I just had some repairs done on my older vehicle and am very happy with the results.Manager Steven and his crew go above and beyond to take care of the customer and their car care needs.I am so impressed with the quality of care and professionalism that comes from everyone I've encountered there.The customer service is top notch!This is not the first time I've taken my car to them for repairs and everytime I do I am always very happy with the results.This place has the kind of quality in management and staff capability that retains customers for life.Thanks guys!

I really used to like this place because in the past they have helped us get our older vehicles repaired without any shenanigans. That changed recently with a rash of issues on our family vehicle. Without boring everyone with the details, they performed over $1K of repairs to our vehicle but didn t notice other major issues along the way which basically made that repair a waste. Now we are facing a big loss at a dealer somewhere just to get a reliable car. Also our repair bill included over 4 hours of labor performed by one tech but the vehicle was ready in (not even joking) 90 minutes? Sure there are shop rates etc. but in this case it seems a little more time and diligence could have saved us a headache and Brakes Plus a customer.

Always super helpful. Put on new shocks and struts, and had to take it back due to the rough ride. They checked it out and replaced what was needed under warranty. They also got me in super quickly for the work. I ve been coming here for years, and appreciate the great work that they do.

I dropped by to ask a question about a coolant temperature reading. They quickly pulled it in and hooked it to the computer. They gave me the information to answer my question and did not charge me at all. They showed honest concern with my car issue even though I was not a paying customer.

The team at Brakes Plus is experienced and professional. I was in a jam with a flat tire on a rim stuck to the hub that 2 others couldn't budge. They had the spare on in no time and very reasonable too! Would go to them again and recommend to others.

Brakes Plus was amazing! I was a walk in for a headlight replacement and they got my headlight fixed immediately and within 10-15 minuets for an unbeatable price! I highly recommend Brakes Plus and I will be coming back for all my car repair needs!

Steven, at the shop, scheduled me for an oil change quickly. He's always so polite and courteous and got my maintenance done quickly and even solved a little tick sound that I'd been having. Always have good reliable service here.

I don t ever respond to reviews but . -Brian- had his alignment done previously. It needed camber/caster cams . Only minor toe adjustment was made, I used a torch to get into spec. At this time -Brian- was told he needed tie rods and it could not be adjusted again. Brain said he would do his own work and bring it back. He returned with camber kits , that I installed for him . Oh and no tie rods installed. After almost melting the tie rods I said again he needs tie rods and was unable to complete this alignment. So Brian let s be stand up men and tell the hole story. I ve been a Mechanic for 24 years.

Ken and Rustin and all of the employees and mechanics iv talked with here went above and beyond for me. They had the best prices in town for my brakes and were super fast. They also were able to work around my breathalyzer in a knowledgeable and non judge mental manner.

Today, was a crazy day. I had a ton of some liquid substance come out of my car at the gas station. I had a few different people look it over and it was said to be brake fluid. So we got in contact with this Brakes Plus, and they were able to get us in right away. The customer service was outstanding!!! I had my minivan towed over and left it with them to do their thing. Well it turned out my car was fine lol but they were so great to make sure it was safe and ready for us to take it. Thank you so much Steven, and everyone else for your wonderful service today!!

This shop is for the people! Best repair experience I've ever had; and the fastest! Very kind employees, very understanding, and very experienced. 5 stars doesn't cut it, they truly deserve 10. Recommending this shop to anybody and everybody

Today was my first time in brakes plus and the service was great! I got my break fluid flushed, and they checked out some other things for me too. It was quick and at a good price from what I was told at other places. Rustin was great!

I choose Brakes Plus for my first time. As a walk in, I didn t have to wait. Rustin took me right away and accomplished me to my vehicle to see what was needed. They had the part in inventory, had me pull around to receive immediate attention. Within ten minutes, I was on my way. They re friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Just wanted to say we were out of state and our brakes were acting up on our 07 Duramax, we were able to get in same day and did the work within two hours. They were very thorough on their inspection they even found an issue with the back shocks and replaced them as well. Thank you for your excellent service!! Will highly recommend you.

This shop is great. They do quality work and stand by it. I ve gotten brakes, oil changes, shocks and struts and have been 100% satisfied. They ve even taken the time to inspect my car regarding a mysterious noise - twice!Patrick, Rustin and Bob are great. My car is 20 years old and running great.

Brakes Plus is my go-to for my small and large jobs, from changing oil to replacing shocks. They always do reliable work, fully explain what they are doing, and they NEVER upsell me. Steve is amazing there. He s always so helpful and keeps me up to date about the work. I looked around for a long time before I found Brakes Plus. Now I will never go anywhere else.

These people are amazing. I have been coming to this location for years. Today I arrivedwith an emergency flat tire. The team immediately addressed my issue and created a bridge so that I could have the tire checked and replaced at a nearby facility. I wouldn't have made it 100 yards without Brakes Plus.Thank you so much!Barbara Ciletti

Brought my car in because my brake light wouldn t illuminate. I thought it was wiring because it was in-and-out for weeks. Turns out it just needed a new bulb. They got me back on the road super fast.

I can t say enough good things about this location. I have been coming here for years. The service is always timely and proficient and I never feel like I mBeing upsold. Recently I had an issue with my pads and rotors,Stephen went above and beyond and replaced a part at no extra charge. I ve also had great experiences with Ken. Great place to get service done.

Hi Everyone, I just want you all to know that Breaks Plus treated me beyond my wildest expectation. I had a flat tire, that could not come off. AAA was unable to do it. They said that because the rim on the tire was rusty it was a problem that they often ran into. They towed the car to Breaks Plus shortly before they were ready to close. Rustin called back shortly and let me know that they not only got the tire off without incident or further damage but also pout the spare on and were not going to charge me as it was an easy fix. He wanted me to know and I wan you all to know that Breaks Plus does a lot more than breaks. Thank you for saving my tire and car and for taking care of me par excellence!

Had some issues with the front rotors on my van recently (turns out they were smoked from driving in the Rockies). I was luckily under the warranty and these guys got me and my wife taken care of early morning, nice and fast. Friendly and welcoming environment and Ken is on top of things in the shop. This place is awesome! Rustin was super helpful and went over and beyond the call of duty to help me install new headlights.He answered all my questions and was efficient and timely. I went in for a brake check. Ten minutes later a technician came back with a 1000.00 estimate for all 4 brakes and rotors.2 days later at another shop I was told after 30 minutes of a tire, brake and alignment check that I am good for another year and could consider tires a few months down the road.My conclusion is I was lied to by brakes plus and they were taking advantage of the fact I am female over 60. They did not think I would do any research and just wanted money.If I could I would offer minus stars.
