Tony is amazing, very kind with the client very fair with the prices and he did an amazing job with my Lexus GX 470 with the Timing Belt, Water pump, rack & pinon and wheel bearings. Very profesional, good on time, fair, honesty and good communication. He also gave warranty and upload everything to CARFAX. Amazing shop and labor.

Had Longmont Auto install a Stealth hitch on an Ioniq 5. Tried installing myself and it required the removal of the bumper... Really difficult to do by yourself. Brought it to Longmont Auto and they had it installed in a couple of hours for a reasonable cost. Quality work and reasonable/affordable. Couldn't be happier with the service here.

I needed a third party trailer hitch installed. Boulder Auto was one of the recommended installers from the vendor. Tony, the owner was great: phone calls were returned promptly, appointment was quickly scheduled and he did the work promptly when I arrived for the appointment. Installation was done quickly and the work looked great. Price was very reasonable. Great customer experience.

We are very happy with the engine replacement and parts installations we recently had done at Longmont Automotive LLC. Tony gave us a very fair price. Our neighbor who works at a local car dealershop was glad we found Tony and asured us that he did excellent work, as well.

I was having some coolant issues with my vehicle and I brought it into longmont auto to get it replaced. They had excellent pricing on not only the parts but also labor costs. I got my hitch installed through Boulder Auto Service & Repair and it was a very easy and seamless experience! They quickly gave me a quote over the phone, then ordered that part which arrived within two days. Once I made my appointment, they were very quick and efficient with installing the part. The hitch looks great! Would recommend and use them again for future needs.

I had a bike rack hitch installed on my Mazda CX-5 before a trip. They were able to order the correct hitch and install it quickly in time for my trip and it looks and works great. I also had my dad s car, an older Lincoln Continental, repaired there. The repairs were done quickly and the car now runs much better. Tony did a great job installing our trailer hitch - he special ordered it for us and was communicative and flexible to get it done for us when we were swinging through town for the holidays since there were no certified installers in our area. The job required a precision cut to the bumper that he did very well. Thanks!

Tony and Sarah are a great team! They assessed my 2008 Hummer 3 for any needed repairs before a very long road trip. This is a great place to get maintenance and car care. Their prices are reasonable, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and explains things well.I always feel that I have gotten excellent service at a fair price. A big plus they have a really cute dog!I recently had to have a new compressor for my air conditioning, and Tony does a great job. Tony helped me install a hitch on my 2015 Subaru Forester. He ordered the part for me, was completely transparent with the pricing, and did a great job with the install. He even installed my bike rack into the hitch, and didn't charge me extra for it. Very professional!

They recently moved from Boulder to Longmont. It's a short drive, and they were willing to see me that same day. I thought I had a bearing going out (yes, it was a squeaky wheel!) but it became clear I needed new pads and rotors all around. Tony (?) showed me the little metal piece that acts as a noisemaker when the pads are at end of life. Works very well... Despite this being a bigger job, he got me back on the road within a couple of hours, and I was able to travel a couple of states over to visit family. Great work, fair price, great customer service! They moved out of Boulder. Their new name is Longmont Auto LLC. I went there (from Boulder) to replace front sway bar endlinks and bushings of my Subaru Impreza. This is my first visit to this shop. I liked their service. There is why-1. They are very friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time in finding the shop. I called 5-6 times. Each time the person replied to me with great patience and politeness. With their help I finally able to locate the shop.2. Moreover for this job I took quote from some other shops around Boulder. Longmont Auto LLC was very reasonable and fairly economic. The final price is very accurate to the quote they gave me over phone.3. I appreciate their punctuality. My appointment was at 11am. During the appointment set up process they told me that the job would take approx 1hour. I got my car back around 11:50am.I will visit and consult them in future as well regarding my car servicing.

What a great find in an emergency situation late on a Friday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Tony went out of his way to make sure I got in for a repair needed. Great communication. Work completed in a timeframe that exceeded expectations and pricing was beyond fair. I ll be looking to longmont auto care for maintenance and repairs going forward. They put a Trailer hitch on my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Fantastic job! I usually do it myself but since this was a brand new vehicle with a bunch of sensors I didn't want to mess with it. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. I would trust them with my vehicle for sure.

