The front desk are always so nice and informative! My car had wheel bearing issues and after just one day at the shop, it drives like new. They offered me a free oil change after referring a friend who ended up getting more issues fixed for less at Bowen, than she was quoted at another shop. Great staff and a trustworthy shop.

All-star business from top to bottom. I ve brought my car in twice to get looked at/have repairs done and both times they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I m taken care of. Honest people that do great work at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

These folks were recommended to me and boy am I glad that I listened. They thoroughly diagnosed my daughter's Jeep Patriot and fixed the necessary items. Maureen in the office was a great communicator and they hit all the time estimates they made. Took our car in for the first time on recommendation from our son. Had issues with the battery terminal. Was told by a dealer that it would require replacing the cables for a charge of $360. Turned out to be a quick fix, and they didn t even charge me! Nice owners and good communication. Went here on recommendation from my best friend after receiving a quote from another place in town I didn't feel quite comfortable with. The customer service I received from Maureen was incredible. She provided me a shuttle back to my place and the next day my car was great to go!!! I highly recommend them!

Bowen Street Garage aligned my wheels after new tires were installed. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they were flexible, and prompt. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Quality service! I've had issues with my car's wiring for 3 years now (batteries not charging, inaccurate lights coming on the dash) and this was the first mechanic to quickly identify the root problem and provide quality recommendations. I'd absolutely come back again!

My overall experience was greater than I could've hoped for. Both the staff and service were excellent. They are all very friendly and passionate about what they do. No cheap tricks here - they don't charge you for things not necessary or try to upsell you. They're straight to the point, and I gotta hand it to them, it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days. Thank you for being one. I will definitely be coming back.

I have had only good experiences at Bowen Street Garage. The staff are kind and easy to talk to. The prices are affordable for repairs and maintenance, and I like that they have loaner vehicles for longer repairs. They re also honest and not pushy. Very friendly people. It's hard to find a good garage for your car repairs but I felt very comfortable with Bowen Street Garage,they are very fair with their prices and they do a great job.I highly recommend them.

We took our car in for a 120 mile service. We were told ahead of time the price and that they would have a loaner car for us to use. Once we arrived not only had the price gone up but there was no longer a loaner. When we went to pick up our vehicle we were informed that things were not done due to them not having the equipment and were then handed an estimate for nearly 6k worth of additional work we supposedly needed. Because we have never had a check engine light we opted for a second opinion only to find out that only one thing on their very long list needed to be done saving us nearly 5k. Treating your customers like they are stupid may of worked in the past but not this time.

They are amazing at the work. I would only use this garage to fix my cars. I will continue to always call them if my cars need any service. They do great work, they are fast and always friendly

I moved here from Iowa in November and ever since I have been in Colorado, I have had car trouble. Alex is their front office manager and is one of the nicest professionals I have met. They are great on pricing, honesty, advice, and will definitely go out of their way to help you if you're on a tight schedule. Best auto service business I have every been to.

Absolutely the best place to have any planned or unplanned work done on your car! I bring all of my vehicles here and have never been disappointed. I always know exactly what's needed, what my options are, and the work done is exemplary and always done in a timely manner. They use factory parts for my vehicles and don't charge nearly as much as the dealer, and they stand behind all the work they do. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars!

My 80 year old mother in law took her Nissan Cube in to investigate a noise. They said she needed a new muffler and a catalytic converter. She could only afford the muffler. They said they replaced the muffler at a cost of $312. Today, she took it to another shop for the same type of noise, and they found that Bowen didn't replace the muffler. They simply spliced in 6" of pipe and charged her for the whole muffler replacement. BEWARE!

We ve been coming here for years and always receive great service. We recently had Andreas work on our 21 year old Jeep to get it ready for our daughter who will receive it as her first car. He was able to do maintenance and repairs to get it street ready. It provides me with confidence and peace of mind as a parent.

Loved my experience at Bowen Street Garage. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a ride to and from the garage if needed. We had to get the timing belt and water pump replaced and we had done extensive research on pricing. They were EXTREMELY reasonable by far one of the best quotes we had gotten. The customer service was fantastic. The woman working in the office was super fun and explained everything they were doing in detail and handed us a sheet with all of the information itemizing EVERYTHING you were paying for so it really made sense how they got to the price. I would absolutely recommend Bowen Street Garage. They have earned our exclusive business for sure!

Getting your car fixed can be expensive sometimes but it s worth it! Fantastic people. Looked over a Lexus that I thought about buying (pre-purchase inspection) and let me tell you these guys were great. Explained everything very clearly and even brought me back there to check under the car for different problems that I was concerned about. A little on the pricey side, but if you want something done well you gotta pay the price. And if I didn t pay that price and get their great service I would currently have a $4,000.00 paper weight in my driveway. Thanks again

Andreas Miller and his team are top notch. They have worked on all our cars and can handle anything we throw at them. They are quick, fair and very very good. I am so happy we found them. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Bowen Street Garage!

I have taken my car to Bowen Street Garage a few times for maintenance and repairs. Every time I go there I am treated well and feel convertible. Dave is a pleasant and knowledgeable person, he makes me feel right at home. Love this place and recommend it to all my friends.

I had a oil leak (rear seal) , I took it to Bowen for an estimate . Not only did they give me an estimate , they also put in other work that was not needed . After looking at the quote , I called O'Reilly Auto Parts to check pricing on a seal . $9.99 + tax . The quote from Bowen was $31.19 . Huge upcharge . Also on the second quote was a second charge for a 2nd oil change . If you're gonna do a front and rear seal at the same time , it's only 1 oil change charge . My drivebelt is still good and they want to charge $77.22 . O'Reilly saved the day . My advice shop around .

While on a road trip, it became apparent from the sound and feel of my engine that my Honda fit needed new spark plugs. Andreas took care of my car same day, and it's running happy and tight. I highly recommend this shop if you are in the area.

A trustworthy mechanic at last! It s simple they do what they say they will, charge a fair price, treat you like a fellow human being and go out of the way to clarify what needs to be done, options, etc.. It s a family run shop with an ethical, highly skilled owner and completely friendly service. A huge relief to have found them.

Bowen Street Garage works on the trucks for our business. They are super knowledgeable and fairly priced. The people we have worked with there are always great. This is an honest, reputable company that I would recommend to anyone!

Worst experience ever, not worth a star. I brought my car as it didn't pass the emission test , 2 weeks later and $650 out , he couldn't fix the issue and had to call another mechanic to find out what the issue was. My car still doesn't pass the emission and he charged me $650. Don't bring your car there, you will waste money and time!!! On top of it he wanted to buy my car for $500, way to go Andreas Miller!!!

Very trustworthy, Great Experience, went Above and beyond! Im slightly biased, as i live up the hill from Dre and the crew at Bowen Street..They've saved my arse with out towing fees. Even If i did NOT live so close..i will still Come by for The Crew at Bowen Streets garages Expert Knowledge, Great Diagnostic skills, and great Communication! I will always Come back. They take care Of a LOT of my friends, Customers and business associates vehicles. I am a Referral..They Have a great Vibe going... kudos, keep the excellent Customer service UP BOWEN STREET!
