okay I'm officially impressed I really was dreading having to get my car fixed for the hail damage that happened last June so I put it off for 8 months. not only did they work with me to make sure that insurance was not going to be a problem but I also felt like they were on my side which is very rare when it comes to auto repair. not only did they come to my house pick up my car give me a free rental car for 2 weeks free gas and then drove it all the way back to my house I'm incredibly impressed I wanted to thank Zack and Valery for their incredible customer service and fantastic communication skills that is also rare and very appreciated I like when people respond right away and they definitely did that for me they also worked with me when it came to insurance and payment as I was a little confused on the process and they went out of their way to help me get it figured out. if your car has some hail damage or minor damage and you need to get it repaired from Highlands Ranch to Casper Wyoming I would definitely give these guys a call there solid and hopefully I don't need them but if I do I will absolutely use them in the future

Joseph and his team of technicians did a superb job repairing the hail damage on my truck. Dozens of varying size dents are no longer evident. Frankly the truck body now looks brand new. They even washed the truck, and detailed the interior dashboard. The job was completed very quickly and I got my truck back earlier than the promised timeline.I couldn t be more pleased.Highly recommended

Highly recommend Auto Hail Solutions! First time getting hail damage fixed on a car, and they were super helpful in explaining the process. They provided a loaner car, and were great at communicating progress. Aisha would text me every couple of days to let me know how it was going as well as an estimated finish time. They were detailed in their work too, replacing damaged trim about my windows. The roof and hood of my car were the worst places, and they both look new! An added bonus was they detailed my car before giving it back to me the inside and outside looked brand new! It even had that new car smell! I would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Auto Hail Solutions! Even though I didnt live in the area and had a busy schedule, they were able to get my car in and out in a week, just like promised. The work was exceptional, and they even removed some scratches that I had along with the hail dents. I was even provided transport to and from one of the local car rental spots. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Few months back my town got serious amounts of hail. And my car got absolutely nailed. I brought it here and they got everything fixed in no time. They went above and beyond what they needed too. My head lights and tail lights were foggy and they did me the service of buffing them out to restore their clarity. They also brought back the life of the black plastics on the interior and exterior of the car. Some of the most honest hardworking people out here and I appreciate a god honest business. And the people working here are incredibly efficient and kind.

3 of our vehicles got hit with hail. Looked around at other auto places and wasn t impressed until I can across Auto Hail Solutions. They did a great job on all 3 and in a timely manner

I am truly pleased with the service I received at Auto Hail Solutions Colorado. My car hood and trunk had a lot of hail damage and they not only quickly give me an appointment, but the offered me a rental and they worked with my insurance to ensure everything moved smoothly. Their service is unmatched and I am just so happy I found them by chance while searching for places in Longmont. I highly recommend them.

Horrible company to deal with. They caused more damage than they fixed. All they did was rip off my insurance company. I just want to warn everybody to make sure you take photos of your vehicle BEFORE you drop it off to them. They did fix some of the damage that they caused to my vehicle. They insisted the damage was there previous to me dropping it off. They got the insurance company to pay for new gaskets around the windows and they did not replace them. They did tear them now my windows whistle and leak. All Window moldings are loose.

From the very beginning everyone was super nice and respectful. They never kept me out of the loop and answered all of my questions. They did an amazing job my car looks as good as new. I definitely recommend coming here for hail damage repairs.

Joseph and his team are top tier! They picked up and dropped off my car before the estimated time of two weeks. They also gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. I was updated throughout the entire process and did such an amazing job! I highly recommend this company!

My car had lots of hail damage on it. When I got the car back it looked brand new, like when I had bought it. They are an amazing business and I recommend them to anyone. They are extremely helpful, great atmosphere, friendly and willing to go the distance to help you and fix your vehicle.

My car was pretty badly damaged by hail and Auto Hail Solutions took care of everything else! All I did was have to file a claim, and then they picked up my car from my house and dealt with my insurance company. When my car was fixed, they dropped it off with a full tank of gas and the inside detailed. Can t recommend this business enough! There is no excuse to not give them your business.

