Excellent service!! I got a chip repaired in my windshield in 15 minutes. The whole experience from pulling up to leaving was 20 minutes, tops. They were very kind, courteous, and generous! The chip was rather large and now looks next to nothing. They saved me a ton of money not having to replace my entire windshield. Thank you Premium Auto Glass! I appreciate you!!

I ve used premium auto glass to replace our car windshields when needed recently we ve begun to use them to replace the windshield on our business trucks. They are always on time and do great work! This last week one of our guys was supposed to pick up the truck. For some reason he wasn t able to. Premium auto glass put it inside for us to keep the truck safe overnight! I truly appreciate them going above and beyond like that! We will be bringing all of our trucks to them.

Best auto glass shop in Boulder County. They repaired 2 chips, did a fantastic job, and even printed off a coupon to give me 20% off. Jim fixed my chips up in less than 10 mins and was super friendly and professional. If you like good customer service, this place has it in spades. I'll be going here for all my glass needs from here on out.

I had my windshield replaced here a few years ago and they did great. This time, however, I had to go back in the next day because there was an air leak and the sensor cover fell off on my drive home. I was also not pleased to have to clean up all the debris off the dash and hood after the install. Side note: if you have safety sensors in your windshield they can t recalibrate them here and tell you to get that done at the dealership. Just another hassle Service: Auto windshield replacement

Well again let's put it this way I have been looking for reasonable windshield chip repair shop and they nailed it. Since Boulder County Risk Management denied my claim for a very small detail I have been searching for someone inexpensive. They fit the bill and the tech told me honestly that since it happened a few months ago you have to put a piece of Scott's tape over it when it happens and get it fixed ASAP. Who knew knowledge and LOGIC always a good thing!!!!

Nothing to do with this location specifically, but premium auto glass and safelight auto glass avoids at all costs talking to their prospective clients. I had a very specific question and trying to get a hold of anyone via their answering service...but the answering service doesn't give you an option to talk to anyone. Luckily they have chat option on their website that was able to tell me that they CAN replace a very specific item but even they just give you the same phone number you find online to make an appointment. I tried to make an appointment online (because that's the only way you can make an appointment) and they give you options on what you want replaced but none of the options provided are what i needed that I was just told they were able to replace via the chat online option. The least they can do is add an 'other' option so that my quote is accurate.

I highly recommend Premium Auto Glass of Longmont! They were helpful, friendly, quick and professional. They made sure to transfer any passes/toll stickers from the old windshield. 110% Customer Service. My insurance underwriters messed up and didn't add coverage when they should have. Amy and Theresa worked tirelessly to fix and work with insurance during claim resolution over the course of a week. Work was finished quickly and professionally. First time i got a chip on my windshield, and chose this place for repair. I stopped by end of the day as i just got off my work. They were able to get it repaired in less than 15 min and made it look way better, i could see only couple lines which is totally fine, + they didnt even charge me as it was one of those good days. Overall, I m very satisfied and highly recommend this place for chip repairs, probably more.

I had an amazing experience at Premium Auto Glass! I stopped by on Dec 23, 2019 with a very small chip in the windshield of my new car. I was upset to already have a chip. I was promptly greeted, my car was taken right back and finished so quickly. I was surprised it was so quick! I was told I would still be able to see the crack. I haven't even noticed it since I got it fixed! I will definitely recommend them and hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I'll be back!

This is one of the nicest repair shops I have every dealt with. Seriously. I almost never post reviews but courtesy and professionalism of this place was outstanding. I highly recommend it. Awesome service. I've had windshield replacements in the past and received great service. I just had a rock hit my windshield, took it in and they fixed the chip on the spot and didn't even charge me. We've gone to Premium Auto Glass in Longmont several times now for windshield replacements and they have always given great service and done great work. Recently I went in to get a chip filled in my windshield to try and prevent it from cracking entirely. Scott helped me out and did the work on my windshield and gave me information on how to best try to avoid further damage moving forward. When I asked about payment he told me not to worry about it and comped the work. I was so surprised I didn't know what to say! I had initially made and appointment to go to a different glass company and pay over $100- but I am SO glad I remembered to call Premium Auto Glass and bring my car there. stopped by on a Saturday morning with a cracked back window in my truck and I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days after to get it replaced. Dropped off my truck at 9am replacement was done by noon! And they worked with my insurance company to get it paid. Fast and great service! 100% recommend them for your auto glass needs.

