$3000 Oil Change.Improperly installed oil filter resulting in a blow-out on the highway. Corporate (Full Speed Automotive) started a claim from our photos & receipts. Was assigned an adjuster, then another, then, nothing - no follow ups after countless calls and emails. Initially, our car was taken for a diagnosis by Full Speed, but we took the car back after learning they'd started repairs without any notification or consent and sent the car to the dealership to only verify a minimal repair that would clear the error codes - omitting all details having to do with the car losing 85% of its oil at high speed. Here we are 3 months later at a loss close to $3k - 3 weeks without a vehicle, lost wages, towing, both oil changes and a dealership repair bill.

Worked with Kody on my oil change, we live in our van and weve had issues with other places stealing from our van, so I watched like a creeper as he worked on our car. He clued me into everything he was doing, showed me the oil dip stick, and talked me through all the service options that wouldn't hurt to get done soon. He was super helpful and even did an extra once over after I told him we were driving up to Alaska. Highly recommend him and this store.

These guys are top notch. When others couldn t change my cabin air filter (it s a pain to get to), these guys had me covered. This place has my business for now on.

Do not take your car here. I got an oil change, before a road trip because my usual mechanics couldn't get me in before I left. First indication that something was not right was they didn't change my windshield sticker, or reset the computer.Went here on a recommendation, went on the road and during the drive my check engine light came on and my computer told me there was low oil pressure. I stopped on the highway and sure enough most of the oil had dripped out of my engine. Had to get towed to a gas station and top the oil up myself. The problem was these guys didn't tighten my fuel filter all the way and it was leaking the entire time. Awful, moronic, and incompetent.

They are honest and expeditious. They thought I needed new breaks at 1st glance and upon inspection realized I didn't need them. They could have took advantage of me but instead they saved me 100s of dollars. Great honest staff!

I can t even give a star. The worst service ever. Never checks my windshield wiper blades. Which I know needs changing. Never talked to me about cabin air filter. Which I know needs changing. Didn t talk much about anything besides that I have multiples leaks which I know is not true. I always check for any leaks. I am done with the oil place. Staff doesn t look like they know what they re doing.

They did a pre-purchase inspection for us on a car we were looking at buying. They saved us a lot of money on repairs that we would've been stuck with, and they were very knowledgeable and honest! Thank you!

It not worth taking my vehicle here. After 6 years as a customer they still charge for services they have not done. All i need is oil change and not faking the oil change. They charge $130 for no oil change. They guys are nuts.

Total rip off. $48 for a cabin air filter: $11 on amazon. Came in for an oil change and cabin air filer and left with a bill of $ 176.51 (net before taxes). Well enjoy it because you'll never see me again and my friends as well. What a bust. If Luther still owns a piece of this let him know. NickService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were fairly quick with an oil change and change of filter.However, their lift was broken and couldn't do a tire rotation.Finally, their price for that service seems very high.

Good service here. Got a great price on a full engine flush and oil change. I will definitely be coming back in 5000 miles. They over quoted me in the beginning but I was relieved to get out under $150.00 dollars. Overall a good experience.

I get my oil changed here a lot and when I get it changed, I want to get my tires rotated as well. Unfortunately, their lift wasn't working the other day and so I could only get my oil changed. This has happened at least 2 or 3 other times. I would urge ownership to address this issue so that when customers are looking for an oil change and tire rotation, they won't have to go somewhere else for the tires. Otherwise, my experience was fine.Service: Oil change

This one is starting to go downhill. They forgot to clean the glass and vacuum for my car today and missed the same two things on my wife's car with the same coupon that says we're suppose to get those two services. They left a lot of smudges on my interior which I've had that happen before at this location.

As a new employee of this store I am thrilled to be greeting you when come get an oil change. I'll do my best to put a smile on your face and give you peace of mind while driving. I got my oil changed here. I liked it so much ....I have been a Courtesy Tech here for a month now. Three tips to make your experience even better1. Loading is in the back of the store.2. We do not give appointments first come first serve and busy times very. A call ahead to ask what's the volume that's a good thing.3. Top offs, air pressure checks ect is FREE to customers with Grease Monkey sticker.

I usually do my own oil but decided to do this during a lunch break. These guys nearly stripped my drain plug, i was able to finesse it out without any shavings, but I ll need to keep an eye on that bolt for now on.They also tried to scam me by putting a sticker for a change at 3,000 miles instead of 6,000 miles for full synthetic.Proceed with caution.
