After having another shop perform a terrible alignment, I brought in my newly lifted Toyota Sequoia to Christian Brothers to make it right. Not only did they make it right, but they nailed it and it drives as straight as an arrow now! They knew exactly what needed adjustment after my small lift (unlike some other shops) and got it done easily and quickly. Everyone was also super friendly and knowledgeable so if you take your vehicle here you ll be in great hands! The free coffee and shuttle back to your home is also a great perk!

It was wonderful working with Travis and Bryan. They were both very patient and kind. Went above and beyond what they needed to to help me with my car and to help me with finding a new one. They didn't try to pressure me into anything or talk down to me/treat me like an idiot. It's hard to find a mechanic you feel isn't trying to squeeze you for every last penny but I didn't get that from here. Also, very appreciative of their diagnostics system. You get a link with a break down of everything, price and pictures. It's great. I will definitely be bringing my cars to them.

Everyone I talked to and or worked with was absolutely amazing! Josh, the owner was so super kind and helpful. I'm super glad we met and he could help me get my car looked at after a hit and run in December.From the moment I walked in the door there was nothing but kindness. They actually listened to my concerns and did their best to resolve them. Everyone from the front office, to the shop guys, down to the ride they provided was wonderful. I'm very pleased with the services I received!Thank you everyone!

DISHONEST, OVERPRICED, INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL!Don't let "Christian " fool you. This is a SCAM!I had a rattling noise under my vehicle. After they told me they test drove it, they determined the rattling noise was a cup in my cup holder!!!!! OBVIOUSLY, I'm not that ignorant. They charged me an insane amount to tell me it was a cup in my cup holder, and they suggested I just remove the cup from my car...After talking with the manager about being charged for this and stating that I was shocked with how I was being treated as a customer and despite claiming to be a Christian company, their standards and values show otherwise! They don't value their customers. They insult them and take advantage of them!The manager then raised his voice on the phone with me and told me he took what I said as a PERSONAL attack on his faith and was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional to speak with after that.The manager agreed to reimburse me only a portion of what they charged me to tell me the rattling noise under my car was actually a cup in my cup holder.However, the fact that he agreed to reimburse me a portion of the charges just proves that he knows he was wrong in charging me altogether.It has been several months now, and the cup is not in my cup holder. There is still a rattling noise under my vehicle.Don't waste your time or your money here, because they are dishonest!

Fast and easy to get into, polite & patient, explained what was wrong and how important it is to fix, even showed me a video of how the part works. Bryan spoke with my husband as well. Joe the mechanic did a fantastic job. Everyone was kind and made sure my young boys were set up with drinks and coloring books. Love this place and plan to return for all our car and truck s service needs.

I appreciate their honesty and thoroughness I lost my lug nut key (that is very rare apparently) and needed my brakes changed after getting a bit of a run around I went to Automotive Christian Brothers and they were able to get my locking lug nuts off without my key or wrecking my rims, changed my brakes and also gave me a list of other work that should be done on my Jeep in the future to keep it in tip top shape!I am a single Mom with little knowledge on how to take care of my vehicle and I trust the men at Automotive Christian Brothers to help me!

Had a wonderful experience while getting my BMW fixed at the Longmont location. Brian was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire process. He communicated updates consistently which gave me peace of mind. I'm very happy with the work done and definitely will be back for future repairs!

I've had to visit CB on ken pratt several times in the last few months (due to my car's age and lots of daily driving, not because they didn't do a thorough and complete job each visit) and I've got nothing but positive things to say. Everyone on the team is very professional and friendly and communication is top notch. They are always very transparent about their findings and up front about what is really needed, versus what can wait. I will continue to take my car there and definitely recommend them for anyone in the Longmont area with routine or emergency maintenance needs

Courteous, professional, great communication amazing staff.Thank you!I had been to Christian Brothers in Waxahachie Texas about a year and a half ago and really liked their service. They re honest and thorough, not the kind of service you get at a dealership. I was quite excited to see that there was one here in Longmont not far from where I m staying. I took it in for an oil change, and they did a full vehicle inspection and provided that in writing. The price for the oil change was less than I ve paid at other places, and then inspection was more thorough than I ve ever had done at a dealership. The Longmont location did not disappoint! I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive for any of your car repair or maintenance needs.

A few unknown (but very needed) repairs were discovered when the complimentary inspection of my car was preformed after an oil change. I received pictures and a detailed explanation of each line item, including benefits and risks involved with the service, what could wait and what should be addressed immediately. The decision was always mine with the knowledge provided-- I never felt judged or pressured. Bryan even offered to teach me to check on one of the issues myself-- so I could see if it was getting worse and needed attention further down the road. I don't have a big brother but I imagine the experience I had here is what it would be like

These folks are very professional and very competent. Service manager Travis is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me navigate Ford's warranty program for my new vehicle when my Denver area dealer was being much less than helpful. Thank you so much.

The crew here are the best! Travis and Josh were my main POCs but I know the entire team was working to help get my car back in shape. It caught on fire and so Travis and Josh worked with me and my insurance to come up with a game plan to get everything fixed - it took a few weeks (no fault of theirs) and after that it was smooth sailing. Every time they talked to me they were so kind and transparent.Highly recommend!

What a great experience, took our Tahoe for a Ac inspection, some other stuff needed attention, the staff took care of our max care warranty making sure everything was fix , I'm impressed of the kindness and honesty of the service they running, I'm definitely coming back

1. Treated well by the associates.2. The associates explained the work done, helped me understand some of the items that needed attention in the next 3 months so I can budget for the expenses.3. I had an oil change and waited in the lounge area. Very clean and pleasant environment.

I initially really liked Christian brothers, we had a substantial amount of work done on our vehicle and started using them exclusively. However, I will no longer be going there. I had an oil change done this fall. Shortly after the oil change, my check engine light came on and the code (P0524) was because there was not enough oil. When we checked, I was about a quart short. There were no signs of a leak, so I brought it back in and was basically told that their best mechanic had serviced my vehicle, so there was no way he forgot the extra quart. We topped it off and several thousand miles later, there has been no issue, so it was not a leak it was negligence.

This place has excellent, trustworthy service!!...I was pulling a camper from Florida and had transmission fluid leak concerns. Turns out my dealership overfill it...This shop verified my transmission fluid level was good and gave me assurance everything was ok....they didn't charge me anything for this service...Unbelievable!...We drove another 3K miles home w/o incident. My wife and I ARE VERY GRATEFUL...Thank you gentlemen...

My car had an issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. Unfortunately my normal mechanic did not have any same day availability so I called around and found that Christian Brothers could fit me in. They way overcharged me to fix my car, but at least they got it fixed. They then did a complimentary inspection and quoted me ~$1500 in repairs, with one issue (rear brakes, drums, etc) being emphasized as needing to be fixed ASAP. I chose not to get that fix and brought my car to my usual mechanic to take a look. Not only did they say my brakes did not need to be replaced but they said when they disassembled everything, quite a bit of brake dust came out, and there was no way Christian Brothers actually looked at all of what they were telling me needed to be repaired. I would avoid them at all costs.

They were very honest about my car. I did not gave much money, so I was charged 85 dollars to get my car on the road again. All of them were very friendly. I will use them again. Thank you Christian Brothers

Christian Brothers has excellent customer service and very good communication. I brought my car to them with a very unique problem and they did exactly what I requested them to do. Nothing more.
