I took my VW in to get clear coated and Alex and his crew did a WONDERFUL job! I spent a year creating the artwork on her and having used Titan in the past, felt comfortable and confident to have them do the work.

In all honesty, the phone is not well answered; fortunately, Alex responds to texts much better. He did a difficult 2 plane dentless repair on a body line. He exceeded my expectations as I was hoping for an 80% improvement and he delivered a flawless result. For this, I would gladly use him again.

Nadia and Alex at Titan Auto Body are incredible! After an accident that was not our fault, they dealt with the other driver's insurance, got my car in quickly and were able to tell me who to speak to at the rental car agency to get a comparable car, which I needed for my job. They also did not allow insurance to low-ball and use sub-par replacement parts and guaranteed their work.

Incompetent. Over a year later and still haven't fixed the car after receiving the insurance money. They had to reimburse the place that we found to finally do the work. Always an excuse why they can't do the work. Even their credit card was declined by the alternate place. Have spent 20 hours dropping the car off, picking it up unfinished, and multiple trips back and forth. Don't believe a word Alex says. Putting in an insurance fraud claim.

Long story short ..ish. Titan Auto Body took on a repair on our 2003 Tacoma that no one else would touch. Instead of using parts that would have led our insurance to total the vehicle they opted to repair everything. They tried very hard to find used / salvaged parts but were unsuccessful. Nothing was up to their standards. No way a check from our insurance totalling the vehicle would have allowed us to purchase something of comparable mileage and value. Cut to the chase. They committed to repairing the truck , did a beautiful job on this 20 year old vehicle. It was a process for sure but they stuck with it and did the right thing and I m sure didn t come out ahead. Sometimes that s how business is. But they have a happy customer who will recommend themThank you Alex and the rest of your team.

Update: After my review, Alex and I talked. My car was picked up (and a rental dropped off). The rest of the work was done however the roof racks are still popping up and there are swirl marks throughout the paint. I appreciate his attempt to try to make things right which is why I changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 however the quality in workmanship just isn t there.****DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!Titan Auto came highly recommended by a family member. My car sustained a lot of hail damage during the spring hail storm that hit Aurora and was dropped off towards the end of May 2023. I was given a loaner (that needed an oil change, new wipers and the tire pressure was off but, I was just happy to have a loaner). I was told that I would have my car back in 7-10 business days. After many ignored texts and calls, my husband made a surprise visit in July and was told by the owner, Alex, that my car would be ready in a week and that it would be fully detailed due to the inconveniences we were experiencing.Two weeks later, I still hadn t heard from Alex so my husband made another surprise visit. He was told that he could take my car home in a couple of days however there were still some parts that still needed to be replaced and that a tech would be sent to our house to make the final repairs once the parts came in. When my husband brought my car home (which was not detailed as promised), one rail that had been replaced became loose and the windshield sprayer did not work (although it worked fine before). My husband took my car back and they fixed the sprayer. Alex told him the remaining parts had been ordered from a new Ford contact and that the loose part would be fixed when the tech came out to fix the remaining parts. It is now September 12, 2023 my car is still not fixed. Five months and counting, for a Ford Explorer where I can buy factory parts at any dealership. Alex is still not returning texts and I ve given up calling because the voicemail box was full. My insurance has paid this company for services billed, but not yet rendered.Take your car anywhere but here.

What happened to this place? It was a frustrating experience this time. There is no communication whatsoever. The phone rings & rings. You are lucky if he answers.It s been three months now and I am still waiting for a call to replace the trim on my car.On top of that, they scratched the front of my car, and are not taking responsibility for.They did a good job with the hail damage though.Service: Body & Trim

I worked at Titan for a few months. When I left, I went to pick up my last paycheck, and it nor Alex were anywhere to be found. I've asked multiple times for my check to be mailed or zelled to me, and It has now been since May 11th, and I still have not received my pay for time I worked there. It's been nothing but a hassle dealing with this place. Alex refuses to pay me for the work I did. I wouldn't recommend using this shop. The lack of compassion is unreal.

