Thank you Triston for helping me today! My back wiper motor wasn't working. He said lets go and take a look at what's going on. It was just a stuck pin and it was back to working again! I have been going there for many years and they truly are the best! Thank you for your honesty, taking the time and going up and above in customer service! We were traveling from out of state when we realized that we had some issues with our vehicle. We got in touch with Toy Automotive and I m so glad we did. The Shop was able to get us in right away also provided a complimentary ride back to our hotel. They diagnose the problem, repaired it and had our truck back to us the very next day. Friendly people, amazing service, fair pricing and professional. I would highly recommend Toy Automotive! Thank you for going above and beyond for us and thank you to all the staff for a job well done.Love from Texas!

I ve gotten new wheels/tires (AEV Saltas w/Falken Wildpeaks) and an alignment on my truck done here. The truck drives perfectly. We also got tires (Michelin CrossClimates) and a windshield on my wife s car taken care of here. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend both of those tires .

I have had nothing but wonderful service from Toy automotive staff and the owners have been very helpful at any time they go out of their way to help me with my older Toyota I have over 300,000 miles and I have never had any issues with them, helping me at any time they go way out of their way to help me. and I will only go to Toyota motive to have my Toyota repaired. Do not trust anybody else for the work they do this place is very clean always helpful.

I cannot stress how much of an asset Matt Sheridan is to this company! He answered my questions and helped me feel less anxious with what was happening to my car. The price for diagnostics is reasonable and I love it, please don't change that! I was recommended here and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Thank you for checking me in same day and allowing me to get my car back next day, that's amazing especially with how busy this place can get! I will definitely be passing along the recommendation; you guys are definitely doing it right and I can see the value here... I love to see it!

I have taken my highlander here for all of the services. Having an older toyota with over 100k miles I will only bring it here. The owners and staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

The shop was able to fit me in their schedule and have my car ready for me the following day even though I did not have an appointment. Prices are reasonable for my requested services. We had an issue with our transmission and getting our Toyota Camry into the dealership was going to take weeks. We contacted Toy Automotive and they got us in the next day. We dealt with Weston and he was extremely helpful at explaining the issue. The prices were fair and they were quick. Would highly recommend them to anyone!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

You know when mechanics tell you you're wrong even when you give them a printout from a forum with people experiencing the same problem, so you take your truck somewhere else, and it turns out you were right? This place will also recommend suspension lifts for undercarraige noises, and a custom PDA Road Gear stereo setup for a broken speaker on a 20 year-old truck.

In Colorado for the stock show, issue with the lx and they handled it with ease. I loved the service and knowledge of the people in the shop. Wouldn t think twice about taking all of my vehicles there.

Toy Automotive did a significant amount of diagnostics, service, and car repair work on my 2008 Lexus GS sedan just purchased. They were knowledgeable and very price competitive. This shop has the best mechanics and customer service. I ve used them for years and their friendliness, competence, honesty, fairness and patience never ceases to amaze me. They keep my FJ healthy and if I ever had a thought of owning a vehicle other than Toyota, I would reconsider based on this community business alone. I recommend you avoid this business. It looks like they had my last review removed. I paid to have my brakes inspected and brakes repaired. They completely missed the front brakes and rotors. I had to return and they were horrible about it. At the second visit, They replaced the front brake discs but put the old pads back on, which should have been replaced. This was caught when I had my oil change done at the dealership. I took my car back a 3rd time so they could replace the front pads. Lesson learned. Only use the dealership. Shady, business who does exceptionally shoddy work!!! At Lexus confirmed brake work was completed, however they did not use Lexus parts. The owner told me they would use Lexus parts. What a terrible experience at Toy Automotive on something as simple as brakes.Service: Brakes

I strongly recommend you do not trust them with you car. I brought my son s 4Runner here because they said it needed about $1,500 of repairs. I dropped it off the night before and received a call in the morning confirming my planned repairs and then they let me know that my catalytic converter was missing. They stated that it must have been cut out prior to me bringing it in as the cut looked old and informed me it would be $3,500 to replace. They do have signs up everywhere that state they are not responsible for.missing catalytic converters which is really just an invitation to say we do not care about our customers, go ahead and rip them off . I obviously didn t proceed with ANY repairs with them after this event. When I picked up the vehicle there were still metal shavings where the catalytic converter was cut off, so it clearly happened there and not prior as they tried to insinuate. I checked with 2 other repair places and they both let me know that they take precautions to try and prevent damage to their customers cars that are dropped off at night. I also had both places confirm that the $1,500 worth of work that Toy Auto said I needed, indeed did NOT need to be done. It took them over a week to call me back to let me know that several other cars had their catalytic converter stolen that same night so they were going to offer me a discount on the labor. Too little, too late! They handled the whole thing poorly, they were extremely rude and didn t care about the situation I was left in. They ended up costing me a lot of money and they have certainly lost a customer and the 4 Toyota s in my household and anyone I get the chance to let know. Very poor customer care, very disappointed with how much I have spent at this repair shop on all my vehicles! For all I know they cut it out themselves to drum up business, as my vehicle didn t need the repairs they were trying to get out of me!

