited doctor appointment. As we entered into Colorado an awful grinding noise started to happen while I braked. I came into the Pride Auto in Longmont with fear and tears not knowing if I was going to be able to make the doctor appointment we had traveled so far for. From the second I walked in there they had a calm and assuring presence. They took my truck for a quick drive to determine what was happening and had it fixed for me within an hours time. They took care so quick we time to fit in a bit of fun before our doctor appointment. They truly saved the day for this mama. I 10/10 recommend.

I had to take my car in for a coolant leak, the process was smooth, and I appreciate them offering rides to and from while having the work done, but the pricing was all over the place. I highly recommend having them email you a copy of every quote they give you, because every time they d call the total was different.They also may over charge on work. They had recommended replacing the oil pan gasket as well. They said it d be 10 hours of work for that, when in reality it averages about 4-5 hours work. I get being a little over, but TWICE the average? I d never had an issue with losing oil, so I denied it.I had them do only what I went in for, and after some research it doesn t seem like I was overcharged for it. But after the (in my opinion) crazy estimate on the oil pan gasket I d still caution people to do their research before accepting anything.

I have taken my car into Pride a few times, most recently today. They took care of my brake problem, and got my car back to me today as promised. They always get the work done when promised and I find them very reasonable. Very friendly staff. I will only take my care to Pride Auto Care.

Excellent, professional service. Then why 3 stars? Biggest problem was/is their time management. My Chevy Venture died, no starting. Traced it myself to faulty camshaft sensors. Called Pride to ask when the could get me in for service and they told me right away, tomorrow, first thing in the morning. Great, much quicker than my regular shop which had a 3.day wait! So I had my car towed to Pride. Long story short, 10 days later, they finally got around to fixing my car. Parts weren't the problem, they got them within hours and it could have been a same day service. When I called during this 10-day period, I got the "So sorry, we have a huge backlog on repairs ... just clearing out the bays" or "So sorry, shortage of mechanics, we just had a new hire, we will get to your car right away" ... yada, yada, yada. Mind you, I had to initiate the calls. From their end it was "crickets" (My usual repair shop keeps me updated DAILY throughout the whole repair process). I do not mind waiting, but then please don't tell a customer that you have a slot open the next day. They must have KNOWN when I called that they already had a huge backlog. It feels almost like a "bait 'n switch". Would I use Pride again? Probably yes and see if this time they can keep their promised time (or at least close to it) and if satisfactory including the repairs then I might give them 5 stars. But for now, 3 stars have to do!

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee i put in, Rhys and the guys looked it over told me the issues and was affordable. Rhys was friendly and courteous and answered questions i have. I often read reviews to check out places for services and gave them a shot. They are open on Saturdays, which many are not and I take that as a sign of not being serious (IMO though). And there always the fear of being taken advantage of, in these economic times when every penny must be saved. Check them out if you need help

It would have been 5! The owners, techs and support staff are wonderful. The issue was one of communication. I went to get some work done, but when I got there they didn't have the right kind of fluid. They apologized, and said they'd have the fluids tomorrow. I went back the next day, and two of the techs were no-shows, so it didn't get done. I went back two days later and the work was done in half the time they had promised, and they "made it right" by giving me a substantial discount.It was clear to me that they are fully invested in doing the best work they can, and that they treat all the customers with respect and dignity. I was very appreciative of their efforts on my behalf.

I didn't have my pully puller installer with me so I took my 79 f250 in to have a simple power steering pump replaced,this consists of 3 bolts and 1 adjustment nut,and removal of 1 small pully. After 6 hours I walk across the street to check status of a simple 1 hour job if that. The manager tells me the pump is here but they haven't installed it,then tells me the bill will be almost 800 dollars. This is probably about triple what a simple simple job like this should be,60 bucks for a pump,I don't mind paying for a service if I can't or choose not to do it,but don't try and take advantage of someone who actually knows what's going on. I can assure you I bought a pully puller for 40 bucks and installed a 60 dollar pump in 45 minutes.Lmao .now to prove my point the work was completed for 300 ,almost triple.

This place price gouges. My husband took our car in for a broken door latch. They didn t have the part and couldn t fix the problem today. They charged $134 for the diagnoses. Additionally they provided an estimated repair cost of >$600. They were going to charge us $380 for a latch, that my husband was able to see in their print out, would only cost $92. I called Jeremy s garage (my go to) and Dillon looked up the part and quoted $290 parts and labor. Don t give your hard earned dollars to this business. Jeremy s garage is honest and reliable.

My mom and I just bought a Dodge dart and the people at pride have been so much help in diagnosing the multitude of problems they took the time to find the real roots of the problem not just slapping a Band-Aid on a bigger issue. as well as working with me to create a plan that works with my budget to get me driving again they re very nice people and I highly recommend working with them.

I recently had a flat tire- this was the first place that came up on my search which I was thinking I just needed air in my tire, I called they said to bring it down, I m hopping all over the place just to get there luckily it was only 5 minutes away from me- it was a bumpy 5 minutes.When I got there- they were all so so friendly, especially Tulia. She was right by my side and I was panicking, they did an inspection and I had a huge tool like object that went through my tire. Tulia said she would call and find the cheapest tire because financially I was in a really rough spot. It was a lot, and it took a few days to get it all figured out, and after all was said and done. They gave me a major deal with a tire and a rim. I appreciate their efforts and understanding so much. They were so flexible, kind and understanding that I just felt safe really, and that I could trust them. The manger Zach approved the rate/discount which I will be forever grateful for. They work with you and all care about their customers.I appreciate yall so much thank you. I will be back again, when something comes up with my car.

