Everyone I spoke to here was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were very fair. I appreciated being able to have the option to finance the tires as I needed all 4 replaced. I will continue to come here for service as needed. The process was fast also with is another plus for me.

Every time I need something done with my tires, he gives me a fair price, the guys are very quick and they do everything I need and even try and do it the cheapest they possibly can! Which usually turns out to be cheaper than I expected it to be and that's for installation and the tire!I recommend these guys to everyone!

This is the second time I've shown up no notice with a tire leak hoping to leave it and get it fixed. On both occasions, Gallito's was able to get me right in, fix the leak, and get me back on the road while I waited.The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing was very fair.I'll be back when it's time for a new set of tires. No reason to use a big chain store when these guys are here.

This review is regarding the outstanding service that my husband and I received at El Gallito Tires in Fort Collins, CO on 2/17-18, 2024. We were 75 miles from home when we lost yet another tire to Colorado's abundant potholes ... no simple issue since our Mini Cooper doesn't have a spare since "donut" spares can't be used and there's no room for a full-size spare! With all the Discount Tire shops having closed only minutes before on Saturday 2/17, we were amazed to discover that none of the shops would reopen until Monday; so much for taking advantage of a warranty repair/replacement! My husband had a flight out of Denver to catch on Monday, to make matters worse! My brother recommended El Gallito, noting they had done a fantastic job addressing his son's urgent tire needs. We called less than 30 minutes before they were to close. Bianca provided outstanding customer service without a trace of annoyance at the timing of our call; in fact, she kindly offered to keep the shop open until we could get there. Luckily our run-flat enabled us to get to the shop, where the technicians immediately took a look and showed us that the sidewall was ruptured and could not be repaired. Bianca immediately got on the phone with the Longmont shop and located a used tire with similar wear, offering to have it delivered to Ft. Collins and installed that evening for a very reasonable price! Since we could stay the night with my brother in Ft. Collins, we made arrangements to have the tire installed on Sunday morning, foregoing the small rush charge. In the meantime, to ensure that we wouldn't cause any further damage to our car, the technician located a compatible tire for short-term use, moved the good passenger-side rear tire to the front (after he determined that our car is front-wheel-drive), installed the spare tire, inflated all 4 tires to equal pressure and got us on our way ... even though it meant that they had to stay late! They were kind, professional and efficient! Bianca kindly said we could take care of the finances in the morning when she would have the new used-tire in the shop. She couldn't have been nicer, and was 100% sincere! I wish all businesses had this type of customer service; Bianca and the 2 technicians were outstanding! Bianca even picked up and delivered the tire herself from the Longmont shop prior to the Ft. Collins shop opening on Sunday! We arrived in the morning and found the tire and technicians ready and willing to get us on our way promptly. What a great experience! We highly recommend Ft. Collins' El Gallito Tires! A BIG thank you to all!

Fantastic experience. Came in at 10am and left with new tires at 1045. Friendly, fair service that I would not hesitate recommending to anyone. Will come back when ever I need tires.

Best tires shop in Longmont by far! They don't try to upsell you on parts you don't need. They don't push and try to tell you anything, straight up ask what you want done and do it. Best new tire pricing in town and friendly service you can ask for. I will continue to use Gallito for all of my tire needs no matter what!! I wish I could rate higher then 5 stars!

Fast and professional. We brought our own tires and they treated us great and the price was fair. Ill be bringing my Jeep in when its time for new tires.4/18/20 Just brought the Jeep in today, thanks a lot guys!12/1/20 Zero issues with your workmanship on the tires you mounted for me, just took them through Moab!

They are awesome! So kind and honest, as a single mother/female it can be daunting to have to get my car serviced honestly but all the staff here from the first contact to the people who did the work were very nice. They did a great job and they did the job quickly! 10/10 would recommend!!!:)

Have been here 2 times now. First time we had a cut and they patched the tire up in about 10 minutes. The total was 30$Second time we had a nail on the same tire and they fixed it in about 15 minutes for 25$Great service and great people!

