Prompt service. Was in and out quickly. Jared appears to be a good service manager. I heard him explaining services to other customers and thought he did a great job. He literally made about $4k in sales while I was getting my vehicle aligned. Having been a former auto repair manager I was impressed

I just had the most amazing experience.I came very stressed about my tires and Jarret was so helpful about it.He had everyone working on my car to get me back to work as soon as possible on a snow day.I am so thankful for his calm demeanor.He for sure and his entire crew made my stressful day so much better.

It's a usual shop tactic to try to finesse a pretty girl for some quick cash. My girlfriend was quoted 2,500 to fix a issue they "couldn't identify" on our car.Basically a stab in the dark to see how simple minded we were.Got a 2nd opinion that actually made sense elsewhere.Shop was busy I'll give them that, but the result was lazy diagnostics and a smug attitude.

Complete rear brake and rotor replacement done, only to find out, from the nissan dealership, that the same brake pads that were supposedly done needed replaced soon. Its only been a 4 months since the work was done. I dont care what the circumstances are, a 450 dollar break job should last longer than 4 months. Also, was estimated on services needed, including both front and rear suspension maintenance. LIES. Afer getting a second opinion, only the rear. Thus place is a money pit and who contribute to the rip off mechanic stereotypes. Not to mention, appointments are pointless. You still wait an entire day to get serviced. Someones always calling out or they're short of people. What a joke. Will def be doing business where they won't confuse me for a complete idiot. STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM "BRYAN" THE OWNER TO MY EMAIL AS HE INSTRUCTED ME TO PROVIDE.

I left my Toyota dealership care and went to Firestone. I have been very pleased with the tires I bought, alignment, tire balancing, etc. Prices are more reasonable.

Gary Was very informative and helped us save money in the new set of tires. He also looked over the brakes and gave advice. I was not expecting that, and it was very helpful.

Popped in with a low tire. Took me in within the hour and pulled out a nail and repaired the tire. Clifford and Danny were awesome. Great experience!!

They didn't reattach my battery in securely after a tire change (which is a weird time to detach a battery). Car ran fine until a few turns later and the negative terminal came loose. On the highway. Good tires, but I almost died, which is really bad.

Wrote me a 3,000 dollar estimate. For vibration in my car. Changed all the parts they said and it didn't fix a thing. Also none of the parts I took off were damaged. My axle boots hold water. No play in tie rod ends. No play in drive shaft. Absolute baloney shop. My sisters kids can plug a tire.

I took the car in for repairs, but in the end the car started to drive even worse, strange sounds appeared, but they can t do anything about it, never bring your car here.

Gary is a stud at his job. He's very kind and made sure to do business the right way and inform me how poorly my brakes were performing. Took my car to Firestone yesterday after paying another shop to recharge the a/c and being told I needed a $1500 repair on it. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to picking up my car yesterday, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, (unlike the other shop.) I appreciated that I was offered a coupon special they had going, and got a call to tell me what was going on when they found the issue. It turned out to just be a faulty valve and they were able to get my a/c fixed for less than the other shop charged me to recharge and not fix it. I will definitely be using them in the future and am glad I found them!

All I can say is that my tires seem good. My experience as a customer was poor. Firestone customer service is absolutely useless -- I was promised a response within 48 hours over two weeks ago. I also filled out the survey to report my issues and requested a follow up. No response. My biggest issue is that my low tire pressure indicator came on after my service. Called the shop and was invited to come in to have them topped off. Gary helped me and was very kind. Light came on again a few yards into my drive home. Set up an appointment to come back two days later (Sunday). When I arrived, my appointment was logged in the system but not on the "schedule" (?) so they were not expecting me. I told both the service manager and Gary that I would need to wait for my car. I was assured I'd get a call when it's ready -- estimated time of 2-3 hours. After 4 hours and no call, I called the shop. I was told my car was ready. Got to the shop and other staff member told me I just needed to click a few buttons on my car's display panel to dismiss the error. Apparently it's "very common" with newer CRVs. Um, OK, if this is something that happens often, could anyone have told me that over the phone without my having to waste 6 hours of my time returning to the shop and making calls? Oh, and they RARELY answer their phone and there's no way to leave a message. I wanted specific tires, but in the future, that won't be enough to get me to return to Firestone. I never thought I'd utter these words, but go to Walmart instead. :(Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I called to make an appointment the service member answering the phone did not understand the service that they advertise that I required and maybe that's why he didn't put me into the system like he said he would for a Friday at noon appointment when I arrived for my appointment I was told I didn't have one so I called the number on my phone to make sure I wasn't wrong and the phone at the desk rang at which point I was advised I would be slipped in ever so graciously I have been sitting in my truck for over two and a half hours now at this point and I still have not been served no apologies have been given it is obvious that they do not care about their service because they do not know it it is obvious they did not care about my vehicle because they are not getting to it it's obvious they don't care about their business because they're not making appointments and it's obvious they don't care about their customers cuz I don't even get an apology and had to talk my way into an appointment that I had already made I will not be coming here again and I will not be suggesting it to friends

Made an appointment for 11am and received a call recommending to drop my car off earlier. On the day of service I dropped my car off at 730am and was told it would be ready to pick up by early afternoon. Went back to the shop at 415pm and the work hasn't started.Due to having another place to be at 5 I left without having any work done. I'll take my money somewhere else that isn't going to waste my time. My car also smells like it was smoked in after picking it up. Disappointing experience.

Couldn't even get my flat repaired. I live a 30 minute drive from them and they are about a 2 min walk from my job so it would have been really convenient. They were clearly busy, which I understand if it takes a few hours to get something fixed. But that wasn't even an option. The person at the counter said because of how busy they are they refused to fix my flat and told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I even told them I was working and could come back 4 or 5 hours later to get it and they said no. Would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience ever.

I've been coming to this place for all my general auto maintenance for about 12 years now, through multiple cars. They always treat me well. Never had a problem, and Gary and the rest of the team are friendly and responsive.

Not good... Went in for a new starter, for the 3rd time they misdiagnosed the problem sent me home to fix it myself. After over 15years of trusting them to maintain my vehicles I will never be going back to this location.

Quick and friendly service. Great communication from shop when setting up appointment and as work was done, bill was clearly explained. Recommend calling or just going to shop rather than using online scheduler for an appointment.

I came in for alignment after installing spacers. Car drove fine, I just knew camber would be out.At pickup the inside of the car was covered in oil and greasy hand prints.. They gave me an alignment sheet that showed everything was perfectly adjusted but the wheel wasn't straight and the car pulled left.Return trip #1 they remeasured and sure enough toe was all wonky, they said "something must have slipped". I had to wait extra time because they had just damaged another vehicle on the alignment lift and couldn't remove it until parts arrived. Thankfully the second alignment seems to be straight.Return trip #2 was because I hadn't even made it a mile before I noticed a skid plate just dangling off the car. When I came back initially they said they didn't touch the skid plate... except before they could even ask in the shop a tech came out with three missing bolts and a wrench. A miracle!The only good part of this place is the older gentleman who works the phone and the desk. But otherwise this place is a disaster, avoid or send your enemies.

I found it to be pretty easy to get service here. I made an appointment ahead of time on the website, dropped off my truck first thing in the morning, got a call later when the truck was ready. The alignment was done correctly and the truck droves really well.
