Charles is not only an outstanding mechanic, he is an outstanding person. After fixing the air conditioning on an older car with almost 275,000 miles, he personally followed up a couple of days later to see if all was still running correctly. Did I mention that he came to the house! Can't say enough about his expertise, honestly and professional follow-up. Put him on your go-to list!

I called pretty late at night and he came out did a diagnosis, told me he could do it tonight if that was okay with me, while installing I had a garden the wrong parts and he offered to take me to buy the parts and to wait late at night just to finish.Once I told him not to worry that I could install that as he did all the hard part insisted that I called him so he can install it cuz he didn't feel right that he could not finish it.Real stand up guy

He is very knowledgeable, and he correctly diagnosed the 2 problems that I had with my a/c and emissions. Gave me multiple quotes for the parts and included the diagnostic fee into the cost of repair. He managed to knock out both jobs in the same evening, and I passed emissions with flying colors and had cold air again. Will definitely trust him with any issues I have in the future.

Had a dead car forever and couldn't find a solution for a few weeks after I had money to deal with it. I tried a handful of local mechanics from Google to no avail and finally reached out to the neighborhood. I got some info and and was taken care of quickly! Charles is very knowledgeable, friendly, and can make sense of things that a "non-car person" (like me) can't exactly make sense of. He fixed my problem at a very reasonable price and will from now on be my mechanic for future needs! Thanks again Charles and family

Charles is amazing he saved me a lot of money he was super great meineke told me it was my water pump and my fans and it was going to be $3,000 worth of work Charles came checked my car it was none of that it was a sensor and a relay switch which only cost me $70 I recommend him to anyone he is honest and will not overcharge he also breaks down all the parts and labor for you step by step and guide you through everything he is working on so you know everything is getting fixed correctly amazing so glad we found him

Am very grateful for Charles and his expertise. We live in Estes Park and my wife s Volvo lost power when we were down the mountain. He came to the vehicle and repaired it where it sat. He was friendly, punctual and most importantly, experienced! Very Happy with Advanced Diagnostics and Repair. Saved us thousands. A other shop in town took our car in. Charged alot of money just to look at it. Then quoted over $2500 to fix our vehicle after we slid into a curb. Charles quoted the same work for about half but also said "let me Diagnose it first". He found that we did not need a bunch of the other work that was not necessary. On top of all this great communications and gives you options. Thank You. I have already passed on your info to neighbors and friends.

I contacted charles on a Sunday fairly frantically, jumping to conclusions to worse case scenarios (head gasket). He talked me through the symptoms and was able to set me at ease and give very informative details on the problem, process and solution. He came by the following evening with multiple test kits to verify the problem which was a minor issue in comparison (water pump). The next morning I had my 2014 toyota prius towed, where he replaced the part and test the car for pickup. Zero issues after the repair. I was visiting family and was referred to Charles by a family member I had drove the car from California where I needed to drive back to. I m beyond happy to say that I drove back 2,000 miles safely and currently driving the car daily. Thank you Charles your a life saver. You made the process beyond easy and the rates were better then fair for the service. Thank you

Charles was able to provide exceptional service to my vehicle in a short amount of time. He was able to locate and remedy an oil leak where other repair shops have failed. And he kept me updated on the status throughout the job. Very professional and I would highly recommend him and his organization.

I originally took my 2015 Mustang to the dealer, where they told me I would need a new engine for around $9k. I took it to Charles for a 2nd opinion, and he found the actual problem and had it repaired for less than $3k! He communicated well with me throughout the entire process, telling what exactly went wrong, the parts necessary to replace, and his methodology. I've now recommended him to several friends and family, and plan on taking my vehicle to him first next time.

I have had Charles hell me twice and both have been great experiences. From just helping change my car battery (it was located under the front wheel well) to replacing the AC unit, Charles was able to communicate everything that was going on and got everything fixed quickly. Would highly recommend for your auto needs.

Very smart mechanic! My daughter had an issue with her car. She took it to a shop who told her they couldn't find any problems with it. A second shop told me the problem would be too hard to diagnose, so they wouldn't look at it. A third shop also said it would take a while to diagnose at $90 per hour. Charles came over, looked at the car, discussed the symptoms, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. His charge to fix it was a fraction of what other shops would have charged.
