Josh A. Is always fantastic to work with. Second time I ve had my truck in for a major service and both times he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Both times the warranty has come in super handy and Josh was able to make it a very smooth process. I am in the automotive industry and know how challenging warranties like that can be and he always makes sure he makes it happen. Thank you Josh!! I can t express my gratitude enough for Josh and all the guys in the service department at Mike Maroone!!

Josh went out of his way to help me. He worked with Ford warranty, Hertz rental, and kept me informed throughout the process. He is one of the good guys! He reminded me there are still people that care, will do their best, and have your best interest at heart. I am grateful for his customer care and service!

Josh was great at taking care of us and the car. He was great about letting us know what was going on and the problems that came up so we could plan ahead. My car was in the shop for 23 days. Josh Anderson could not of been more helpful. He got me into a loaner as soon as he could and he argued with the warranty department to get my whole service covered. By far the most helpful person I have ever worked with at Ford

Joshua outdid himself repeatedly during the last repair on my Ford Fusion. He went to bat (twice) with my extended warranty company, enduring long hold times and incompetent operators. He made sure a complicated diagnosis was accurate by double checking the results. All with good humor and excellent communication.Thanks!

Buying a car was my first big purchase after graduating college. I've been to a few dealerships around Longmont before I got to this one, but Mike Maroone Ford Longmont was by far the best, not only in service but also in car selections and communications. Some of the other dealerships seemed to not even know what they had available, and made us wait hours just to even look at a car. My salesman at Mike Maroone, Dakota, gave us top of the line service as well as good communications (giving us his personal cell for contact). Although he was young, he was super professional and handled us like we were his top clients. I came in looking for a Subaru, but left with a Ford Escape. In the future, I would buy from here again. 10/10 experience.

Please read my post at Mike Maroone Cadillac too. I was upset last week and assumed something that was wrong.I was wrong. These guys are incredibleWe will be in a replacement vehicle and Pat the manager fixed everything.Please accept my apology everyone.Whichever Mike Maroone dealership you choose, you can be sure that the staff will go all the way for you and your family. Trust your vehicles at Maroone service department as well.

Scheduled a recall appointment and I was told all the parts where there and available. Went for appointment and was told the parts were used on another vehicle. So I was out of luck, and I needed to reschedule for another time

We bring our work fleet from Loveland to Longmont because of how well the service department is run. We have not had good luck up North. Mike Maroone Ford got us on the schedule and replaced an eight-speed automatic transmission that had failed replaced and on the road in less than two weeks from the first phone call. That's turned around faster than I could get an initial visit at the more local dealers. If you live in Northern Colorado this is where you want to go for factory Ford service.

Went to get an oil change, after about 45 minutes the recommended a brake fluid flush. I agreed. I waited over 2 hours, everyone left. Nobody told me my truck was done being serviced. They new I was waiting. Had to wait another 20 minutes just to pay for the service because the entire service department was gone. Completely unacceptableService: General repairs & maintenance

One lady was very nice.... But the service manager is extremely rude, confused and short tempered. The way he spoke to customers was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen in my adult life. This guy should be tucked away so far in the back room that nobody should ever have to deal with him again. Total shock the way he can talk to customers and gets away with it. And to top it all off, upper management will defend and deny when these actions are brought to their attention. ZERO accountability is the reason these guys act like this. It's gross. Avoid this service center at all costs.

I have been to Mike Maroone Ford on multiple occasions since we moved to Longmont a little over a year ago to have work done on my 2018 Explorer. I have pretty much dealt with Josh and he has gone out of his way to help. In reviews, I have seen talk about how long they've had to leave their vehicle with them for diagnostics and repair...complaint after complaint. I've been down that road with them, but I can tell you that they aren't the only dealership that has this issue. Just for an oil change at other places they were scheduling for over a month out. I was having computer problems and I had to leave my car for almost 3 weeks. I can say that communication is not their strong suit, but when I can't get a hold of someone on the phone, I just walk in and wait till I can talk to a person. Josh, in particular, is extremely busy trying to get everyone's service warranty tickets approved and I have seen him on the phone for a long time talking to them. Service warranty companies can be a bear to work with...lack of reps, poor customer service and their knowledge of what they do leaves a lot to be desired. But Josh has always come thru for us, he has even been able to get our final invoice lowered and he has fought with our service warranty company and got more than either of us expected.I have found that if you try to understand that YOUR car isn't the only car in that shop and show courtesy and patience, you will get a whole lot further. They deal with rude people all day long because of various reasons like it's their fault that your car has a problem. For whatever reason after this pandemic, people in general have become more rude and act entitled. I have had them tell me that they appreciate our patience with them and our courtesy towards them and then they will go out of their way to accommodate us as much as possible.Dealerships always tend to be more pricey than a local mechanic and it's just not here in Colorado...it's all over the nation and has always been that way. If you don't like that and it's not a factory warranty issue, find a local mechanic to do your work and stop griping about their customer service. Poor customer service reps are everywhere and it's frustrating to the customer...I understand that. This service department does stand behind their work. If it's not right, they will fix it at no cost to you...unless of course it turns out to be something else.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I just left Mike Maroone's Ford Longmont Service Center and they rolled out the red carpet of accommodation for me in a way I didn't know was possible. I have never left a dealership service center feeling more respected and accommodated, or more confident about leaving my car in the hands of such amazing people. My service rep (Joshua Anderson) and service technician (Colby) were thorough, honest, and respectful. They helped in every way they could and I am so grateful to have chosen this location to have my Ford Edge serviced. After an experience like this, I plan on being a Ford customer for life!

Had oil change service done on my F-150 and the Tech noticed my oil pan gasket was leaking as well as my timing cover so the team worked hard to get me in and taken care of in a timely manner. Josh Anderson worked with my warranty adjusters, was accommodating and got me a rental for the days needed to complete the jobs. Amanda Jenkins was also very helpful when it came time to check the rental in and get me back on the road.Service: Oil change

Your quality of service depends on who you get. The service representative, Ronson, was great! However, the front desk gentleman was very rude. The wait time just to get your car looked at is quoted at 4 or 5 days. That s absurd! Not to mention, they charge an arm and a leg for any type of service. On top of that, they replaced some washer nozzles for my windshield wiper fluid reservoir and didn t even fill up the fluid as a courtesy. This was after they had my vehicle in for several weeks for replacing a turbo, then having it AGAIN to fix something they probably should have checked when they had it the first time. So, over 4k spent there later, I m just sorely disappointed and probably will never go here again.