Brought in a tire/motor for my e scooter. Took 2 weeks. I was told a few days ago it was ready. I had to call because they for whatever reason didn't contact me. I show up to pick it up and I was told that the tube and tire were ruptured. I took that as a loss and wasn't upset untill I realize when I tried to attach the motor back to the scooter that the cable is ruptured also and there are lots of scratches dents in the motor and the plate which cause even more damage now I have to replace a motor and a tire and a tube which I'll pay for. If it was that much of a challenging project they should have just left it alone and told me that they couldn't work on it.

I called these guys when I unexpectedly awoke to a flat tire on my car. It was Sunday and all the mainstream tire shops are closed so I googled Tire Repair and find Gallito. The manager was so friendly and accommodating and when I brought my car over, his team helped me out immediately. They pulled a couple nails out from the tire but couldn t find the leak. Fortunately after filling up the tire it managed to hold air. They didn t charge me or anything. These guys are super friendly and easy to work with. Thanks!

Update : no they are not assumption, the fact that you try to downplay what I just mention shows degree of accountability.My 3 experiences were very clear. The extra example that's just an example but your lowest reviews seems pretty consistant.Be accountable without trying to downplay.Best of luck in your business really hope you stand by your customers for me it's too late. But sure hope your word is your bond it was not in my case. Sure hope you're able to address whatever shortcomings exist going fwd.................I really hate leaving this review, however your service must not be as consistent as should be, maybe odd ball employees, odd and off days, guidines nor properly implemented.On 3 occasions over the last years I have stopped by and it's always been a negative experience.On first time occasions I wa s never even acknowledged as I was going toInquire about services.There were several employees but perhaps to busy to even mention someone will be with you, cannwe help with something.On third occasion customer ahead was quoted a ridiculous price that was obviously high and price gouging.I had heard from friends they dont take accountability for mistakes damaged wheels mounting and simply refused to own up to their mistake at the very least.I try to provide the benefit of doubt and until this last time with my own experience that they are not the most honest in their dealings, tried to get one up amd even continued to snicker and think of it as some sort of prank or joke. If you dont take your job seriously or train your employees properly in business etiquette I doubt these types of experiences will be but a isolated incidents.please do better.

I have used their services three times. Once to buy a new set of all-weather tires, twice to fix flats. They provide "while you wait" service - much better than national chains which will often tell you to come back in 6 hours & leave you carless in the meanwhile. Low prices, no nonsense. Highly recommended.

Really really love this place. I ve had several nails taken out of my tires and they did my tire rotation when needed. The prices are incredible and they really are just great. Being a younger woman it s hard finding trustworthy car service. Very thankful for these guys.

My low tire indicator on my 2004 Toyota 4Runner would not go off despite airing them all up. Anyway I discovered a roofing tack in one of my tires & thought, "Oh, this is the culprit".On 4/24/23 I went to Gallito's because they were close by. They checked the "tacked" tire & discovered it had not compromised the integrity of that tire ... Yay!!On another note though; and what impressed me most about Gallito's, was my spare tire had a small weird gash in it which Discount Tires had refused to fix. Because of what I suppose is their policy of "'we must sell new tires, especially to unsuspecting vulnerable women". Anyway Gallito's fixed this for me & checked all my tires for $40 in less than 1 hour. My indicator light went off ... Yay!! (They explained all five tires; not just the one's touching the pavement, must be properly inflated for the sensors to stop sending feedback to the tire "warning system").My only complaint would be that none of the technicians but the manager spoke English, which required some walking back & forth to the "office" for interpretation. This trouble was well worth it considering the service & care I received. No star demerit for this ... giving them all 5 stars :-D

Last Sunday I unexpectedly awoke to a flat tire on my Tesla. Most tire shops are closed on Sunday, but I googled and found Gallito. Called them and sent a photo of the tire and they told me to bring it in.They were immediately working on the car once I got there. Super friendly and showed me that there were two punctures. Charged a very reasonable amount and got me out of there in short order. Really saved my Sunday!
