Absolutely amazed at the professionalism and prompt service that was shown. I arrived 7min prior to closing and wasn't feeling hopeful id be able to get the service done due to it being so late. When I walked in the place was spotless, the staff was smiling and the manager Matthew was a peach and I couldn't be happier with the attitude and overall great experience I had at this particular Grease monkey.

This is a GREAT Grease Monkey! They have the best crew--they know their stuff and care about my car. Not only do they do oil changes but a list of other car maintenance must-dos. On top of rotating my tires, they cleaned my cloudy headlights with a special process until they looked brand new. They were so cloudy I stopped driving at night. Need a headlight, blinker fixed, bigger fixes? They can do it! The crew is friendly and professional and the place is clean and well-maintained. It is no accident that I keep going back there!

This is the only location I take my car to! Everyone is super kind and helpful, they tell you everything they're doing and what they'd recommend. My car is always great after we stop by for oil changes and fluid top ups. 10/10 always. thank y'all

In and out in less than 30 minutes! Needed an oil change for my Mini Cooper, also needed air added in all 4 tires (happens once a year in extreme cold temperatures) and wanted to have them check the check engine light that came on after the emissions test at the Air Care Colorado Emissions Testing Station today. I usually go in for adding air to my tires once a year as Grease Monkey does it for free, just hadn't gotten around to it. Got my oil changed, they topped off all needed fluids (windshield washer, transmission and and antifreeze fluids), washed windshields, added air to tires and good news the check engine light went off on its own. Must have been something from the Emissions Testing Station that caused that. Anyway they are always friendly and do a great job. Been going to them since I bought my Mini in 2012!

Absolutely the only place I ll bring my car to for an oil change. As someone who doesn t know a lot about cars, I know I m in good hands here they tell you what your car needs and don t try to oversell. James F was super helpful and I m thankful for his car advice, kindness and sincerity. Thanks James! :)

The staff at this shop went way above and beyond to help me out of a jam with my vehicle. I had my front brakes serviced at a different shop about two weeks prior but the mounting bolt that held the assembly together fell out on the passenger side while driving today, causing immediate braking issues and after a bit further on the way to get to this shop, the brakes locked up and the vehicle wouldn't move anymore. This happened right in front of this Grease Monkey off 287 in Longmont, and the guys came out to help me get my car moving again and out of traffic. Come to find out that the brake job wasn't done properly at the last shop and resulted in damage to the tire rim and several other parts that will be pricey to repair. James, Matt, and Roy worked hard to help me coordinate with the shop that messed up (over an hour away) to get the repairs covered under warranty and additionally covered initial replacement bolts out of pocket and replaced both sides on the front brake assemblies to make sure it won't happen again. They expressed concern for my safety and for quality work, and even worked over their normal hours a bit to make sure all problems are safely corrected. I really appreciate the effort and care they showed in helping me figure out solutions that did not cost me extra. Amazing service!

I got a flat tire while I was at the Grease Monkey on N. main in Longmont. I did not have a spare tire. I was in a situation where I was stranded. The manager James was very attentive to my situation & he was thoughtful & kind to help me in driving me down the street to a tire company, with my flat tire, to have it replaced for a new one.I was short on funds by $20, & James paid the remainder for me. We drove back to grease monkey, where he changed my tire for free. He really helped me when I needed it the most. I give James & the other workers a 5 Star rating! I highly recommend everyone to do business with them.

I went to this location and was greeted by Casey and I think Cody? ... He drove a beautiful green Harley motorcycle ... think it was Casey? Anyhow, they did such an amazing job on my car that they immediately noticed my turn signal lights were out which I forgot about. They replaced them which saved me from a future ticket. They also were very friendly, smiling and professional. This is such a rare quality to find now a days. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your car needs. ... update... I returned for oil change and drove from Lakewood because yes, they're that darn good! I had Jordan this time who was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. Despite working in -4 degrees he was all smiles and extremely professional. This group of crew are above and beyond any auto shop I've ever been too. I highly recommend still.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change

Do NOT go here for any reason! Incompetent and unethical! They did three thousand dollars damage to my vehicle. Put a plug on my oil pan because they didn't have the right plug to fit my very common Toyota V-8 engine, they and didn't tell me until AFTER they did it. Now the entire oil pan needs replaced at 16 hours labor plus parts.

I'm just reviewing this particular location, I've heard they are franchised and can be very different place to place. That said, the team is awesome here. Fast, efficient, and always looking for little extra ways to save me money. They even recently showed me how to install a simple part myself so they wouldn't have to charge me an extra hour of labor. Who does that in this industry?! Thanks guys!

I needed a shop to fix a tire lug nut that was poorly installed (damaged) by a local tire shop on Hover. I called Grease monkey. I knew it was going to be good by the way that Rochelle answered the phone - a really nice greeting. When I got there I explained the jacked up lug to the staff. They assessed the situation and gave me options including what it could turn into if the lug did not come out easily. They actually researched and found an option that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Lug nut removed, my summer tires now installed, at a fair price, I was pretty happy. This is a shop that listens and cares about what they do. Rochelle, Waylon, the boss man and the tall guy were all awesome. Hell yes I would go back to Grease Monkey - they do it right!
