My car freaked out a bit on a Tuesday night-- enough so that I pulled over to the side of the road, perturbed. I was able to drive my car home (a 15 mile drive). Next day, I dropped in to Automotive Authorities, and asked for help. They ran a check, and looked under the hood with me, as I had a couple of other things that needed attention. I made an appointment with them, and they took care of my car so well! They even had a loaner car I was able to use while they fixed my car. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely use them again!

So glad I found a new mechanic, cause automotive authorities has been ripping me and my family off, providing poor quality service, and most likely damaging our cars more.So here s the tea: I took a car that I was looking at purchasing into automotive authorities & trusted them when they said it was in BEAUTIFUL, TOP NOTCH condition & so I bought it conveniently about 3 months later I took it in & needed to replace the struts. So they fix it, I get my car back and not even 2 months later I m having the same issue again..When I went to a different spot for an oil change they told me my struts were in DANGEROUS condition so I took it back to AA & I find out, they didn t even replace my struts, they supposedly replaced my rotors & NOW would be a good time to replace my struts It wasn t until I got visibly pissed off that the main mechanic said he would replace the struts correctly this time (that was his second excuse). They charged me twice for this service only providing a small discount on the second time around.After this I took my car to multiple different mechanics getting quotes for different services I was told I needed (by automotive authorities) & quickly found out that I was being charged INSANELY more money.It s really disappointing that in 2024 women are still being taken advantage of in these situations. Automotive Authorities has taken advantage of not only me, but my mom and sister for years as well. If you don t have a lot of knowledge on cars, I would definitely avoid this shop or get multiple quotes/inspections before committing to them for service.

Absolutely terrible place DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I was recommended here by family and really don t know anything about cars so started taking my own car here and had MULTIPLE family members take there vehicles here. They overprice for there work, they do a mediocre job and just as of recent quoted me 550$ for a job when I got it done for almost half, also couldn t even remember to put my mud guard back onto my car or call me to even lmk but luckily left the random screws sitting in my car so my new mechanic could trace down where they were from. If you really ask around town and don t just read manipulated reviews automotive should be the last place anyone takes there car. I dealt with multiple other issues but this was the final straw after dealing with these con men for about 3 years through family and friends.

So appreciative of all of the people working here. We have used their services many times now and every time I feel so grateful to have found an honest, knowledgeable mechanic business for our vehicles. Highly recommend and the people that work here are all truly wonderful. Thank you!!!

Corey and Dutch are experts in diagnostics. While I could write a whole page, I will only share on this last situation. I recently took my jeep to a mechanic around the corner from my house when I was told that Automotive Authorities was backed up at the time. My car was in this particular shop for almost a month while the owner of the shop had misdiagnosed my vehicle and was supposedly looking for a part that doesn't even exist. The owner recommended that I trade my vehicle in since they could not find this part. I immediately drove to Automotive authorities and they took the time to diagnose my vehicle properly. They fixed my jeep and I got it back within a day. I am so grateful that I found a mechanic that actually knows how to diagnose a vehicle instead of guessing and charging for guesswork which is something that I have fallen prey to more than once. It took awhile for me to gain some trust, but they have proven themselves to me more than once. Thank You So Much Automotive Authorities!

Good down to earth folks to work with. Provided good services, and when something didn't quite turn out right, they fixed it.They also have convenient loaner cars to use while mine is in the shop.

Taking your car to a mechanic is always stressful-Corey and Preston alleviated so much of that stress with their friendliness and professionalism. I was recommended a few non essential repairs on top of what I brought my car in for (AC repair), but Corey did not make me feel pressured in any way to accept those repairs and was gracious when I declined that specific repair. He was very patient and thorough with my many questions. I cannot say enough good things about Automotive Authorties and they will certainly be my family's number 1 choice for any auto repairs we may need in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

This place is awesome. I called today to see if they could take a quick look at my car that was having a problem with the blinker. Cory let me stop by near the end of their business day (a lot of places would have turned me away that close to closing). And within a minute he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Definitely give them your business. They re honest and helpful.

