I have had a difficult time finding reputable car repair shops. This particular Christian Bros. was highly recommended. They are wonderful! If you have had service with a shop you are questioning, try Christian Bros. They will check whatever you had done and let you know if there is an issue, no charge. When they do work on your vehicle, they take pictures and give you a copy.for your records I have never seen this anywhere else. They work in a timely manner and I have not had issues getting an appointment when needed. I am very pleased with Chauncey, he listens well and addresses your concerns. The waiting area is very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with windows so you can see your car being worked on. So far, charges seem fair. I do not think you would be disappointed!!!

Whoa, these guys were great! Got me in at last minute notice and did an outstanding job. Did not over charge or even try to like many places do. Communication was outstanding. I loved the drive through oil changes that I used to use but these guys can do it just as fast with much better service.

Excellent customer service!! Stopped in real quick as my car started alerting me that one of my tires was losing air quickly while leaving work. They immediately took my car and patched my tire in 15 min for no charge! Told me to come see them for future work! Highly recommend! I was not expecting a freebie but with the excellent customer service I received I will definitely be going back for other car maintenance! Customer service is so hard to find these days but they make customer service a top priority!

The team at the Christian Brothers in Firestone essentially rescued me from an endless & expensive path of mechanical issues, and I am so very grateful.After purchasing an older converted diesel van last fall, I started working with a mechanic in Longmont to resolve some mechanical issues. It went in multiple times, costing a great deal of money, without the completion of obvious fixes to get my van running properly.I recently switched to Christian Brothers in panicked desperation, as there are few diesel mechanics in the area, and they efficiently addressed all problems I've dealt with for months! Not only were they so patient in dealing with my level of stress, I absolutely trust they are qualified to handle the most difficult tasks. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road in my tiny home!

Great customer service! After dropping off my vehicle because the repairs were going to take most the day, I was offered a ride home. Wow! What business offers that anymore? A+They only fixed the items that needed repaired and didn't add on items that didn't. My vehicle drives and handles great now.CBA has my vote and service and highly recommend them!Randy

Nice people here, and good routine service, but fell short for me on more complicated issues. A few years back I took in my 2014 Buick Enclave with concerns about a slipping transmission and rattling noise at idle that I thought might be a timing chain issue (common on prior years of the enclave). I knew I was late on the transmission service interval after all the chaos of a major cross state move, and so asked for a transmission flush as well. The diagnostic came back recommending a timing chain job (requiring removal of the engine) and replacement of the transmission - a several thousand dollar ($7k) repair bill. I asked if doing the transmission flush might extend the life if the unit while I saved up money and they recommended not putting any more money into it as it was clearly going soon. My wife and I had long hard conversations about what to do, including potentially getting a different vehicle. We looked into financing options. Days turned into weeks, and eventually nearly two years passed while we tried to figure out how to pay for it, each day knowing there was a ticking time bomb ready to leave us stranded if the transmission went and potentially total our car if the timing chain failed suddenly. After putting nearly 25k new miles on the car I started to question the original diagnosis and finally took it in to a reputable dealership in Boulder (had been lied to by the one in Longmont previously) to get a second opinion. They quickly concluded that the timing chain was a complete non issue and recommended doing a simple transmission service to see if it improved the slipping. The fluid was burned by that point and quite low. After the $250 servicing the slipping problem was 95% resolved and the noise I had been concerned about at idle (and thought was the timing chain) was gone as well. It has been 18 months now and the car still drives well, even if I notice a very slight slip on occasion. I would recommend getting a second opinion if this shop gives you a large quote for a repair bill. I wish I would have sooner, but I was new to the area and didn t know who to trust. This shop had been recommended to me as reputable. I m so glad we didn t spend thousands getting the work done. We spent two years needlessly stressing about our car, while shortening the life of our transmission by neglecting servicing even further on the recommendation of the service advisor to not put any more money into it. Will not be trusting my car to this shop again.

Trustworthy! The dealer told me I needed $1000 of work. I knew I could get it cheaper elsewhere, but these guys wound up finding a single $40 hose to fix and everything else was fine. I appreciate that honesty and will continue sending my business here!

