This shop is really cool and local. Worked with Tim and Pete they got my car in and out quickly! Had the timing chain on my white 3 series xdrive replaced as well as a long list of other items while I was there. I'm really happy to have my car back and running amazingly. Really appreciate these guys and definitely recommend Dynamic Import Service!

This shop is an absolute gem, I am so glad I found Ty, Brandon, and Justin. They were happy and enthusiastic about working on my older BMW. It is an '88, and has primarily been worked on by myself during almost 15 years of ownership. This didn't scare these guys at all, and they were easily able to diagnose and resolve an issue which had left me stumped. These folks love cars, and show a great level of care for their customers!

So lucky to have found this shop in Longmont! The crew at dynamic are helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They have a body shop connected to the repair shop so Dynamic will be my one stop shop for my VW, BMW, and Land Rover. Thanks again guys!

Love, Love, Love Dynamic Import Service and Auto Salon! They are my go to mechanic for all things LR3! They really go above and beyond in helping keep my 2008 LR3 running smooth! Also Ricardo from their Auto Salon did a phenomenal job on refurbishing my headlamps like new!!

I have been taking my BMW X5 here since they opened and I can say this is the most trustworthy, professional car service place around. They are always quick to get you in, do amazing work, and are very upfront about the services you need. They never feel like they push things on you or over charge. I completely trust them which is huge being a young female looking for car service. The experiences I have had with them are so great that I would consider only getting BMWs in the future so that I am guaranteed to continue working with them.

Took my 41 year old Porsche 911 in to get the door fixed and these guys were great. Brandon kept me updated and took the time to fill me in on everything they did. They scratched the window tint when removing the window so they had it redone for me free of charge. Love that kind of service. I'll definitely bring it back when my car inevitably needs something else.

Amazing shop with great service techs. These guys are super knowledgeable and faster and better priced than dealerships. Totally worth bringing your car here. They ve only given me 5 star service and I know that s important when figuring out where to take your car for service/repair.

This place is awesome! The owners are very honest and charge a fair price! I take my son's BMW for repairs here. Before I found out about this place, I used to take the BMW to a couple of other shops in Longmont, CO. After coming here, I've realized that the other shops were ripping me off blindly (with a smile on their faces!). For example, when the water pump went out in the simmer, the shop on Main street in Longmont charged me $900+. At Dynamic Imports, it was a bit less that half that price!!I highly recommend this shop!! Keep up the great work Ty! (The owner)

Ty and Pete have been servicing my 2005 X3 for a couple of years and there s no one else I would bring my car to. No matter what s wrong with my car, they will be professional and get the job done right. Over the last few years and all of the expansion that they have done, I still trust that they will do a fantastic job. Brought my Volvo V60 Polestar here to have the rear brakes upgraded to a bigger brake setup. I trusted Brett and the entire team at Dynamic Import Service as they were very meticulous and cared about doing a really quality job. I am very happy with the professionalism and exceptional work that they performed. I would not hesitate to bring your Volvo, BMW or other import auto here for any service. I will be back! I'd like to send a BIG shout out to the team at Dynamic Import Service. After getting the run around at another local service shop, I decided I'd take my '06 Passat in to have them diagnosis/fix my AC compressor. Both Pete and Nathaniel were awesome to work with. They knew exactly what was wrong, set expectations on what it would cost, and had me on my way in no time. Very friendly and competent staff...Highly recommended. Thanks, Guys!

My 2011 BMW X3 was giving a drivetrain error code & stalling. Everyone here was professional, helpful and practical, and they diagnosed the car correctly right away. My car needed the high pressure fuel pump and it runs great now. They also replaced the radiator for a leak. Thanks all!

