I took a vehicle I was interested in purchasing to All American Auto Repair. They performed a very thorough pre purchase inspection, and gave me an itemized list of everything they checked. I have been looking for a new mechanic, and we all know those are hard to find. I will without a doubt be returning here for all my car repair needs with whatever car I purchase. The staff were friendly and professional, and above all, they were knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

We bought our latest vehicle used a little over a year ago. I took it in for an oil and filter change, and asked them to look everything else over for me. It has a little over 100,000 miles on it, but they found nothing else that had to be done to it. It's GREAT to have a shop like All American Auto Repair that I can trust 100% and who consistently performs quality repairs. We have never had to return a vehicle to them for re-do repairs, and we have been going there for well over 10 years now. We highly recommend them without hesitation.

All American Auto is a wonderful repair shop. Both Sean and Austin are wonderful to work with. They're honest and treat you like family. In a good way, that is. They also help people in need and very kind-hearted. I've been going there for decades!

I needed camper brakes hooked up and Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was completed before my trip. He had to rewire everything under the camper and then trouble shoot the brakes themselves. He stayed at the shop until 10 pm to make sure the job was completed. I appreciate him and the whole crew making sure I was safe for my trip. Highly recommend!Service: Brakes

Sean and team were very responsive and were very clear on what they were going to do with my car, the cost, and how long it would take. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful. Sean kindly offered me a ride as well, which was very much appreciated. Everything went as expected! 100% will be returning when the need arises.

It's very hard to find trustworthy mechanics. These people are wonderful, honest and very informative. I had a great experience with my diagnosis today and will be returning for future repairs on my vehicle. They've got a 4.8 for a reason! Definitely don't pass this place up when you're searching for a great auto repair shop!!

We had the most excellent experience of bringing my daughter's '05 Honda with ~210k miles in for service before driving to Northern California. Owner Horace and his crew are neat, professional and oh so pleasant to deal with. We absolutely believe that we got more than we paid for with their excellent. Highly recommended

Sean and his team did an amazing job. They thoroughly explained what needed fixing and helped me understand what was vital, and what I can take care of later. He listened to my concerns and made the best plan to get my car in tip top shape. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for a trustworth, professional, high value mechanic. I had an amazing experience at this auto repair shop and plan to use them again and will be recommending them heavily to my friends with cars! I needed a last minute, super simple fix. They were able to accommodate me without much wait, and everyone was extremely friendly about saying hi and offering to pitch in it really seems like a tight-knit team looking out for each other and I love to see that! I specifically worked with Shawn, and he went above and beyond to help me fix my trunk latch and some lights (thankfully I had the parts, I just needed a hand with the labor). I was planning to do this repair myself but in the end I was worried about whether I d have all the right tools to get it done right. In addition to fixing these minor issues, he also talked through the steps so if I needed to work on it myself in the future, it should be a lot easier. I felt I was treated respectfully and charged a very reasonable amount for the super quick and simple repairs I needed done as a young woman, this kind of treatment is sometimes hard to come by when it comes to car repair. From what I can tell, this team is out here trying to actually help people with their vehicles, not just rip off any customer who comes through the door. Awesome friendly folks. They treat ya right & don't do things for your car that you don't need. Sean & company have worked on my Dodge V10 even before I owned it. I won't have anyone else work on such a complex motor. Getting a tune-up tomorrow!!

I was referred here a couple years ago to get an alignment. They did such a good honest job with my GMC Sierra 3500 Diesel alignment that I came back to get my front end done. Once again they nailed it and my truck handles so much better. It can be hard to find honest mechanics especially when dealing with alignment issues I recommend this place. They are patient and will get the job done right.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had my car towed her after my engine seized up. They were extremely helpful, called me back with updates and were very patient while I worked out payment through my warranty. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

I trust Sean and his team with my vehicle. I trust him so much I dropped an aftermarket vehicle warranty service based on his recommendation. The mechanics are friendly and do top notch work. Staff is friendly, they re honest and caring and I feel like my car is well taken care of, it is never returned with grease on the steering wheel or anything left in my car. I was hesitant to take my car anywhere but the dealer but this place is cheaper and just better. Though the waiting room is small, like two chairs and the parking is tight, just plan ahead. Very nice owners and workers!

We have used All American Auto twice and have had great experiences both times. The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's clear they care about their customers. We had one of our cars break a timing belt, and when we took it to another car repair place, they told us it would need a whole new engine. That wasn't in our budget at the time, so we waited and got by with just one car between my wife and myself.A few weeks after that our only working vehicle busted the water pump. Our car was parked around the corner from the shop and one of the staff members nicely came over to take a look at it about 5 mins before they closed. I took the car over in the morning and found out that the owner had talked to that staff member and based on what he said, he decided it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, so he had ordered one right away and it was there the next day when I brought my car in. I consider that great customer service! They were so nice to do that when they knew this was our only car and we have a very busy schedule and can't afford to be without transportation. Not to mention we didn't have an appointment and they fit our car in during the day so we'd have it by the afternoon.When we finally took the broken timing belt vehicle over for service, they fit it in within a few days and to our surprise, they found only the timing belt needed to be replaced and it did not need a whole new engine like the other repair place had said. What a huge relief! We are just disappointed we didn't bring it to All American Auto in the first place rather than limping along with one vehicle.We love All American Auto and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Locally owned and operated, friendly owners and staff, great customer service, fair pricing - you just don't find all of that in car repair shops that often! Keep up the great work All American Auto, we will definitely be back for all of our car repairs.

I had a great experience with All American Auto. I was out of town on business during the repair of my clutch and I had to communicate over the phone. The guys were great at filling me in on the details of my repair. One of the mechanics even came in on a Saturday to help get the job finished quickly. I would definitely use their shop in the future for any vehicle repairs I may need!

Travis went above and beyond to repair a van. They called with details and kept me up-to-date on the repairs and what needed to be completed. They even went as far as finding a place in the country to replace an old part. I will be taking my car there and will be recommending All American to my friends and family. Excellent!!!

I Love American Auto Repair. I took my very old car in there to get some work done, and they called me pretty quickly to set me straight on what really needed to get done. Turns out, the car was not worth repairing. Travis and Kelly were super kind to me and went out of their way to be helpful as well as help me find recourses for another vehicle. I have used them a few times and they have always been helpful and have done great work, but the heart and care that they have for their customers, that was shown to me this go around.. is something to be commended.
