Terrible!Spent $1000 in this shop in a months time and the main concern I had was never investigated or resolved. SO disrespectful of my time- I spent way too many days dropping my bike off, only to pick up a bike that was not ready. Seriously!? You charge $85hr 'labor' and you don't thoroughly check your work to make sure all is good? And, instead of addressing the situation promptly, I get a lethargic attitude. Unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!!!!! The Last time I dropped the bike off (to address the original issue), it sat for 4 days without being touched (after being told it would be looked at that day and I'd be called by end of day, ha! nothing!). I get a call on day 5 saying my bike is ready. I pick up the bike, ride down the street and its a total mess-unrideable!!! If anyone took the time to check their work/adjustments, they would know that the bike was not set up right and Not ready to be picked up. Bottom line.................-Over priced and Overcharged-Not thorough-terrible communication-unprofessional and condescendingSlow to work on your bike... But, very good at collecting your money!Response to owner:Whats disappointing is your inability to acknowledege that you fell Very short on your work. You were not thorough and you completely failed to address the problem for which I brought the bike in for. You were suppose to check the jetting in the very beginning, but you never did! My bike sat in your shop for a month and I went back and forth picking up a bike that ran like S#*$. The third time i picked up the bike I literally broke down 20 miles from my house with fried plugs, when I came back into the shop you said you "couldn't remember" if you checked the jetting and the guy who worked on it couldn't remember either...seriously!!!! What a Joke!!! You're right, I was happy when I dropped the bike off because it was determined there were no major mechanical issues, but after a month of bills and a bike that got worse and ultimately had to be fixed by another mechanic-who said the jetting was completely inappropriate for my bike and the idle mixture was backed all the way down. You're right jetting isn't a "perfect science" but when you make those adjustments most people check to see if its even close...my bike was not rideable!!!!! And, you replaced my spark plugs and gapped them totally different (20 and 40) not even close!.... thats pretty lame!!! And, two independent reputable shops said that the labor cost/time value seemed disproportionately high for the work preformed. Your right, I started happily optimistic only to realize I was getting totally ripped off, and I was left with a bike that was not rideable. To respond by giving summary of what you think was acceptable has nothing to do with the problem and to try and emphasis the fact that you merely traded one tire tube for another is embarrassing!

Some problems initially but all was resolved to my satisfaction within a few months This review is in response to my earlier review where I was disappointed. Mark did everything in his power to right the situation and everything is now OK.

I called to see how much it would cost to put new tires on my Victory and whoever answered the phone told me in a really elitist tone, "we only work on Harleys."An American bike is an American bike and Harleys aren't even American anymore. If they dont want my money I will gladly take it somewhere else.
