I've been going to 5250 as my go to shop now for my 2015 WRX and had nothing but fantastic service from routine maintenance, to performance upgrades and advice. Overall, great communication by the team and their work is top notch.

First off, it's unprofessional that you guys have never returned ANY of my calls other than scheduling. You guys have the nerve to tell me that I'm unprofessional, says the guys who never pick up the phone when customers have other questions about something with their vehicles. I found another shop that was communicative, professional, and straightforward. If you guys want more customer satisfaction, I suggest you guys communicate better and not be rude over the phone. That's the reason why I never called to cancel my appointment with you guys because you guys never answered your phones in the first place. As many times I called and even left a voice-mail. I will not be going to this place. Rude and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at 5280! Mike was super informative and helpful, and he was sure to let me know about all the issues he ran into! They fixed the clutch assembly on my 09 wrx and I couldn t be happier with the work! It drives so much smoother now!

I have always had nothing but the best experiences with Mike and his crew. Mike has been my go-to mechanic for any task big or small, he is extremely knowledgeable on all platforms. You can tell every car he touches, he takes as much pride as he would in his own vehicle. Every service he has done for me has been done with extreme precision and you can tell the job was not rushed. Performance 5250 rebuilt my 02 WRX, as well as fixing numerous problems from past work that wasn't done correctly. The car has never run as well as it does now. The entire experience of working with 5250 was great. Happy with the service! I had a few anxieties about the health of my car and Mike and crew did a great job and took great care of my Subaru! Made some adjustments that really helped with drivability. I appreciate that this shop is honest and upfront about the work performed or going to be.

Highly recommend! Mike and Ryan are both very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics, with a passion and niche for high performance. The shop runs on schedule and all work is done right the first time. Plus, they called periodically to give me updates, lay out different options to solve specific problems, and guided me on the best solution for my car, my needs, and my budget. Oh, and upon inspection they also found additional things that needed to be fixed now or in the near future. All of this gives me confidence and I know that they take pride in ensuring cars are running their best. It can be hard to trust someone with a prized possession, but they've earned my business and trust on my 1965 Chevy Nova (twin turbo'd and approx. 900 HP!).

Mike does it again with some awesome work. One of my pistons blew itself apart and I brought my 2010 STI up to Mike to take apart the motor. Everything was a complete loss. So I decided to build it up. Mike put in an IAG short block and fabricated a rotated kit along with a bunch of other parts. Work that he did is great and he communicated with me constantly on the entire build. If you want a build done correctly the first time go to 5250 Performance. They do anything from maintenance to high horsepower builds. Great customer service and treat your vehicle like it is their own.

They installed a new turbo on my Skyline, as well as a new engine management system. They provide high quality work across the board, and the car has been running great (and fast!) ever since.

I contacted 5250 Performance about doing a custom install of a small turbocharger on a diesel ATV after having trouble finding a shop interested in taking on such a job. They ended up fabricating a stainless header and aluminum piping on the compressor side, all of which fit nicely within the tight confines of the ATV frame. Overall, a nice, clean job at a reasonable price and that works as intended. Highly recommended.

Excellent shop. for anything big I only use Mike at 5250 Performance for work on my 2012 STI. One of the few shops that I have encountered that can take some of the biggest builds from start to finish with the craftsmanship and professionalism demanded by such large budget projects. Quick turn around times and very methodical/knowledgeable approach to everything this shop touches.

Poor customer service after their failure to complete the repair properly. Literally left me stranded and on my own to tow my car home after a sensor was left partially unplugged which should have been caught on the test drive. After contacting Mike he offered a small discount for future work?! I only asked for the tow bill reimbursement. Totally unsatisfied and will not be returning.

I took my 2009 Subaru WRX here to have the dreaded firewall spot welds fixed. I was recommended to come here by a local Subaru Performance shop and was happy to know 5250 has fixed the issue plenty of times before! Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the whole process! They had it done the same day, now with having my car back and driving, my anxiety about the welds has been relieved. The cars clutch pedal has never felt better and the shifting of gears is restored to a smooth transition! I would 100% recommend you take your 08-14 WRX or STI here to have this issue fixed! have an '09 WRX with the dreaded firewall issue and squeaky clutch pedal. Had it fixed by my now ex-mechanic, but that failed within 3 weeks of the fix...My old mechanic essentially gave up and said to get rid of the vehicle. Found 5250, talk to Mike and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward with the issue of the firewall. He helped me walk through some areas of where the prior repair failed. Brought the vehicle in and they were able to repair the firewall and found another area in the pedal assembly that was the culprit of the terrible squeak. It has been nearly 1 month and my car has never felt better while driving. He provided me with pictures of the old repair and the changes he did.Would highly recommend Mike and 5250. Though out of the way up in Longmont, still worth it.

I had a tow hitch installed on my Tesla Model 3 and Mike was great! Mike was very professional and did the install in under 2 hours and 5250 had the best price in the area!

Top notch shop and very knowledgeable! Anything you need done to your performance car I d go here. Brought my 2006 LGT in to get a cat put in my down pipe. No performance lost and can pass emissions now. Great shop, good people, quality work!

I have a 700rwhp corvette that i could not get to pass emissions. Also had a bent procharger impeller. Mike said he had the answer. I already had high flow cats on and was really skeptical that the cats that Mike wanted to put on would work as well as he said they would. Took the car over Mike got the cats on right away and sent the procharger to procharger since they do not sell parts. As soon as the blower got back from the rebuild Mike had it on same day and the car was ready to be picked up. Took it to the smog station and it passed with no issues. Before and after pics of the smog are uploaded. I can not say how happy I am with the work and service I got from Mike. Will be taking all future work to him!

I came in there today to get my Grimmspeed EBCS installed. COULD NOT be more satisfied with the work. Mike is a really great guy and I will ALWAYS big coming back to him for amy install work I need. In addition to my install he also rethreaded my intercooler and BPV, Fixed my intercooler housing and sealed everything. Cannot write enough great stuff about this place! I live in Littleton and let me say it was well worth the drive coming here. HUGE thanks to Mike and if I could rate this higher than five stars I would!!!

Highly Recommend this repairer. I have had two specific jobs done there so far for my 08 WRX:Fixed Pedal Assembly Bracket Bad welds (Modded to 7 bolt solution)Install of Grimmspeed UpPipeMike is super friendly and knows these cars well (Their Known issues). Let me know what else might be on the horizon for this car so I ca keep an eye on it and plan for it.I am taking my car 60+ miles to specifcally get this repairer to do the work !!! I trust them.

I worked with Mike and he was super helpful and above all else, friendly. He was willing to help with any direction I chose to go and gave me a sweet deal on an HKS cat back exhaust. Amazing customer service.

Very poor customer service. After trying to contact multiple times via e-mail and calls, unless you are planning on dropping big money, they want nothing to do with you. Happily taking my cash somewhere else (8/17)Update in reply to owner : I was contacted on 8/4/20 by Michael so that's incorrect. Don't worry about following up however, I've taken my business elsewhere

Mike is great with performance issues and diagnosis. I had a great experience with Mike and 5250 when I took my Supra to him for a list of stuff my car needed.Mike is helpful in doing what was needed and also making suggestions as to what would be next and how to get there. Ben over a 5280 help me out while my sisters car was broken down, he stoped while we were on the side of the road and it was after hours huge thanks to him and would definitely recommend this shop if you have any performance needs

This is the place to go get your car on the dyno! It dosent matter if it's a grocery getter! Your car was factory tuned for low altitude! Your gas savings in a year will pay for the tune! Don't take my word do your homework!
