Nope. Windshield off 1/8 to 1/4. Damaged my leather steering wheel and tried to put broken trim back on and see if I would take it. I paid 1216 dealer price and got bad installation quality. Oh, and they didn't clean up after the install. I gave them a chance to resolve, and he took my car and opened the back of my car once he thought I was out of sight. They had no business in the back of my car. UNACCEPTABLE!Update : Master was unable to do the job right. Windshield was pulled at Mountain Toyota and now the trim seats properly and the car can see all MPHs signs. Installer was baffled by the master install and was like why are pins missing. Either install correctly or go out of business. My time was wasted over 10 hours by Master and Stapp. If I could give zero stars I would.

Excellent service at half the price of other auto glass companies. They came to my house and replaced my broken windshield in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly people on the phone and in person.

We have used Master Auto Glass for windshield replacements and chip repairs on all of our vehicles, and won't go anywhere else! The customer service is incredible- you can actually speak to someone when you call and they are patient as they answer your questions and gather the information they need. They are quick to schedule, and their pricing is fair. Definitely recommend!

Ron and his team were awesome. They went out of their way to pull an OEM windshield from a dealership in Boulder and got it quickly. They had me fixed with a brand new windshield in 2 days from the time my windshield was broken and handled all the paperwork with my insurance. Highly recommended!

They are the nicest group of people and look out for you. I've worked with them twice now and will go there again. I called on a Tuesday and within minutes they had a quote ready and an install date 2 days later. The install was quick, professional, convenient, and affordable. I recommend Master Auto Glass.

Had 2 windshields replaced recently and not only were they able to come out to my house the very next day to install the windshields, but their customer service was amazing throughout the process. From the woman who helped schedule our appointment and made the insurance process super easy, to the prompt and friendly installers, and the owner who immediately corrected and reimbursed a transponder mistake that I equally take responsibility for. I would highly recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them for all our windshields!

I had an insurance claim to get my windshield replaced, and chose to go through this company. I was told I would receive a call in 24 hours to schedule an appointment. When I did not receive a call after 3 days I called and got a very rude response that she has not gotten to my claim yet. I was leery but still decided to schedule the tech to come out. They only had a morning appointment 2 days later available so I took it and took time off of work to wait. 10 minutes before the end of the appointment time I got a call they would have to reschedule. Ok, fine.... This happened two more times call to cancel at the end of the appointment window, and 2 weeks later still did not have my window fixed. Needless to say I chose to go with a different company that had my windshield replaced the next day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I appreciate the friendly and helpful service I received from Master Auto Glass. Everyone I spoke with was professional and made it easy for me to work with my car insurance company to update my claim for a window repair to a window replacement. I especially appreciated that they picked up and returned my car for the window replacement (with a recalibration of my sensors in my window) and I was able to avoid all contact during this COVID-19 situation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great people and great work. Old school guys that know their stuff. Have an old 64 Cutlass with some leaky windows, they were able to pop the glass out without breaking it and got it resealed. What great service. My power window broke the other day and was stuck in the down position. The people at Master Auto Glass went out of their way to help me. Not only did they come to my work to inspect the window, they managed to close my window so it didn t get wet when it began to snow later in the day. This was huge, as I was sure my interior was going to get destroyed. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and very nice. They did excellent work in a timely manner and did not overcharge. A+ work! I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone with auto glass needs.

After shopping around with the local companies I have used in the past, I decided to go with a new one after getting a great quote and installation date. I was not disappointed. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job on the installation. I highly recommend Master Auto Glass for your windshield replacements.

Sandra was very astute to my situation (cracked windshield) when I called. Utilizing my own choice of business, she was quick to guide me and schedule an appointment the next day. Josh, the service tech, was very professional and efficient, with exceptional customer service. These two employees are very much an asset to the Master Auto Glass Team!

Needed a windshield replaced in my SUV and my dealer referred me to Master Auto Glass. Disappointed in the interactions. The woman on the phone was not friendly. She took down all kinds of information like VIN and insurance policy. Then never called back. An email to the customer service email address was ignored. I guess they re busy but come on.... Safelite replaced my windshield.

Was driving down our glorious I25 when the semi I was passing, Through up a huge rock and destroyed my windshield. Called this company the same day and made my appt. to replace the following day. Their technician Kade came to my home perfectly ontime and fixed my glass in prompt time. Perfect service! Great quality and definitely recommended! When I called to set up an appointment for one of my insureds, I talked to a Tyana. She was Very Pleasant & Professional! The customer called me back to let me know that they were very polite & definitely knew what they were doing. I was glad I took a chance on them helping my insured. If the customer wasn t happy, I would hear about it. Very Excited that they are Locally owned & care about their customer unlike big corporations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a specialty side window on our truck that needed replaced. All the people we had contact with knew what they were doing. Very organized, friendly service and in no time at all, had the part installed handsomely.I would recommend this company.

Josh fixed my windshield and were suppost to fix the rear defroster and didn't do it right. I've left multiple calls and texts messages since last Thursday. It's been over a week now. Very unprofessional. Josh said they'll come back to fix the rear defroster if they had too but they never returned my text or calls since. I wouldn't recommend this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent work!! I had a massive chip in my windshield and a couple smaller ones. They repaired all of them quickly and completely. I can't even tell where the huge chip was. Very pleased with their service and will use them again.

Nice family owned and operated business. Very professional, took care of everything with insurance. Performed work quickly and made things convenient for me with a flexible schedule for drop off. They also do on-site repair but I can't comment on that

They were awesome from the day I called to the day of repair. They even worked with me when I needed to reschedule at the last minute. I will be going through them again for a windshield for the Jeep!

Bee came out and fixed a shattered rear window. He did great job, and was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional, and the rear window looks perfect. Cleaned up all the glass inside and out.

Very fast chip repair and it looks great! Be careful going into the lobby, though. You might just end up wanting to redo your shower!
