Automotive EMTs solved a very difficult electrical problem with my car which presented varied intermittent issues. Julio was professional, friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. Communication was great! Working with Automotive EMTs has been perhaps the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Another shop didn't do some work right. We brought our car here, and the problem was hard to diagnose. After all was said and done, they wouldn't let us pay. That's how you keep customers. Highly recommend

For 7yrs I've used AUTOMOTIVE EMTs. Julio's Shop is all about taking care of the customers needs at the best price in Longmont. My 94 Chevy Suburban 4x4 runs like new!

I had them do a full inspection on my truck. They said the harmonic balancer needed replaced and it was supposedly falling out. Which they didn't do, It is still the old one which is what the other shop I took it to said. Not to mention the truck stayed there for a month and a half sitting in front of their establishment doing nothing as they made more empty promises. 400 dollars later the truck runs the same and they gave me no information nor try and even fix the problem I brought it for which was the battery drain. Please save yourself the time and do not do buiness with these guys.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I m so glad I found this shop! Julio and his team perform great, honest work at a very fair price. They quote the actual amount of time spent working on your vehicle, don t overcharge for parts, and don t push unnecessary repairs on you. Honesty is hard to come by in this business, and that s absolutely what you get from this shop.Long story short, I had a clogged catalytic converter, which is super expensive to replace thanks to recent Colorado legislations; but Julio helped to bring the price down to make the pill much easier to swallow. Then my starter needed replacing, and since Julio knew those repairs were killing this poor writer, suggested using a refurbished starter instead, bringing the price down 40% vs. the original estimate. Last, my O sensor also needed replacing; he had originally advised against it, thinking it was best to replace the catalytic converter first, to see if that was causing the error code; sadly, the code came back a week after replacing the cat-con. That does mean I have to bring my car back in yet again, but I definitely appreciate them not pushing potentially unnecessary work on me until we knew for sure that it was needed.I still have a few Jiffy Lube gift cards to use up on oil changes and such; but after that, you can be sure Automotive EMTs will be servicing my car as long as I live in the area!They are a smaller shop, and also extremely busy, which I am very glad for, as they more than deserve it. However, this does mean you may have to call multiple times to reach someone, and wait times to schedule service may be a bit long. But it s 100% worth it in my opinion.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto maintenance

In the recent Colorado snowstorm, I slid and smashed-in my passenger front wheel, damaging the control arms and suspension to the point where turning and maneuverability was impossible. Even when most shops and places were closed due to road conditions, Automotive EMTs was open and ready to help me right away. Though the car couldn t move well on its own, these guys stopped at nothing to make sure it could get into the shop somehow and get inspected ASAP, getting right to ordering parts and working on it the next day. I m incredibly impressed by the kind and fair service of this shop, and I ll be happy to return for any of my future automotive needs.

Probably the best automotive repair shop in the world. Period.We took my wife's PT Cruiser in to repair the power steering. Few days later she accidently filled the tank with Diesel instead of Unleaded. Julio and his crew completed both repairs perfectly and in a very timely manner. Their level of customer service was also top notch. Julio patiently and honestly answered all of my wife's questions about the repairs and on the repairs that we will need to do in the future.We couldn't be happier with this shop and highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

Honestly, I m really sad to have to write this judging by all the wonderful reviews on here. I had what I thought was a full inspection on my car for a long road trip. I was charged $150 and told nothing was wrong with the car.I recently had to take it in for a recall I received and they happened to do a multi-point inspection. They sent me a video of a massive oil leak that was caked to the bottom of my vehicle and had been leaking for quite some time. I don t know how this was missed at automotive EMTs, if they actually did an inspection like they said they did. They were all extremely nice, and I m hoping there was just some misunderstanding. But I don t feel good knowing I paid that money to them after they missed something that huge. I m glad I caught it before my trip.

Julio is the best. When I brought my vehicle in, he took the time to explain and show me what we were dealing with. When it came time to do the service, he got the job done quickly and came in under budget!! I appreciate the care and professionalism shown towards me and my vehicle. Definitely recommend.

