I come to this store mostly for basic parts and supplies and generally always leave satisfied with what I have purchased. The cost of some items may be more or less than their other competitor's prices, but this location is very convenient to me so it is generally worth paying a little bit more from time to time because I can walk here while my vehicle is dismantled. I am however quite concerned about the work environment that these employees may be subjected to. When I came in today, a man named Will was on the phone with what seemed like some kind of tech support. I really really hope that it was not a customer. During the course of his conversation Will was quite literally yelling at this person over the phone, using obscene language, and being very derogatory, all while standing at the front desk in front of myself and other customers. Not only did this make me very uncomfortable, but I could tell that most of the staff was becoming uncomfortable as well. Definitely not the type of behavior that I would want to see from any adult, but especially in a work environment from someone who may even be in a supervisory role or any position of leadership. All of the staff that I have been assisted by have been fantastic and certainly deserve to have a better working environment than this. I hope that someone might look into this sooner than later.

The staff is amazing the GM is an aggressive and condescending person. Went in for a simple exchange after purchasing a dozen sets of wipers for my fleet and he continued to repeat the process of a return even after I understood it. Not the store you want to go to when there are lots of options. Terrible experience and for a supposed GM he was very unprofessional.

Great store! Ethan got me all the parts I needed for my truck and gave me deal for oil filters they have going on. Definitely coming back.

I give this store 5 and up. The emoloyees ar� very nice and helpful. They even go abobe AND beyond to help.

Usually a great store but they gave me a bad battery under warranty. Caused me a bunch of problems for a year and cost me an extra $200 for a new one.

I needed a new battery terminal and they had the best replacement part, however the threads on the bolt were bad. I took it back and they re-cut the threads and it worked flawlessly. 10/10 customer service and knowledge, I will be shopping here for now on.

They finally lost my business in their race to the bottom. They can't even find an oil filter for an engine unless it is in a car. Better to go to another parts store where they actually know how to find parts for equipment. Like NAPA.

I needed new windshield wipers. When I came in, the lady behind the counter asked if she could help me. She looked up what sizes I needed, and showed me what they had, with explanations of how good each was. She even installed them for me, which was really nice and helpful! Is definitely go back here!

Verry irritated to do thier job. Shorted me on my return. Just 5 dollars. 300 dollars of my return was in 5s. Incompetent manager and employees.

I ordered my brake parts online for store pick-up. Thanks to a previous review, I knew to check my parts before I left. Sure enough, they tried to give me the wrong parts. The person that brought them out tried to argue with me about what I bought. He brought out the right receipt, but completely the wrong parts. Tried to ask me if I ordered it from a different store. Showed him my order confirmation and then showed him that parts he brought out were completely wrong. He took everything back in and then brought out the correct ones, but it was frustrating that I had to sternly correct him to know what I ordered. So, just check your parts if you order online before you leave the store!

These guys are great. Wife's car was stranded in town and I didn't have jumpers. Advance Auto Parts loaned me the cables I jump the car went back, purchased a battery and they installed it on site. Super kind service.

Went to pick up some items but couldn't because they had locked the door so they could go home early. It was 15 minutes before close, open sign still on and 2 employees inside but door was locked. When one of them saw me outside he turned the light for the sidewalk off and then flipped the open sign off.

Neighbor said if I go here and get a break light from them that they could just put be it in for me. Guy that helped me here said no way. Was not a very nice guy after that. I will go out of my way not to go here anymore. I need to let my neighbor know as well. Went to Jiffy lube who was willing to help me. Thank you Jiffy lube!

By far the most helpful AAP we've ever been to. Great service, personable and knowledgeable employees. I find myself pleased to live close enough to make this store our preferred store.

Went to Orielly's, the Advance Auto Parts across the street then this location for Advance to get an alternator tested. The first two places had difficulty testing the alternator and passed it as good but I was skeptical of it so I took it to this location to get the alternator tested and their machine and employees were the only ones to fail the alternator. Got a replacement alternator and plugged it into the Jeep and it worked just fine. The old alternator once torn apart I found that the coil of wire had a split in it where it was only connecting sometimes but would work when the two ends were seated properly. Not sure if these guys managed to do something different when testing it, the employees had a better idea of what they were testing, or something else but I definitely would say that their input was the most helpful during my troubleshooting.
