I was in a little over a week ago, a lady named Clover was my tech. She was awesome in all the ways. Informing me of low fluids and not once pressuring me to purchase extra services. She was informative and gave me timely recommendations, very important for a woman like me! Not once did she make me feel ignorant for my lack of knowledge on my car.I felt very well taken care of and respected.

-Got an oil change-Jiffy Lube Longmont stripped the oil tank, and the workers said it was already like that. If that was true they should have told me before it leaked on my driveway-Went in to get the oil pan replaced by the Boulder jiffy lube-The oil pan was stuck and they didn t communicate the timing so I was there for 6 hours when they said it would be 2-3-They brought my car to me the next day with a loud sound when the car locks (it didn t do that before they had it) and the inside of the wheel well was detached and hitting my tire.-When I brought up these issues they said that it was fine when they drove it, and Customer Service said that car lock sound was likely a coincidence-It ll cost me $500 to fix the door lock alone, they gave me $170-In the end I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get my car the way it was before I went in for a simple oil change.Avoid Jiffy Lube in general.

Great customer service! The tech explained everything prior. I asked for them to change my backup light. When done the tech said it s not a bulb it s the actual connector. I have had my Jeep since 2018 and I have requested the back up light be fixed at other places and it s never been done.Thank you for letting me know it s not the bulb! Thorough and great customer service, Noah!!!

I was going to Valvoline for years, now I don't know why. At Jiffy lube the service was amazing! They gave me details about my car that Valvoline never did and they put air in my tires when Valvoline said it would be a liability to do so. At jiffy lube the gentlemen there were incredible!! Jesus, Andrew, and Kaden were amazing. Jesus told me everything I needed to do and he was an absolute gentleman. Definitely will be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I went to Jiffy Lube ONLY for an oil change.The techs there scammed me and damaged my car!I was asked about my tire pressure even though there was no issue, my tires were at the proper level. They questioned me about new windshield wipers that I did not ask for. Then, they brought up my coolant, which, if they would have looked at it, was overly full. So it was not needed.But to top it off, they dismantled my glove compartment and took out my new air filters without my, the customer's permission. Not to mention, they left it the broken when I left with my car!I was also overcharged for the oil change itself. The website even says it'll give you prices on an oil change. But not without putting in your license plate and Vin number! What a scam! I was charged $150 for a synthetic oil change. My Boyfriend and my dad got their oil changes for $80! Talk about taking advantage of unkowledgeable people.Now, I'm sure I can't be reimbursed, or get some sort of compensation for this. I just want to warn everyone looking to do business with these scam artists. I have a broken glove compartment that I have to fix myself, and less money for Christmas gifts.This was my first time having my oil done on my car by someone else other than myself. For a 15 minute oil change, this isn't worth the hassle.Thanks Jiffy Lube, NOT!!!Dear future customers, don't give these people access to your vehicle.

These guys and gals are fantastic! I brought my car in at the end of the day right before closing, and they patched a large chip in the windshield. The next morning, one of the branches started to spread, so I brought it back and they patched it again. The technician was patient and honest and offered recommendations for when the glass needs to be replaced... Quick and friendly service!Service: Auto windshield repair

I had a great experience today when these ladies took excellent care of me and my car. They were very nice and very professional in handing me the best package deal for the service provided. They changed the oil very quickly, worked very efficiently, especially staff member Jesus helped and advised me a lot because this was my first time changing my car's oil. Besides, the sound of my car after changing the oil was a bit noisy, I adjusted it so it was fine.

Good .. fast .. affordable service. Bad news is they will try to sell you everything extra that they can. Check your car for oil as the handles, steering wheel, shifter and floor mats all had oil on them when I left.

I will say, I had a fairly negative experience when my wife was overcharged for the service she received, but after sharing my experience here the Manager, Eric, reached out to me and addressed my concerns and heard me out. He took the time to apologize for what had happened and He made things right.I can't say everything is perfect now because it's a big deal when businesses overcharge people, but Eric did try to make things right and I will be giving this place a second chance.

Always a good vibe, good people working, whoever is there is always down to work with you and figure something out if its needed (coupons, purchased pack deals). Always quick as can be and never packed but often steady. Best JL ever.

TJ and Alexis took great care of my Mustang when I brought it in for routine maintenance. I probably spent less than 20 minutes in the facility. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and made sure I knew what was coming up next for my car. The prices are also extremely fair and no one tries to pressure or up-charge you either- friendly, honest hard working peeps. Will be back :) thanks guysService: Oil change

I d highly recommend this oil change shop over any other in boulder county! I highly admire the sense of urgency, responsibility, and respect that the gentlemen and the lady held for me. They were incredibly kind and quick to work! They set a new bar for my expectations of what I want in quality customer service!

**Bait-n-Switch** This was my third oil change here. I did the full synthetic (10k miles), as I did the prior 2 times. The last time the price was $110. This time, it was $200. I guess I can understand "inflation", but that is ridiculous. When I asked the manager, he said that "things had changed" at this location. At the very least, they should give you a heads-up that there will be nearly a 100% price increase before you order it (they did have my prior service on the computer screen before starting). Alexis was very helpful with my inspection and everything went smoother than expected. She and staff were very professional. I used to go elsewhere for my oil changes and tires rotations, but I will be coming here from now on!!! Highly recommend!

The staff here was nice, we were here in the morning for an oil change The bathroom was disgusting. It appeared no one cleaned it at close of business the night before. When you have women who need the services offered here, staff members should check throughout the day. It takes so little time to restock and wipe down all service areas. I know men work here, but think about if your mom, sister, grandmother, girlfriend, wife, or daughter were here.

Broke my fuse box, broke my glove box, and had a check engine and brake light error code after who knows what they did. The one guy said the person who worked on my car just got out of the hospital and was having a tough time .. I have no idea. Do not take your car here

This Jiffy Lube is the best as far as promptness, professionalism, and communication. The manager on duty always speaks to me and the staff is friendly and upbeat. As far as work on my car, I am always satisfied as they walk me through issues or potential issues. Not sure if there is another Jiffy Lube in Longmont, but the one on Main Street is exceptional.

Went there for brake fluid service. Friendly staff that were welcoming from beginning to end. The staff were helpful giving recommendations of what other work needs to be done on the car that can't be done there. Ashley, Candence, and Josh were great!
