My jeep needed the entire frame replaced after an accident. Caliber was amazing. I received a rental car and they met me at the shop so it was super convenient. Felt very informed as to the status of my vehicle. Received my jeep back when promised and pickup couldn t have been easier. Great staff!!!

Even though the waits seem long this shop is very skilled at what they do. My car was completed 2 weeks earlier than proposed and the work was top notch. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Highly recommended. Flawless repair. Great communication by email and phone regarding the progrss of the repair. Vehicle was returned super clean, including the tires. A 2016 Tundra that looked as good as it did when new.

We got into a minor fender bender and needed repairs. Caliber Collision helped us work with the insurance company to get everything we needed. We were kept up to date on the repair process and it took less than two weeks to repair the damage. Our car looks as good as new! We highly recommend Caliber Collision. The customer service is friendly and attentive and they do great work.

Never got updates about the vehicle. Needed to know so I could extend rental. And in the tailgate there s a bigger gap on one side. I also lost the bed cover while driving assuming they didn t clamp them down right. I would avoid this car shop at all costs! I unfortunately had to go through it because it was the shop that was approved through my car insurance. I dropped off my vehicle and at the end of the day it was totaled which then I was told it would be put back together and was given an estimate for that but then was told it would be given to me in pieces . Really bad customer service in regard to saying one thing and then doing another. HIGHLY regret bringing my vehicle here .waste of time.

After being rear ended and my car being absolutely crunched, I was sent by my insurance to Caliber. They did an excellent job!! Drew made my car look better than when I bought it! He kept me informed the entire time and explained everything perfectly. Ann was also extremely helpful in scheduling my repair, and was so so considerate and kind. Wonderful experience!

I was very happy with my service. Drew was my advisor and kept me informed via phone calls, text, and online service repair time line. My car was detailed when I picked it up. Who does that anymore!! Caliber Collision took care of us! Body repairs mechanical repairs can take a long time. I will not lie we were without our vehicle for a month or more(They did offer rental options through our insurance). Everytime there was a change there was a phone call from one of their experts on what was being done along with the details and process. Our Honda Pilot ended up needing a little more work than originally forecasted but it's only because they wanted to make sure they used name brand parts and it was repaired correctly. Many thanks to the team in Longmont our Pilot drives exactly the way it did before our little fender bender. All the paint and body work looks like it wasn't even touched also needed a new wheel in the rear. John I spoke with said that their work is lifetime guaranteed! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service many thanks!

Caliber Collision repaired my passenger door after I was hit in a parking lot. It took quite awhile to get an appointment, but once it was in the shop, Caliber moved through the process. Drew kept me informed almost daily about the progress of my vehicle. I anticipated that I would be without it for a month or more, but they were able to get the parts needed, and I took possession exactly two weeks after dropping it off. I had a very positive experience at Caliber on Boston in Longmont. Drew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he s a great guy. My car is in PERFECT condition thanks to his mechanics and the turnaround time was very quick considering the parts they needed and the work to be done. Drew and Calliber Collision were amazing! Completed the job on time (actually a bit earlier than the original estimate) which was great. Very fair pricing and the job came in under the original estimate, definitely a very fair and honest shop. They repaired a dent on the rear of my car and finished job was flawless, looks brand new! Drew was also great to work with as his communication was quick and responsive and I received several calls from him throughout the process to keep me in the loop. I had to bring my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport in. Unfortunately, it was showered with pea gravel; due to a lovely hauler that didn t secure his tarp.I worked with Drew, he was FANTASTIC! He Made me feel super comfortable.He was Professional and explained every step to me as we went along.I knew that parts are hard to get at the moment, so I never wanted to call and bug the shop. Come to find out I would never never need to call into the shop because about once a week he called me to update me on everything.When I got my baby back it was beautiful!They did a fantastic job!

My insurance company set me up with caliber for my repair and my experience with drew and caliber was nothing but great. Drew kept in regular contact about my repair and even finished earlier than expected. I also had a rental with enterprise and caliber contacted them upon my arrival to come me at caliber as we checked in my vehicle and I was even able to drop my rental off there and caliber handled the rest with checking it in with enterprise. Drew and his team went above and beyond. Within about 3 weeks my car which was missing a chunk out of it looked better than it did before my crash. They were accommodating to my schedule and work with me to get things done within a time frame that worked for me and my insurance. Drew was amazing in a difficult situation. I was able to bring my car in and it was started on quickly which I really appreciated. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and was very helpful in working around my schedule so I could pick up my car as soon as it was finished. This was the perfect experience for me and I can't thank them enough.

I had to wait awhile for the shop to get the parts needed, but they were very communicative about the whole process. Both drop off and pick up for my vehicle was quick and easy, the staff very friendly and professional. The finished work looked like a brand new car. After many past negative experiences with other body shops, this was such a delightful surprise to not find any flaws in the repair work. Would recommend caliber in Longmont to anyone who needs it.

I was rear ended a few months ago and my bumper was destroyed.It took 4 weeks for my car to get repaired and they kept me informed the entire way (parts being ordered, insurance company issues, etc.)When I got my car back, I was surprised to see that the new bumper had been upgraded and looked amazing. The paint color was an exact match you would have no idea that it had ever been in an accident.Super impressed and highly recommend Caliber Collision in Longmont, CO.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I have had several experiences with auto body repair shops, but this time was different! They completed the job and under the time that they promised and did excellent work! Not only does the company give you daily updates by text, But Drew called twice to check in with me and let me know how things were going.