I just visited this shop for the first time. Had a great experience! Super friendly, professional, and helpful. They helped make sure I was getting the cheapest price for the work I needed done. They inspected my vehicle and allowed me to choose what further work they performed. Easy to work with systems. The technicians here are fabulous. I worked with them on my Volkswagen, Passat That wasn t running or driving when I had it towed into their shop they got it up and running and safe to drive for me and my family, absolutely wonderful people very honest and straightforward.

I had my car repaired to the tune of $3000.00, to date they have still not replaced my wheel covers they broke. Their corporate office does not respond, nor exist; they charged for work that did not need to be done whilst they were troubleshooting. To top it off...they have no record of the work performed in their computer system. Yesterday I was told by a different shop that I need new rear brakes... Odd, since Pride Auto charged me for new year brakes not even a year ago and my mileage doesn't warrant wear and tear in less than one year... Which begs the question, did they actually do the work they charged me an arm and a leg for... ? Beware just be aware.

They try to take advantage of people. Will tell you that you need a service that is actually not needed (had another mechanic check), charge for services you've been told were free ( i.e. tire rotation on tires purchased from them) and do shoddy work to get you to come back.They did an oil change for us and the next time we used someone else. They told us our oil filter was leaking because it was put on crooked and that the plug was not even finger tight. If we would have waited much longer, our engine would have seized on us and we would have needed to replace it.

Traveling through from out of state and my water pump went out. It was a HUGE job to fix!. Pride Auto jump ed right in without an appointment and got to work right away. They gave me a ride in a personal car then had Lyft pick me up to bring me back as it took a few days ( although it could have been much longer) the desk staff was friendly, the mechanics were knowledgeable. My car suddenly kept dying while slowing down or stopping and it idled roughly. I called and they immediately got me in and had my car looked at. After a quick fuel induction treatment, my car feels like new. They diagnosed the problem and I couldn't be happier with how quickly everything was done.

Incredibly patient, transparent, friendly, and took great care of me in an emergency. They were the only place open on a Saturday morning and I couldn't be more grateful to have stumbled across them. I almost wish they weren't on the other side of the state so I can visit regularly for my car needs, because I am thoroughly impressed with them. I could list a hundred more praises, but I'll try not to sound like a raving lunatic. Just above and beyond!

JUST AN UPDATE WHEN YOU DID AN ESTIMATE: YOU PRICED A MORE EXPENSIVE SET OF PARTS WITH A LOWER COST FOR LABOR. YOU PRICED A LOWER COST SET OF PARTS BUT YOU RAISED THE COST OF LABOR. HOW ON EARTH IS THAT PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT WOULD TAKE THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME TO DO THE JOB. CHECK YOUR PROFESSIONAL LABOR GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION TIME, IT'S PRINTED FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL ESTMATES.THIS PLACE IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR! It was so awful, I hesitate to leave all the problems that occurred for fear of retribution. I was upcharged immediately, which I acquiesced to (I asked for semi-synthetc oil change but consented to full synthetic.). I felt very Intimidated, treated rudely with condescending attitude presented throughout the whole experience. Parts were left unassembled under my hood, after I left I checked under my hood myself and saw immediate air intake not connected. It felt like they were holding my car captive until I consented to immediate work that did not need to be done at all or at least immediately. For an oil change and estimate I was stuck there for over 3 hours. The oil change had not been performed for at least 3 hours into this scary experienceI would not refer friends nor enemies. All I wanted and expected was an oil change, an estimate and to be treated fairly. That is not what happened.

Called ahead to make sure they could help with my problem and weren't too busy. Went in and was greeted by super friendly staff. They took my car back immediately and gave me very frequent updates while I was waiting. They even took me out to the garage a couple of times to show me what was going on and what they were going to do about it. Great customer service, great work, and great prices. I took a used car from the dealership next door in to get it checked out in order to make sure there were no major problems before purchasing. They were able to get me in quickly and kept their promise the work would be done within an hour. They assured me there were no major problems to be concerned about and made me feel comfortable about buying the car. Friendly staff. A little on the 'spendy' side, but what isn't these days. Thanks!

Edit: There must have been a change in management because now I am being recommended to replace items that are not even wore or needing replacement. This place has changed. They were quick though, so there is that.My air conditioner starting blowing hot air, Pride got me in the next day and got me fixed up in 2 days, one if you are talking regular business hours. The whole team was awesome and they explained everything very well and I left feeling like I was taken care of by friends or family. The way they document their free inspections with a oil change is awesome, I love it! I work for a dealership and know how important it is to communicate with customers, they have done and did a amazing job. Highly recommend!!!!Service: Air conditioning

10 out of 10 stars! I took my car in initially in September of 2022 to get checked out for over heating and the check engine light being on. Water pump, hoses, coolant housing, oil change, new batter(my car sat for 7 months) They ran a diagnostic test and called me and told me what the issue was and how much it was going to cost . I was finally able to take my car back in march of 2023. Sarah helped me all the way. She was FANTASTIC! I was able to get an appointment and have my car brought in within 1 day. They were completely transparent with me from start to finish, communicated via phone, email and text about what they would be doing along the way and if any new issues had come up. I m not sure which technician worked on my car but THANK YOU for doing an amazing job! Amazing pricing, amazing communication, amazing customer service! 100% recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement
