Its so great to finally have Fine Tuned Auto in my neighborhood. I was driving to their Erie location and I noticed they now have one in my neighborhood. They have been working on my Subaru the last couple years. Their work is fantastic and I love how they give you a detailed explanation about everything that is wrong with your car while helping you prioritize the work that is needed and so you can budget for the work that is needed in the future.

Greatly appreciate the direct communication and integrity of the staff. As we all know things sometimes don t go as planned, there was minor leak in the silicone seal after getting the oil pan replaced. I brought the vehicle back to the shop the fallowing morning and the mechanic immediately assessed and fixed the issue. They offer warranty on the repairs they preform, and ensure their costumers are taken care of. You don t often find a company that takes such pride in their work these days and I would absolutely recommend this repair shop to anyone. Not to mention the oil pan replacement was several hundred dollars less than the quote I received from the dealership. Overall, this is the best experience I ve had at an auto repair shop.

This place is a scam. They make you feel very welcome only to trick you into unnecessary repairs. I only hope they didn t do damage to my vehicle.