I've been taking my BMW 2008 X3 here for repairs for years. I am not well-versed in mechanics of cars, but everyone at Dynamic has been very respectful and patient and has thoroughly explained what is going on with my vehicle so that I can understand and make informed decisions about which repairs I would like to do. They never try to upsell me for things I do not want or need but are transparent and clear about what the highest priority items are, so that I can be as safe as possible on the road. Altogether, I commute about 8 hours per week and it gives me peace of mind to know that my vehicle is in good hands and is prepared to help me be safe on the road. It makes such a difference knowing I have people whom I can trust with my vehicle. I appreciate how relational, kind, and knowledgeable Pete and Ty are, as well as all of the employees. Additionally, they are able to provide loaner cars while my car is in the shop (when scheduled in advance), and they do not charge me for this. I had Dynamic do some work on my BMW e91 3 series. They did an awesome job and got it done quicker than estimated. Replaced a hose that had been broken out of curtesy- not increasing my bill. Very impressed with this upstanding company and owner Ty. Knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with. Will be bringing my partners bmw there as well. Trustworthy mechanic is not an oxymoron here, just an amazing crew that treats my 27 year old 3-series very well. These guys are AMAZING! I am so very pleased with the repair they did. Super nice, very friendly and extremely fair. They communicated with me every step of the way and they got the repair done very fast. I just found my new mechanic for life for my BMW. You will not be disappointed in the work or the service from this place. The repair even turned out to be less money then originally quoted. My BMW feels like a new car again! 2011 BMW X3 28i & 2007 Volvo S60 2.5T AWDIt's easy to review a shop that does a job well for a fair price and you get your vehicle back better than it was. But what happens if the shop makes mistake in the repair? This shop goes above and beyond to make it right no matter what and with almost zero hassle.I have had body work done, battery service/replacement, alignment, valve cover/gaskets, struts, oil changes, etc with Dynamic. I have never used a auto mechanic and felt as comfortable as I do with Ty, Pete, and the crew. They service European vehicles like no other at a fair price and I would choose Dynamic over a dealer shop any day. There's good reason why you see so many 5-star reviews of this company. We had to have the battery replaced in our 2012 MINI Cooper, and Marcus added us to their schedule on the same day I called, a very busy Friday. There was an unexpected problem with the battery supplied by the MINI dealer in Loveland. When I went to pick up the car, I spoke with service manager Pete, who immediately offered to correct the problem. That follow-up work happened the next Monday morning. The level of customer service at Dynamic Import Service is first-rate, and that counts for a lot these days. I will use this business for all future service work, and I HIGHLY recommend them.Service: Battery

These guys!!! My love for them is real... they fixed my 2018 X3 (suspension probs) and my son's 2014 Mini Countryman (oil leak) - their prices were well below what the dealer quoted and they even went the extra mile to check whether or not my repairs were covered by warranty. Just stop it!!! It feels indulgent to know about this shop! Great work, fair prices, a pleasure to deal with... fan for life right here ;)Service: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle is apparently something of a money pit but with the used market as it is I m not looking to sell any time soon. The fellas at dynamic import service are always understanding and do really knowledgeable, comprehensive work on my terms and schedule. I ve not met any one there who isn t a pleasure to speak to as they all take the time to explain thoroughly whatever issue is at hand. I would give these guys 100 stars if I had an option, they are amazing people! They're very professional, friendly and honest. They went out of their way to go check my sons car to the Longmont post office, that leaked all the coolant. They towed it and repaired it after hours so we can have a safe car to drive. I just can't say anything bad about this place. What you pay for is was you get, and let me tell you they are not cheap but well worth every penny.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Ty, Pete and the entire Dynamic team are the BEST BMW crew around. They are all certified technicians with years of experience at a local BMW dealership. If you want the best service for you and your BMW, this is the place for you!The Dynamic Import Team will give you highest quality service at realistic pricing. They stand behind their work and even have loaner vehicles available for jobs that take more time than an oil change.Until being introduced to Ty, my 2007 335i with 97k has always (until recently) received dealership service. What a breath of fresh air!! My Benz needed a break job and I was completely ready to pay for it. Dynamic could have totally done the break job and I wouldn't have known the difference.After a few hours, after dropping off the vehicle, I got a call tell me I didn't need a break job and it was just a small adjustment, saving me $900.Lifetime customer from here on out!No BS, no needing to work about being overcharged and having unneeded work just to charge you more.Thanks to everyone at DynamicServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had a great experience with Dynamic Import Service. Brett worked on my Volvo, very friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt updates and quotes via texts, a great way to communicate and convenient. I thought initially they'd be keeping my car overnight, but the work was completed same day. I felt they were honest, like opting out of a tire rotation because the treads checked out. Also, my oil change was complimentary. I only spoke with Ty on the phone who set up my appointment, and he was very friendly as well. Brett answered all my questions and spoke with me like someone who knows some things about her car. Much appreciated. I see why they're highly-rated. I recommend them and will definitely utilize their services again in the future. Thanks, guys!