I absolutely love everyone here! They are all generous and easy going. They are honest and upfront with their prices and they even accommodate for busy lives and schedules! The staff is incredible and so easy to talk to especially when you need more clarification cause you aren't a car expert!! The work they do is top notch! I have had so many bad experiences going elsewhere and now that I found an honest relaible company, I won't go anywhere else. They are the best in the area and i highly recommend taking your car or truck to them with all your needs! Everyone is kind and professional. I called for a quote to fix my AC and it was $200 less than other mechanics in the area. When I picked up my truck they said the part was cheaper than what they originally quoted me, so the final bill was less than I expected! They could have pocketed the money but they didn't! So nice to go to an honest mechanic. Best of all my AC is fixed!Service: Air conditioning

I love coming here since May 2020 I moved from Utah and had to find a new mechanic! They are nice, professional, very upfront honest with what is wrong with your ride and the prices.Taken our vehicle here numerous times and they either have a loaner vehicle for us to borrow if available and if my car will be a couple days or....Will shuttle me home and pick me up if it happens to take the whole day. That is why I like going to these guys.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

We had a problem with our engine and the injector needed to be replaced. This is a very trustworthy mechanic. They charged us a reasonable price and did the job in a day and recommended something else to repair in the future, but didn't need to do it now. Highly recommend working with them.

Cory and Ti have helped me with all of my trucks and they are extremely professional. They offered to pick me up and drop me off as well so it didn't interfere with my day. They had a written estimate for multiple issues the same day. The fact that these guys are local and actually care about their workmanship is awesome. I will be coming back for years to come and recommend the same to anyone in the area.

The team at Automotive Authorities was spot on professional as always. Came in for A/C issue and they found cracked motor mount...able to fix before a critical fail could have occurred. Have been a customer for years and highly recommend to family and friends when asked.

We were fighting fire and had our engine go down with a power booster problem. Not only did they do a great job, they got us in that day knowing it was an emergency. I would highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. The price was great and the service was impeccable. I can't thank them enough for getting our fire engine fixed and back out on the line.

Cory gave me the best service I've had. He helped me make sense of the information my dealership gave me and told me what really needed to be fixed. The dealership had told me I needed a new radiator, but after some tests, Cory told me the actual problem was a new thermostat housing. He drove me home himself during his lunch break after I dropped my car off. After my car was running he took the time to show me the parts that were replaced and what was wrong with them, then explained the warranties for the new parts that were installed. I was followed up with every weekday until my car was back in my possession, and then he checked in again to make sure everything was still running well. Perfect service. Thanks again for the great work your shop provided!

Exceptional service: I have taken my vehicles to different places in the past for service; however, Cory and his team at Automotive Authorities have provided me with the best service I've received. They are professional, have found problems with my vehicles that have been overlooked or caused by other service companies, and have always taken the extra step to ensure that my vehicle is working properly. I feel that they have been very honest, and have gone above and beyond to check my vehicle for safety or maintenance concerns and are competitively priced and honest compared to other places and stand by their work and have reached out to make sure that the vehicle was working properly later services were complete. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for service in the future.

Cory and the gang do a great job and work with you to keep the price where it's manageable. Got some bad rotors once and Cory decided to upgrade them at no extra cost. They've been very good for me over the years.

Wow! I'm just blown away by how awesome these guys are. The price they quoted me was crazy less than what competitors gave me on several items. The young lady in the front was extremely professional and genial. I'm so glad to have found my local mechanic! Keep up the great work guys

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but this is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I was serviced about a year ago when I lived in Boulder, but this place will always stick out in my mind for their exceptional service.I was treated with the utmost respect and didn't feel like anyone was trying to rip me off (unlike most other repair shops). When they couldn't figure out was wrong with my car, I was offered a full refund of their services. However, they kept at in and found the problem. Very professional. If I was in the area I would go out of my way to do business with them again.

My wife and I have taken our vehicles here for the last 5 years. Cory and Ty are always friendly, give us rides home after dropoff, and leave our cars clean after service. None of that grease on the running boards, dirty hand prints on the steering wheel nonsense that I've experienced over at the Toyota and Ford dealerships. Most importantly they do great work for less money and are familiar with our cars. Other than recalls, we don't bother with dealerships anymore since finding Automotive Authorities. It seems like the best mechanics start their own shops these days- and these guys are no exception.highly recommended.

I took my 1993 Ford Bronco in because I was having some issues with the vehicle that couldn't be assessed via google. I was warmly received and told when I could expect it for them to begin work on it (they had several vehicles ahead of me). They were accurate with their assessment. When I told them when I needed it by (leaving on a trip), they stayed over 3 hours past their closing to fix the Bronco. They quoted me a price before they finished work on it and stuck with that price. I'm very pleased and will definitely return if I have problems and will highly recommend them to others.

There is no other rating than 5?! I'd give 12 if possible... I brought a couple of cars in with extreme challenges. They cured them better than I would've ever imagined. Liz is at the front desk, she knows cars. She is awesome. Cody and the boys know exactly what to do. Not sure what else to say but you'll feel satisfaction in a job well done...