They do a great job. The work provided keeping our three Toyota vehicles in top shape has been great over the last 9 years I have been going to them. I first started going there when we moved here and one of our cars had a service light come on as I was driving by on the highway, Scott and Beth said "bring it on over, we'll take a look right now". It was a simple thing but it typified how responsive they could be to a customer in need, and the emphasis on customer service that they have had.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I had a great experience. I asked them to do a laundry list of things as preventative maintenance before a trip. Job was completed in a timely fashion, my 4runner was clean with no drips or dirty fingerprints. I appreciate that they use Toyota factory parts and fluids as well. Keeping my 4runner running well is a priority for me and I feel they did much better then the dealership at a fraction of the price. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall, very satisfied.

Had these guys replace my CV axle on my driver side. Also asked for full inspection of anything that needed to be replaced on the truck. I called and scheduled this appointment two weeks before hand so it was no drop in basis, I did get my truck back at the end of the day however, they did not do an alignment After doing the CV axle and now my steering wheel sits at about 2 o clock to drive straight. I also asked for a full inspection of everything that was wrong with the truck. I know it needs work done and I was trying to get a list of what it would be, and how much it would cost . When I picked my truck up all they told me was it s due for the 90,000 tune up. This really ticked me off because they charge me $120 to not do anything. I know for a fact I have issues with my driver side hub, swat bar, sway bar linkage, and trust me the list goes on.It truly is unfortunate. I ve read a lot of good reviews on these guys but once again, I m not sure how the shop manager so many good reviews of this is the work they put out they must be dealing with a bunch of clueless customers.The search continues for a shop that actually wants to do the work and do it right.Service: Steering & suspension repair

EDIT: Toy Auto - Matt, the owners and the team did a great job following up with my frustrating TPMS system. They proactively reached out to schedule a second visit to recheck the system and find the problem. Awesome service and care from the team. Would highly recommend them to everyone with a Toyota or Lexus.They worked to find and correct the problem with the computer and sensors and the work that discount tire had done to replace after market parts.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Toy Automotive is truly the best, and most honest place I have ever dealt with. The staff, Kyle, Beth, Scott, and all, are fantastic. I never drop my car fearing what the cost will be. They always call if something big needs done, and they do not call saying "We found this" They recently helped an out of state friend with an emergent situation. The honesty that they displayed today, and the help they gave me when they could have easily "taken me" I will never go anywhere else. My next car will be one they work on! Thank you guys! You're the best!!!!

I have been meaning to write a review for this shop for over a year. I had a weird hesitation when accelerating in my 96 4-Runner, which I had taken to another Toyota specialist that couldn t figure out the issue. I brought it to Toy and they figured out it was a sensor that was misfiring and fixed it. Done!They have earned my confidence in their technical know-how and their staff are always incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They are not the least expensive shop, but they do top quality work in a timely fashion. They are my go-to shop now and will be servicing all my vehicles from here on out. Best shop around in my opinion.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Absolutely incredible mechanic, I, my parents and my grandparents have taken thier toyotas, Lexus's and Subarus here and we've never had issues. They're always incredibly nice and honest with us. I am a mechanic myself who works on my own car whenever I can and if something needs fixing that I can't do myself I take it here. I've inspected the job they've done afterwards and it's always been very clean and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who has a Toyota, Lexus or Subaru and is within 2 hours of driving to it, trust me it's worth it.

What I can say confidently is that the owner cares about his shop and stands behind his work. Their rates are extremely competitive and they have a long history of working with Toyotas. I used Toy Auto for almost a year and had several services done. Things didn't always work out perfectly and there were some breakdowns in communication, but they saw every service through to the conclusion and worked with me along the way. In fairness, I am a bit obsessive about my 4Runner. I never felt pressured and their ears were always open for my questions. Mistakes happen (I make more than my share) but Scott definitely stepped in to set things right. Given all the happy customers on here, I'd bet my 3 star remains an anomaly for a long time.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I agree 100% with the reviewer who wrote that Scott and Beth run an excellent business.Unlike other places that I have taken my '94 4Runner I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" repairs or services that aren't necessary and they do great work for a fair price. They take the time to explain/educate about the work that is necessary and stand behind their work.I'm very proud to patronize this local family business and I'm confident they'll keep my 4Runner in great condition for many more years to come.

Huge shout out to Toy Automotive for helping me out! I've been bringing my Lexus to them for over 2 years for regular maintenance and the other day I was in the area and my low tire pressure light went on. I stopped by and they were able to help me out right away! I am so grateful that I was able to get that taken care of while my husband was at work, one less thing for him to worry about. Excellent customer service!

Brought a couple vehicles in for prepurchase inspection. They literally saved us thousands of dollars by catching so many issues with the vehicles. I'm super impressed with their experience and work. They were easy to talk with and the tech took a lot of time to show me things and explain it all to me. When we do find a good vehicle to buy we will bring it to them to have it worked on.

Matt took care of me. I had called and left a message, he called me back later that day, so that was nice. I explained what I needed done to my truck and he accommodated me the same day. I'm happy with my alignment and even happier with the professional and friendly manner they showed me. I'll be going back for any future work on my truck. 5 stars.
