I've taken my car there for routine maintenance and for thing that needed immediate fixing, and I've always had the best service. Justin really seems to actually care and is willing to work with you on certain things. He's awesome. Took in my 4Runner, equipped with aftermarket skid plates, to get an oil change back in December. Discovered last week that the guys at this shop rounded out the bolt on my oil filter access plate on my skids.Took it back to this shop this past weekend, guys there owned up to their mistake & gave me a free oil change for the trouble it also took them an hour JUST to get the bolt off, and they had to drop the entire skid plate to get at it from the other end!If they d told me back in December that the bolts were rounded out and to replace them instead of screwing a faulty part back in, & then making me go through the trouble of discovering this issue two months later, that would ve been so much better.I m grateful for the fact that they owned up to the mistake of an employee who (supposedly) no longer works there, but I will likely not return here to have my vehicle serviced. I m sorry for the sucker who had to undo his former coworkers mistake, because it was seriously incredibly stupid. But hey, free oil change.

Over the last two years ive brought my car in twice and they fixed an entirely different issue than what I brought it in for. Thousands of dollars later, the original concerns grew to larger and more expensive issues. Please save your money.Ps they broke my last key and i cant lock my door anymore

The coupon offered a great price on an oil change, and the 25-point inspection was very helpful! We appreciated the photos that were included with the inspection. We will definitely return to Meineke in the future!

Justin and his team got me in and out quickly for an oil change even though I called in the morning for an afternoon appointment. Very efficient and helpful in identifying other potential trouble spots for my vehicle.

We will definitely continue using Meineke. Setting up the appoinitment was easy. Justin did a fantastic job setting expectations about the duration of the service. I received several notifications about progress throughout the appointment.

I had a trying experience at Meineke in Colorado with a Mini. My oil was changed by a tech who inadvertently damaged my oil pan plug on the pan. This was a $2100 mistake. After getting two opinions from Mini Countryman dealers in my area, Meineke was courteous and professional about fixing my car. A manager at the Longmont branch, Justin, was a pleasure to work with. He kept his professional manner throughout my upsetting experience. I had little hope in the beginning but my car is up and running again after a couple of days.

simple and easy - friendly and fast, they also don't push services on you, they just show you what you need and you can add it if you want to, or choose to do it yourself later. I brought my 2012 volvo here as a random attempt to find someone new to do my oil changes to save some money from dealer rates... the volvo is my favorite child, so i definitely will be trusting them with my tacoma and crosstrek too. Update: brought taco in, oil change and brake flush, again good work, no stiffness in the brakes anymore!

I WAS HAPPY TO GET IN AND OUT QUICKLY. I APPRECIATED THE EXPLANATION ON WHAT WAS DONE AND WHAT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DONE DUE THE MANUFACTURER'S LIMITATIONS. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE DISCOUNT THAT WAS GIVEN BY MEINEKE ON THE SERVICE THAT I NEEDED. I GIVE YOU 4.5 STARS.

I am having less and less faith in this company. I have so much to say about my past experiences but honestly it s too much to write and my last visit really put me over the edge with these guys. I m finding them to be careless and borderline dishonest. After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer, I won t be back.

Have been here before with good service. Stopped in a month ago to ask about installation of headlights and brake lights. A very helpful man told me if I got the parts, they d install. Stopped in today to schedule an appointment and without any details at all, was rudely told they would not be able to help me. He should know because he was the manager. Impressive customer service manager . When I ignored his demeanor and explained what it was, he then begrudgingly said they could do it but they d have to schedule me awhile from now, which would have been fine without the attitude. Honestly, I was on the fence about doing it myself. Not anymore. Justin and his team at meineke are awesome in my opinion. They more than exceeded my expectations in a very professional honest and knowledgeable manner. I would highly recommend them in the future.I have to change my mind about this post. I've taken my car back to meineke three times. Each time they find something wrong even after they say the issue has been addressed with the car and tell me that they won't know if it's been fixed until I actually pay for what's been done and then they still don't know if it'll ever be finally repaired. Seems like a scam to make people pay for a repairs when they're seemingly uncapable to actually make all of the diagnosis and repairs. It's like going to the doctor and the doctor saying oh your foot aches so please spend hundreds of not thousands of dollars to prevent your foot from aching without actually knowing why it's aching and what will fix it. Easily booked appointment online. They were on time and it was done in 45-60 minutes just as they told me it would be. Clean waiting area and nice picnic table outside where I sat and read. They text to tell me that my oil change was complete and also gave me recommendations (with pictures) of other things that need to be done for the health of my car. No high pressure though. I ve had my oil changed here 2-3 times a year for the past 5-6 years.Service: Oil change

I turned my car on the night of December 23 for a repair on Dec 24 with the instructions that I needed to be contacted when brakes were inspected, repaired. I called at two hours after their expected inspection then again two hours later. No answer. Left messages.I caught a ride in to their shop at 230PM, as they was set to close at 5 PM on the 24th. The staff had closed the shop with a printed note on the door and locked my car inside the bays with no way to retrieve it. It appears I will now be without my car for 3 days, as their hours show that they are closed until Tuesday, the 27th.I have no qualms with them not working on my car, but why can t you tell me? Why can t I get my car? I have no transportation for the weekend, and I have to work on Monday and I work out of my car.Will not return. I need my car.Service: Brakes

The manager was very kind and careful not to over charge me for things. Will definitely go back. A couple of times I've had to wait for an oil filter so it would be nice if they would plan ahead and have it in stock (since I had an appointment).

Service at this location could be improved. The technician did not smile and avoided eye contact often. I thought my oil change would include a simple inspection but I was wrong or they didn't. Other locations I've gone to for oil changes offer that service complimentary, including fluid top-offs. I haven't double checked the oil and filter, but I feel like I should, just in case.Service: Oil change

Services exceed expectations, every time.Original:I've been a Meineke customer for about 5 years and couldn't be happier! Justin is the General Manager and our go-to guy for any auto questions we have. He's always been honest with us. He's consistent and won't sell us a service we don't need. We take all 4 of our vehicles to Justin with the confidence that he'll fix things right, the 1st time. He's straightforward and his customer service skills exceed expectations. You won't go wrong with Meineke Longmont!