Without a doubt, the most reliable and efficient service I've ever had in 18 years of driving. The owner, Sarah, is very professional and returned my calls and emails within the hour. I knew every step of my car repair before it was done and along the way. Another company in town was quoting me at close to a month for the car to be repaired and within days, Sarah had it back to me for a reasonable price. I absolutely recommend Boulder Auto Service and Repair 100%.

Boulder Auto Service and Repair is a phenomenal shop and the only place I trust with my vehicles. I have had them work on three vehicles (a Chevy Blazer, Mitsubishi Montero, and Toyota Tacoma) and they have done excellent work on each one. I have never felt like Sarah or the mechanics were trying to pull one over on me. In fact, I went in with an issue once and when they were unable to diagnose it they let me leave without paying any fees...even after they spent well over an hour trying to replicate the issue I had been experiencing. This is a great company and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto shop in the Boulder area!

Bought my car from Boulder Auto and had the best experience. Dave and the rest of the staff are so friendly and made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. I never felt pushed to buy anything unlike other places I searched and got a quality car for a great price. They are super responsive and I definitely suggest checking them out wether you re buying or just need maintenance!

I have always received excellent service from Boulder Auto Sales and Service but this most recent visit truly showed their commitment to precision and certainty as well as general compassion for their customers. Over the course of this month I have had countless issues with my car in which ever other mechanic has failed to be able to diagnose or is willing to try, they have replaced wrong parts or simply turned me away when I was alone on the road. When I finally got back to Boulder, Boulder Sales and Service truly went above and beyond. Spending many hours to make sure they correctly diagnosed and fully fixed my car. They only charged me 1 hour of labor costs when I know they put in 5 or 6x that.I know this is a great establishment not only from their service- which no other mechanic has been able to do, but also the fact I felt cared for and safe when I got back into my car to drive home. I am so grateful.

Good auto shop with trusted mechanics and good communication. They have been around for a long time and have always done a great job. If I didn't have to take my car to a specialty shop these days - I would bring it here. They are always flexible and honest about timelines and getting things fixed. Ask them what can be done and what can wait and they will tell you honestly. Knowledgeable about many different cars and they take time to explain things even if you (read: me) know absolutely nothing about the problem/ piece/ car. The are also a haul location and have packing materials which is helpful. One downside to the place is the small parking lot that you have to make a u-turn to get to. Thanks for many years of trusted service! Take your car or truck here if you want to have your vehicle fixed in a reasonable time and with great mechanics. The owner is kind and straight forward with her info about your current car problems. Great attention to details on your car and you as a customer. Located in a decent area of town and with enough mechanic bays to service multiple cars at the same time. The mechanics and owners have been doing this work for a long time and know what they are doing.

We had a hitch put on our 2021 Sienna and they did a great job. We have heard nightmares about other places in Boulder for putting on a hitch so it was great to find a quick and professional operation to get it done. Also much more reasonably priced than going through the dealership.

I ve had Boulder Auto work on two cars and I ve rented from their Uhaul division. They provide solid auto service at a better price than I ve found anywhere for comparable work. And, just as importantly, they treat you like a human being, not a $ sign. This week, in fact, I took my Saab in to them because Just Brakes said that I needed front brakes and rotors. Boulder Auto took the wheels off and told me that the rotors were fine and I had 60% left on the brake pads. Tell me who you d go to from now on?

Dave was amazing! My fiance and I found ourselves just chatting with him and not getting anything done. He was so knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, we left with no questions. There was no pressure to buy either, and they respected my privacy. Didn't call and hit me up constantly after my first visit. If they have a car you're interested in! Use them :)

I have used these folks for years (they used to be Baseline Auto) to repair and maintain my vehicles and they are Great ! I have always found them to be responsive, fairly priced and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to several of my acquaintances, most of whom remain ongoing customers and I have never heard of a bad experience. I recommend Boulder Auto highly.

My alternator quit, I was 1,700 miles from home and desperately needed the vehicle as my son was starting classes at CU. It was towed to the shop late on a Monday, diagnosed and parts ordered before the end of the day and I had it back by 3:00 on Tuesday. Yeah, pretty happy with the quick attention and repair. When I have problems with my old car or it is due for maintenance service, I make an appointment at Boulder Auto Service and Repair. For me, having a safe and reliable means of transportation is a priority while the outer appearance of my car matters little. I trust Sarah's repair recommendations and when the mechanics at the shop finish working on my vehicle, I know I can depend on it getting me to wherever I need to go.