I give this a complete thumbs up!!! They were so polite, helped to determine what the issue was with my vehicle!! The courtesy ride home and back was the best customer service yet! No one does that anymore!! They kept me updated and gave me options on my issues! I trusted them to tell me what was needed and not add something that I didn t need! I will always be a loyal customer!!

We will never go back to this location or any locations. Terrible service! We have our jeef to get diagnosed, but because the service is so high we decided not to let them fix it. We are picking up the jeef but they lost our key. They didn t try to offer a shuttle. We requested our money back for diagnostic but they refused. We don t know when we are going to get our jeef back, and because of this we don t know when we can go back to work!!!Do not come to this location!!!

After scheduling and talking about the problems with my car, getting diagnosis, and then telling me we are trying to work with your warranty. I called my warranty company, they told me that this Christian Brothers was essentially trying to screw me over, at a price of almost $1500. Everything should have been covered, but this shop thinks trying to pull fast ones on people is the way to do business. These people are crooks, nobody should be taking their car here if they have the opportunity to take it somewhere else.

How are this company has 4.8 stars is beyond me. Over $1700 for Front brakes and calipers that still squeak and has been checked by them twice by them. And their excuses Is that it takes time for the squeak to go away as they are brand new pads. Unreal!!! If you look on the Nextdoor app, there s nothing but complaints about this company Which I ve also commented on. This place is Over priced and customer satisfaction is unheard of. Do your research and spend your harder money on a mechanic that actually knows what they re doing and treat their customers right

On 02/02/24 I had an appt for an oil change. Prior to making the appt, JD quoted me a price on the phone, I made the appt & when I arrived for my appt he denied ever quoting me such a price. I would not have made the appt if I had been quoted what I was charged, which was 50% higher than he had quoted me. I chose to go ahead w/the appt although it was quite upsetting. I was also told by JD the appt would take 1hr 15min & it ended up being 2.5 hours, which caused issues with other appts I had. Being only 10 minutes away, I took their courtesy ride home, after I dropped my car. They did not call to inform until they were an 1hr and 20min. into my appt time that it would be another 30min. before my car was ready. I called at the 30 minute mark and my car was still not completed.. They said it would be another 20 minutes or so. I asked for the courtesy ride to come pick me up at that point so I could be there when my car was completed ...they would not pick me up until the work was completely done. I finally got a call they were done, which was approx 2 1/2 hours into my appt time. When I finally picked up my car and expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told I should have walked away before they started the work. I indicated I always want to support local business and therefore chose to keep the appt.. I have never been treated so poorly by other Christian Brothers operations & I definitely will not be returning to that location for any future work.

Whether you re looking for a tire alignment, oil change or any sort of maintenance, Christian Brothers Automotive has got you covered! What gives this auto repair shop a winning edge against other competitors, is it s outstanding customer service, store cleanliness and conveniences with a complimentary shuttle bus that can take you anywhere. While your car is getting fixed, you have the option to either settle down in their clean lounge and snack or quench your thirst, or take the shuttle bus to work, home or the mall if you so please. Unlike any other auto body repair shop that I ve been to, Christians shop understands you have places to be and things to get done! This is the Chick-Fil-A of auto body repair shops and I highly recommend you give it a go for your next oil change. Shout out to William for providing me with outstanding service and setting the new bar for quality customer service!

The oil change service was done quickly, and the staff was kind. But I was shocked when there was $40 in labor for an oil change. If I would have been told that there was this charge, I would have just went to the Hyundai dealership to have the service done without the labor cost. $120 for an oil change is obscene and ridiculous. Very unsatisfied. Sadly will not be returning for future services.

Dropped off my truck for an oil change. They took me home and in about an hour, called and said it was ready. I asked for a ride back because my wife wasn't feeling well and they said no problem and came right over, and brought me back. I've used them several time, never any issue, very friendly people.

Great experience. We were visiting the front range area from Salida. Our coolant started bubbling in Longmont. We went first to the nearby Firestone, but there were no attendants and people were waiting. Called CBA and they told they could do the coolant flush. Turns out the radiator was leaking. Bad news. Regardless, they were able to bring the replacement and change it within 4 to 5 hours and we were able to drive up the mountains. This was great when you have a 10 month old among you. Extremely good customer service from Chauncey, JD and the driver of our complimentary shuttle, Rob. I highly recommend this location!
