I've been using Big O for years and years now. They are a no frills shop that gets the job done without much hassle. They also matched (and beat!) other local shop prices. I've been a big fan of their branded tires and Cooper tires on my SUV, and not my van. They've also put good, lasting and capable tires on my previous sedan and now my 2019 e-golf EV. And if you time it right, there is little wait compared to other shops in the area

This Big O is The Best place in Colorado Longmont Main Street...Tyler and all the Crew (STAFF) was amazing we got Big O Tires for our 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Then brought back for a front end noise I thought was either Wheel Bearing or CV joint in axle shafts. Tech troubleshot found it to be front LFT and RT Wheel bearings and tie rod ends. Tyler gave us a price and at the end even able to save us more money parts. Awesome job to Tech and Tyler an Crew for everything as a Bonus our Toyota was missing a center cap on 1 wheel Tyler found one and put it on. Even our Dog Stig loved meeting Tyler and the The Big O Crew. Thanks for everything!

This is a great shop with good people. I scheduled a tire rotation and I had a slow leak in one tire. They fixed my tire (had a screw in the tire), rotated the tires, got me in and out fast and no charge? I couldn't believe it. I offered to pay and was told no so I left a small tip. I'm still so surprise but I guess they make their money on tire sales. Well, when I am do for new tires, this is where I'm going!

Thanks for helping out today. I evidently ran over a blade on a job site and flattened the tire on my Mustang. The employees at Big O were super helpful and fixed my car in less than an hour of dropping it off. See the before and after. Tires look great!

3 visits in the past couple years (2x flats, 1x new tires), and each time it has been a great experience. Prices are fair, and service & speed are great. Would highly recommend

I've been referring my friends to these guys for years because of their solid reputation. Well today, I got to experience why this tire company is legendary. Bill has got to be one of the the most outstanding employees there. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, he literally took care of me and the changing of a bad tire. I thought he owned the place, because he took ownership and pride in his work. Good on you Bill! I will continue to recommend this place because of employees like him. Just GO SEE BILL for ALL of your TIRE CARE needs and tell him that Koa sent you.

Bill and crew are just terrific, getting folks taken care of in a timely, quick, professional, manner. I was amazed last week when I brought in my 4Runner to have the tires rotated and balanced, and Bill remembered my first name the minute I walked in!

I got to the shop at 6:30AM to be the first person. Bill was kind to let me in at 6:50 even though they open at 7AM. Bill then took my car early. Bill did not try to sell me anything more then I needed, which was removing a nail & screw in my tire. Other shops quoted me having to buy all new tires. The other shops said they could not fix my tire. It was great working with Bill.

I was at the store on Main Street in Longmont. Tom took the time to look over my car real well and is a very knowledgeable mechanic and knows his tires. Thanks Tom for answering my questions. I never liked w Big O Tires had to many problems in the past. Never in Longmont I switched back to Big O and Tom is the only mechanic i trust. Thank you, i appreciated your help. Your kind smile made my day!.

Hands down best service! After struggling with Big O in Firestone over my alignment decided to go back to Longmont they were so helpful fixed the mistakes from the Firestone store and honored my 3 year alignment plan. Thanks for being so wonderful!

The Longmont, CO Big O Tires is the only place that I feel valued, informed and that I have total trust for my cars needs. They always take care of me and have phenomenal communication and customer service. Got my first set of tires here when I was 15. Always loved this place and shopped here exclusively. 25 years a customer I had no idea how much of a boys club it was. Sent my wife to fix a flat and then they tried to charge her to rotate and balance. They couldn t rotate the tires so they told her that they couldn t be balanced either. Not true. They ve never pushed this garbage on me. If you re a single dude it s great shop, but if you have a lady in your life, or are one, prepare to be hustled.

This is the coolest crew and best tire shop in Longmont and norther CO period. You re going to get a laid-back personal, honest, relational customer service. My dad uses them for his fleet vehicles, and they know their customers by name and treat their customers like friends. Keep it up guys great job!

I talked with Bill at Big O on Main in Longmont, CO to see if they could align my Mercedes tires purchased in NM over Labor Day at a store that did not have the equipment needed. He said yes and it was early enough that they were not too busy to take care of my request and to come on in. Great service, completed quickly. Bill is an excellent representative for Big O. I truly appreciate their service.

I had a slow leak in my tire! Bill took great care of me, got me in fast and even took the time to educate me on tire treads! I will definitely be back for all of my tire needs! Excellent customer service! Bill is the best!

Tire off trailer. Main works done. Get told hour ,hour and a half as there are two other work orders already on the board. 2 hours go by check on progress get told by Ray it'll be 45 and they will call. Show up an hour after that call tire still sitting where I dropped still. head inside and there is now a board with multiple work orders. Ask and get told it will be an hour. Bad part is they close in an hour. I'm not from around here and working. Well something that would have been 30 mins max turned into 4 hours thanks for nothing guys. Guess your in the business of pushing customers away. It's ok if your this inattentive to customers could only imagine the level of work being done

Came in with a screw in my tire and Bill was so courteous quick in fixing the problem! I was in and out in 20 minutes. They also have a nice waiting area. Would recommend :)