I do my own repairs, since hurting my shoulder, I needed a lower control arm installed. I asked if they would be willing to install one that I had purchased before getting hurt, they said they would and thank God. They were reasonably priced and will get it done in a month.

Me and my family have been going to Julio and his team for years - this place has always been my go to for any sort of maintenance I need. Julio is the most honest, fair priced, nicest mechanic in town and will go to extended lengths to service your vehicle and give you the best service and customer service possible. This is the only place I'll ever go, even if I move out of town I know I'd never find a shop as good as this. We are loyal customers forever!

I have been bringing both my car and my truck to this mechanic for the past four years. They always do a great job, and are honest and fair. When I was stranded with a dead car, they came and picked it up and got it fixed the next day, once the parts came in. I've been bringing my vehicles here since then.My truck seemed to have steering issues since we moved here, and the mechanics have worked with me to help track down the causes with patience and integrity. We have replaced the arms that go from the wheels to the steering assembly, the steering assembly, and realigned the tires. Finally, the issue has been fixed.Whenever I have questions, I get straightforward, helpful answers. They even tolerate me making silly mistakes, like forgetting how to trigger the windshield fluid.When I had issues with the car I just bought, they were able to answer questions about and work with the insurance I had on it.Finally, the online appointment scheduling actually works!! I found times that worked for me without needing to call in, and got several confirmations.I really cannot recommend these guys enough, both for emergencies and routine maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

These guys are the best. Always get it right the first time. Had an issue with brake pads, the warranty the pads replaced them for nothing. In this day and age it's hard to find a good mechanic shop that goes great work and has integrity. Julio and his crew are the best around. As a LYFT and UBER driver a great mechanic is essential. Owner and employees are stand up guys, fair prices and provide great customer service reliable and go above and beyond. Hard to find that kind of service nowadays.They also have done window tinting on my vehicles, great service and quality work, highly recommend.

DO not use this mechanic shop ever. They give you the run around. I paid to tow my truck they had it a week. I had it back an hour and it broke down on me in Boulder leaving my family stranded while it was snowing. Called and was being told I need to put gas apparently 10 gallons of gas on a 15 gallon tank is not enough gas. I was told bang on the fuel tank. I told this company I did not want the truck back if it would break down again because i do not want to pay for towing. But noo I was told she's good. Now when my wife is calling to see if we will be reimbursed or if the work was guaranteed and no nothing. Now I have no truck.

Julio and the boys here are car whisperers. I trust them with every vehicle I've ever had. I've had small budgets and crazy problems, but nothing phases these guys. I live downtown Denver and my family and I still go here when we need work done. They are patient, good listeners, and get the job done fast and right the first time, no matter the job. I highly suggest this place.

Despite having a large backlog they were able to get a used car inspected with no advance warning and provide us a full set of diagnostic results within 90 minutes. They also explained everything in great detail to my sister who was considering buying the used car, as well as give their opinions about it's condition and helped us make an educated decision about purchasing the vehicle. The prices were also 40% lower than anywhere else we could find so we're pretty happy about how comprehensive the results were, and the value, given our time constraint.

These guys are the absolute best. They have done a very thorough job at a VERY fair price. They always fit us in with in a day or two of calling and we just got a grease problem looked at and cleaned and they didn t even charge us. This place is freakin great! I had my vehicle seen at another shop and they wanted $1,000 for a speculation on my needed repair. I brought it here and they were able to totally diagnose the real problem and fix it properly for the proper amount. Thank you, Julio! You guys rock! That was the nicest and the quickest auto repair experience that I've ever had! I started hearing strange sounds from the car when steering and I searched on the Internet for a good auto repair shop. This one was the best I found. I explained the situation and had them look at the car in a minute they told me what could be wrong. They fixed it and refilled the power steering liquid and all of this for free and in no more than a couple of minutes. Very nice customer service!
