Professional, Straightforward and Efficient.Finding a car repair shop, service advisor and mechanic one can trust is difficult, IMO.Recently I had the pleasure of working with the Meining team.My service experience was the best possible and could not be improved. Bill was perfectly accommodating, extremely knowledgeable about the technology and he was very professional during the entire service process.He and his mechanic made additional repair/service recommendations which perfectly made sense to me which were taken care of as well.All work was professionally performed in a timely manner, and I plan to continue visiting Meining Automotive for all my needs.

I found Meining on a Google search to have my Tacoma fixed. They had great reviews and I decided to give them a try. So glad I found this place! Trustworthy, honest, thorough and dependable service, at a fair price. Thank you Meining!

Always an honest assessment and fair priceI went in thinking I had an electrical problem. Turned out to be something minor. Meining always delivers great service at a fair price. It's why I've been going to them for nearly 25 years.

I have been taking my vehicles to Meining Automotive for over 20 years and they have always provided excellent service and honest assessments of repairs and maintenance. Recently, my son was in the process of moving to FL and we took his vehicle in for a trip check. The vehicle needed a major repair without which he could have been stranded on route to FL. We were under a time crunch to be able to get to FL and there was some question about if the repairs could be completed in time for the trip. The repair person and Bill the owner went out of their way to get the repairs done so that yhe vehicle was ready the day we needed to leave. Simply amazing customer service!!!I have never written a review for any business before today and probably won't write another since all businesses seem to ask for a review any time you visit but this experience with Meining deserved recognition.

We have used Meining Automotive for well over 20 years to service & maintain all of our personal vehicles, both pickups and cars. We have always found Meining to be friendly, honest, fully knowledgeable, very reasonable in their pricing, and as thorough as can be in servicing our vehicles. There may be other auto mechanics in the area who are nearly as good, but certainly none that are better. These guys are just the best! Honest, reliable, professional, friendly, and just simply amazing all around.I was having car trouble ie my battery light kept coming on and the dashboard indicated check system. I thought the battery was weak since the car was kept in the garage for 3 weeks. So, I drove it one day, and it seized up on me, battery light was on ABS light was on, and there was this burning smell. Went to Costco to get a new battery and thought all was good, but the next day, same thing happened. Called these guys at Meining and they were booked out for 2 weeks. They knew something serious was wrong with my car and squeezed me in. Thank heavens for that because the day we brought the car into their shop, it was smoking by the time we got there. If we had driven any further it might just blow up in flames.The alternator was bad and they were able to replace it in a day! These guys are just amazing! Thank you Meining!

After utilizing another shop for the previous 20+ years, I decided to use Meining. Being only days before Christmas I wasn't sure I'd be able to get in and the car wasn't necessarily drivable. After calling, Bill advised to bring it by. A day later, and after finding a separate issue, the car was repaired and running great. Meining has gained a new/satisfied customer!Service: Engine repair

Always Excellent!I have never received anything but great service from Meining. Everyone is nice, but more importantly I feel the advice I get and the recommendations given are trustworthy. They only recommend services that are necessary, taking into account safety, the age of the car and what it s future purpose is. I have been bringing my cars here for nearly 15 years and have always been more than satisfied.

Meining Automotive has always done a great job for me. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for about 15 years now. In addition, they have worked hard to help other clients I have recommended to them, and have always been very generous and resourceful. I never have to worry about getting excellent service at a fair price at Meining. Their honesty is impeccable.

Vehicle needed repaired to make it drivable again. Meining got it in w/o appt and got it back to me quick.These guys stand behind their work & don t settle for anything but the best in service performed. We are so happy a neighbor recommended Meining Automotive. We feel our Subaru, which is getting older, is in great hands. We have been going here for a while now and would not consider any place else. The prices are in line, the work is excellent. Never have we felt pressured and feel what is done is needed. And it is discussed prior to the work. We feel our Subaru will last a lot longer now that it is in such good hands. Everyone is professional and friendly. We have been taking our vehicles to Meining for over 18 years now, and I still feel the same about their service from day one to today- it's top-notch! They always find room to get my car in, the quotes/consult is honest and objective, the repairs are done well, the service is the best, the bill is always fair. You won't find a nicer bunch of people anywhere!

