After being swindled out of $800 for a repair at another auto body shop in Longmont that never actually got fixed, I was nervous about going to another mechanic in town. Additionally, the dealership I went to was so expensive. I starting driving to Louisville for auto care, until one day they couldn t get me in, so I tried Midas. I m so grateful that I did. They are honest, affordable (more than a dealership), knowledgeable about cars, and accommodating- always willing to try to get you in. I won t take my car, or my daughters, anywhere else. Thank you!

I absolutely love this shop and refuse to take my car anywhere else. I trust the team at this Midas in particular to never overcharge me or push to have unnecessary work done. Their techs are always very up front about how long I can wait on maintenance and never push me to get anything done that can wait for a little bit, while also making sure I know the risks of putting off maintenance for too long. I highly recommend these guys!

Service was good, but at a price. We returned to Midas based on their free lifetime pad replacement Warranty . Ended up paying $100 more than the Firestone estimate and Firestone was charging us for pads. Shame on me, Service Advisor was good at his job. Do your homework, get another estimate. Doubtful we ll be back.

I was referred there by my coworker and I'm glad she did. The Midas in Longmont was amazing! Great customer service, great work and all in decent time frame. They will definitely be my main go-to shop for my truck

I ve taken vehicles to this particular, Midas, at least a few times over the last few years. Today I took it in and it needed a new thermostat and water pump. I have no argument with their labor charges however, the markup that they put on parts was ridiculous. I was overcharged $123, just on parts. Now I know shops will tend to mark up parts, I know this, I understand it, but one part in particular what they charged me for, was literally just shy of the price of buying the same part twice. It was a 93% markup. That is inexcusable and that is why people do not trust shops.

These guys are great! They re cheaper than the dealership for maintenance on my newer car, and they do an awesome job keeping my old car up and running for a really good price.

Look no further than MIdas of Longmont for professional customer service, repair or maintenance on your vehicle investment. I have had lots of personal experience with this team over the years. They have been there for me every time I needed scheduled maintenance and unexpected service.. Why go anywhere else ? With similar services offered nearby... those other guys can t offer everything this shop can.. it s a one-time-shop here.. and now days everyone s time is more valuable than it ever has been so why waste your time and go back and forth with those other guys .. oh.. hey yeah.. this is what we can t do and oh this is what we can do .. Midas of Longmont is where you need to be.. and when you go in for your first time, they ll ask for some basic vehicle/personal information.. I get coupons in my email (no junk mail) for services and all my service history is saved.. which helped me troubleshoot a previous mechanical issue with my investment and saved me alot of money and time. These guys have the equipment, experience, resources and services you d expect.. and that is why I come back every time! Thanks guys! Ha.. I ll see you on the next one!

I was looking forward to trying Midas, they seem to have fair prices and knowledgeable staff. I went to get my front brakes done. Specifically said from Bart Ritcher We are not out to gouge anybody, I personally watched two different techs torque the wheels I was pleased with the experience. Only 4 miles down the road (on a highway) the lug nuts and studs were BROKEN out of the wheel. Maidas did come out to where the car broke down and followed me back to the shop to refix the car. Without a tow having to drive it back I had to stop because the back plate was also rubbing and they would fix that as well. This was a HUGE on their part and only offered to fix their mistake for free. Never admitting to the mistake, just thanking for the patients. I spent 5 hours between dropping the car off and getting it refixed my brain wasn t in the right order to put together what actually happened **Their error was not grinding off the rust on the hub so when they put the rotor on and tightened it down, then the alignment wasn t completely flush, which then torqued the wheel to tear it off.** The job was NOT done correctly and they took zero ownership of how detrimental the problem was and how it affects the client (based on extended time). Luckily the car isn t damaged from driving broken back to the shop.

I went to Midas to get my rear brakes fixed and thought it was only my pads and rotors. It ended up being my caliper also. I was not happy because I just got it done last summer at the boulder Midas and spent over 1,000.00. I did not drive over 30,000 miles to wear the caliper out. The manager at the longmont Midas was very understanding and helped me out. I will always go to the longmont Midas from now on.

This is my first time getting work done at this Midas, and it won't be my last. After years of overspending at my dealership, I figured I'd get brake work done at Midas after I saw they had a coupon for it. I was blown away. Bart, Matt, and co. were not only very friendly, but the service I received was high quality AND affordable. I've never received service this good from VW, and I was practically paying double. (Not to mention the time I waited there for 5 hours for an oil change.)If you need work done, and are unsure about where to take your car for a good prices and service, give these guys a shot.Services: Tires, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Took my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for routine service. Scheduling was easy. Truck has 52000 miles on it. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. I have never replaced the cabin filter. It was pretty dirty. They replaced it and said the air filter was good until next time. I waited for the truck and they were fast. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a reliable place to get your vehicle serviced. Staff were friendly and polite.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Bart Matt and and their specialty mechanic Tim they are the best in the biz! I take all my vehicles there, personal and my fleet, including my daughters and I have referred many friends to them and every time they do exceptional work. I took my truck in for some breaks they found a couple of other problems and took care of them for me also and for that I thank them wouldn't take it anywhere else.Service: Brakes

I ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years, this Midas is by far the best I have ever worked with. They diagnosed and fixed my 2017 RAM quickly and efficiently. While waiting for my truck to be fixed I witnessed the same amazing service I received with every customer that walked through the door. Don t hesitate to bring your vehicle here, the work will be done quickly and most importantly correctly.

BART is the best!!! Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority! I needed my windshield wiper reservoir fixed and they were able to troubleshoot and repair it in a timely manner. They have earned my business from here on out. Went in for regular maintenance but left with new belts and shocks too. Of course , not was I was hoping for but felt Madias staff to be upfront and truthful. Work done timely and professional. They even did an old part show & tell so I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will definitely return for future maintenance needs.I have continue to use this Midas location for all of my maintenance needs. I went to the Grease Monkey for an oil change and left the lot and after 2 minutes my car was smoking. I took it back to Grease Monkey and they couldn't figure it out and pointed me in the direction of Midas. They figured out the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it for free.