I'll agree with what everyone else has said. I had a small chip and they said if I came in instead of using mobile service, I didn't even need an appointment. I brought some reading for while I waited, but the whole thing only took about 15 minutes. And that was with finishing up the person in front of me. They didn't charge and sent me on my way. They only asked that I keep them in mind if I ever need a full replacement. From at least this experience, they have my loyalty.Service: Auto windshield repair

I spoke with Stan and gave him the make model of my vehicle. That afternoon he came back to me with a price that was over $150 less than the next company.I had an appointed booked for the following week. Their installer showed up to my office 10 minutes early (Awesome) and had my new windshield in and ready to go in about 45 minutes.Great service from start to finish. Not only would I recommend (I am an insurance agent and this is who I am going to send my insureds to) them I am going to continue to use them for all of my personal vehicles.

After getting a large chip on the windshield of my almost new car, I stopped by and they repaired it in about 15 minutes. After the repair, the chip is barely noticeable! Scott was very friendly and professional. I'll be back to get the windshield replaced on my wife's car.Even better, Premium is locally owned!(Unlike the other guys)

Wow, this was the first time I had used Premium Auto Glass, let alone a mobile service. This was great! Jason was the service tech who arrived. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the service and completed it quickly and with high quality! If/when I ever need a windshield replaced, Premium Auto Glass will be who I call. Thank you for a great experience!

I highly recommend this facility. I went to them based off of the online reviews. My experience with them is they have a nice, friendly and honest staff. Their price quote was so much lower than another competitor company and the service time was within the timeframe I was told. I see them as a reliable shop which I will be taking my wife s car too in the near future. Thank You Premium Auto Glass for getting my Black Diamond LTZ Chevy Avalanche back to original factory state with the new glass. Your team has performed a great service for the safety of myself and my family for our upcoming road-trip.

Great price and service for my windshield replacement! And then they went way above and beyond to help me out when a large rock left me needing a second replacement in less than a week. Absolutely outstanding, highly recommended.

An installer stole $50 from the center console of my Jeep. I let the owner know about the situation and he couldn t have cared less. This is fair warning to lock up your belongings, or they will be stolen by this company.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Premium Auto Glass is a very good company and they stand by their product and their work. Will use them again when that time comes around. The office contact is awesome, she knows a lot, as well as the manager. Installers were excellant!

Had to get chip fixed in windshield. Scott helped me, and was incredibly quick and kind about it. Was in and out in around 10 minutes.We waited inside and the place is also super clean and covid set up. Would go back again if I needed anything else.

This in my opinion is the best glass company around. I had a cracked windshield and they came out and replaced it within 4 hours of calling them. They billed my insurance directly and I didn't have to worry about anything with them their installer Steve I believe his name was out of Longmont was awesome!

Under new management recently. Great people and customer service! Scott replaced a couple of windshield side covers that were not installed well by the previous staff. He worked me in with their other jobs. I highly recommend Premium Auto Glass!

Never is fun to find your car's window was broken. I called around to get it fixed and everywhere was either booked out a week or way over priced. This place was awesome! I dropped off the car that day, they ran to their supplier to get the exact manufacturer window which was quite a distance. Then gave me a big discount. They did a great job replacing. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will go back.

I came here to have a chip in my front windshield fixed. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, the people were really nice, and the mechanic did an awesome job. I'm definitely coming back here for my next repair/replacement.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. They do great work and got me a better quality windshield than I would have gotten by going with one of the corporate auto glass chains. The only reason I felt 4 stars was appropriate was the fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and a statewide mask mandate is in place, yet no employees at this business are wearing masks to protect their customers and each other. No one is enjoying the requirements in this new world we live in, but I personally find it irresponsible to ignore the very real risks of potentially infecting one of your customers who may have health conditions that make them more vulnerable to this virus. If you don't care about that, this place does quality work....Service: Auto windshield replacement