Our 2011 Subaru Forester check engine light came on and air conditioner stopped working. We and chose to take it to Meining Automotive. They were very quick to run diagnostics and determine the issue. Great communication, honest, fair and competitive cost, excellent work, and quick turn around!Bill Meining and staff were fantastic! I have taken my personal and business vehicles to Meining Automotive for years. They are trustworthy and do great work! I kept trying to get them to replace my Tundra's brake pads and they told me 3 times now, "Mike, they are ceramic, they last 80,000 miles". It's rare to find that kind of honesty these days, when you do, you hold on to it. Great job Bill and Ryan! You guys are awesome!

We have used Meining Automotive since 1998 and have never had a bad experience. They are honest and do not do unneeded repairs. I trust them to do what is needed to keep my vehicle running its best. They also have done small things ASAP, such as when I stop in for a new tail light or wiper blade. They are always friendly, too. I would definitely choose them over any dealership for repairs and maintenance.

Some of their new techs have no idea what they are doing. I brought my truck in for a, paid for, in depth inspection and they told me my rear shock was leaking among other things. It was a 6 month old OEM shock that had nothing wrong with it. I showed them when I picked up the truck and they said they were going to tell the tech his mistake and call me about it and they never did. I think I wasted my money on the inspection

Meining Automotive is one of the great auto mechanics in Boulder County. They are the best that I have found and I have lived in Longmont for 49 years. They are honest and will not try and up-sale services to you. If you have a question they will give you a very direct answer and not one to pad their bottom line. I have talked with other people who brought their cars to Meining and if they had several problems Meining would prioritize them so they knew which ones need to be fixed and which ones could wait a little while. There has been times when I thought there was an expensive problem only to fine Meining recommending a simple solution.I have referred people to them that need an advocate to help them out. This includes widows and single lady's that a lot of places take advantage of. Meining is not afraid to let you know if your car has be misdiagnosed by someone else. If I buy a car I will always take it to Meining for them to go over it and let me know if I will have any problems.Can't say enough about them, thanks for being there and never change. They are my mechanics as well as my friends...

I have been a customer of Meining Automotive for over 15 years. I have four vehicles and have them all serviced there and have never been dissatisfied. Their technicians are skilled and thorough and their customer service is second to none. Honesty, integrity, considerate, friendly, and fair prices. These are qualities they display all of the time. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

Great experience once again. I've taken my truck here twice. Dave has helped me both times and has made things easy and honest. The technicians do great work. Fast, efficient and professional. I live 20mi away from the shop and refuse to take my vehicle anywhere but here. The most honest mechanic shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly Recommended- This team is quick, efficient, and most importantly, honest- My car needed a water pump replacement, which was completed within a 2 day turn-around. Two months later, after seeing the issue return, Meining re-assessed and confirmed that the issue was with the part that was replaced, and corrected issue within 1 day with no hassle. Meining Automotive is now my primary auto shop and I will continue to recommend others to this location. Thanks all!

I have been doing business with Meining Automotive for many years. As I have reviewed them before, this will just be a re-affirmation of the quality of work they provide and the people who work there. Ron, Bill and Ryan are always ready and willing to help when I have a vehicle problem and to the extent possible, they always try and work with my schedule to get my repair work done at a time that's convenient for me. The quality of work has always been top notch, and I will continue to take my vehicles to them whenever I need work done. Quality people, quality workmanship, using quality parts. What could be better?

Absolutely excellent service. I've taken my car to so many others before going to Meining, and am a loyal customer (since the first visit). Always honest, efficient, and professional. My car always feels much better after a visit. Super friendly people and always great work on my car. Love this place!!!