The team at Auto Hail Solutions made the claim process very smooth. Before filing my hail damage claim, I switched insurance companies and didn't realize I had not added rental insurance to my policy. Auto Hail Solutions was kind enough to provide me with a courtesy car throughout the process. They helped me to keep my car when the claim adjuster from my insurance deemed my car a total loss, which I am greatly appreciative of. I am humbly thankful I chose Auto Hail Solutions and will recommend to anyone in the future that suffers hail damage.

An ad came across my phone one day for hail damage repair. Then I remembered that it had been 6 months since the hail ravaged my wife's car, and we had yet to get it fixed. All of the hail repair places had been too busy. So, when I saw the gentleman on the ad, I decided to give them a shot and message them. To my surprise, when the date/time worked out best for us, the gentleman from the ad personally showed up at our house to evaluate the car. We decided to move forward with finally getting the car fixed.Now, this is where their service got even better! The owner of the company personally showed up to my wife's work, (when scheduled of course), to drop off her rental car and take her car for repairs. No need to take time off of work or anything of the sort.As for the repairs themselves, it took roughly 2 weeks total to get the car back. And they handled everything through the insurance for us, so we didn't have to do anything except get updates via text on the current status of repairs. Before we knew it, we received the message that our vehicle was ready for pick up. The car was prestine! No more hail damage of any kind, and they fully detailed/washed the car. It looked and smelled like it was brand new off of the lot again.Overall, we would highly recommend Auto Hail Solutions! They don't treat you like a number in the line-up, the results were perfect, and the turn-around time compared to others I've heard having these same repairs done from someone else, is second to none! Hopefully we don't have to deal with hail damage again, but if we do, we know the place we're choosing.Thanks Auto Hail Solutions

Summer & Joe, along with Seabrina were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional while dealing with my trucks hail damage process. I can not thank Joe enough for educating me on the paintless dent repair, but also for allowing me to see it done in the shop and have a better understanding of the repair. I was extremely grateful to find a business that also provided a rental car. I picked my truck up today and it looks brand new. They were excellent and I highly recommend them! They brought my 2019 X3 back to looking original after a $17k hail damage claim. They stayed in constant communication, gave me a free loaner car while the had my vehicle and they were able to fix it during a time when a lot of places were booked 2-5 months out!

Auto Hail Solutions did an absolutely amazing job with my wife s 2021 Hyundai Palisade. Accurate estimate, quick transactions with insurance company, and excellent craftsmanship on the repairs. I don t leave reviews very often but this transaction requires one. Couldn t recommend AHS Colorado enough!

I was able to see these guys in action, truly an artform to work those dents out, some people have the misconception that repair shops use hot glue, dry ice, hot water and any other simple holistic remedies to get rid of hail damage, it takes special lighting, tools, and a great eye for detail, My ChevyTraverse looks better now than the day I picked it up from the dealer, Thank you to Joseph and your expert team of technicians for for making this a "painless" paintless dent repair!!!

Joseph was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Even though I had to drive up from Denver because no shop down here could fix the car for months he offered to drive down and pick up my car. I didn t need him to do that but the fact he offered was a sign of their good service. And the work done on my car was very professional

My 2020 Nissan Rogue had significant hail damage after the storm in May 2023. My car insurance (Progressive) had already sent out an estimator and sent me a payout for damages, I didn t even have to start looking for somewhere to the hail repair as Auto Hail Solutions owner happened to be in my neighborhood and noticed my car. I have difficulty taking my car in due to being a full time caregiver, they picked up my car, did the estimate, found significantly more damage than my insurance had paid me for. I didn t have to do any of the footwork, they worked with my insurance who paid the difference and delivered my car repaired. The main hang up in completing the repairs was the amount of time the insurance took to look at the car and the red tape around having to see it in person at their shop (took insurance over 2 weeks)

These guys did a great job repairing the damage and made the process very convenient. They picked up my truck at my house and dropped off a courtesy vehicle, then dropped off the truck and picked up the courtesy vehicle from my office when the job was complete a few days later which saved me a lot of time and effort!