I realize with all of the recent hail, auto body shops are crazy busy. We used Titan years ago, and we were pleased with their service. Unfortunately, things have changed. I went early last week and met with Josh for an estimate on my mirror and some damage to my rear bumper. He took my information and said Alex would email me the estimate the next day. That never happened, so I went back yesterday to follow up with Alex myself. He took my information and photos. He said again, I would receive an email the next day. Surprise, no email or phone call. If this is how they treat people, with no follow up, that is just rude. They could have declined to meet in the beginning if they are swamped. I am very understanding, but this is now twice and from the owner too! Please improve your customer service.*Update- 3 hours after this review, at 9 at night the estimate was emailed to me. Alex called me this morning to apologize for how I felt treated. Again, I understand being busy and staffing issues. I feel, however, had I not left this review, I would not have been contacted. Alex was great and professional. He returned my calls quickly and kept me updated along the way when I brought my car in for repair. Titan was able to work with my insurance and made the process easy for me and the family. The car just had hood and bumper damage and they were able to blend the paint with the front fenders, the car looks better than when i bought it (used)! Will definitely bring more business to them if I never need to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint protection

I took my car to Titan after having a door bent too far back. I talked with Alex and he was able to get my car in the shop less than a week later (months before anyone else I called). We discussed what I hoped they d be able to do for it and a few days later they had it done at great price. The whole experience was much less stressful than it could have been, and I ll now take my car to Titan for anything I can. There s not a lot of companies around that make it a serious point to do right by the customer on a personal level, but Titan is one of them. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

They were amazing!! They delt with the insurance for me and got everything figured out so quickly! They replaced and fixed my truck front bumper and back tailgate and bumper and did such great work in such a fast turn around. They give you a lifetime warranty on all the work they do. The two gentleman that I delt with were so helpful and respectful. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back if I ever need auto body work again. I am having my car wrapped soon and had some dents and dings that needed repair prior to wrapping. I was referred to Alex and Titan Auto Body by the company doing the wrap and I am very pleased with them. Alex and his crew knocked it out of the park, they were able to fix everything in just a matter of days and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Titan Auto Body and will certainly use them again if the need arises.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at Titan Auto Body has provided world class customer service!! The job that they completed on our Dodge Charger was amazing!! Kat was super helpful at the front desk answering any questions that we had and Josh did a beautiful job on the repairs! He even got an additional spot out for us that we had asked about before leaving, he didn't even think twice about doing it for us. Alex was amazing! He is super friendly and went above and beyond what he had to do. He even helped us jump our dead battery after hours and after we left his shop. I can't say enough good things about this place! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body shop and we will be back to see then in the future when they start detailing.

If six stars were an option, that is what I would give. After getting into an accident in my Impreza, it was recommended to me to take it to Titan. Alex made the entire process effortless on my part. He handled almost the entire insurance process and had all of the body work done extremely quickly. By the time he and his team were finished, it looked just like it did the day I bought it (brand new). I was given a loaner car to drive for the duration of my repair making the whole process incredibly easy to deal with. To have all of this done at such an incredible price capped off a fantastic overall experience, I will be a lifelong customer to Titan Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Alex and Kat are wonderful to work with. They do great work at a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to use them again for any repairs or painting in the future. They even provided a loaner car to use while my car was in the shop which was very helpful as I wasn't using any insurance company or monies for the repair. My insurance agent recommended that I use them when he knew I wasn't filing a claim and I'm glad he did!

From the moment I called to the moment I left with my car it was a great experience! Alex, the owner was very attentive and everyone he has working there is great! Jason and Kendra also took great care of us and that place far exceeds my expectations and calmed all my fears! They are the best!My car went in for hail damage and came out looking great! I cannot say enough how happy I am! They have earned my trust and my business for life! I will be sending people there for sure!

Would highly recommend Titan Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair or detailing services. They were able to get me in right away for some body damage on my Chevy Silverado. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I wasn t without transportation, kept me updated on the process as this was an insurance claim, dealt with the insurance adjuster throughout the process, and they got my vehicle looking brand new again! One of the parts was on back order so it took a couple days longer than initially planned but they stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and then detailed my vehicle for the delay. Alex was great to work with and Sergio did an amazing job detailing my pickup. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What an awesome experience. Usually when you have to deal with insurance, getting an estimate, etc, it s a very painful process. Not here! Alex and his team were great! We had them do a lot of extras on my 4-Runner, and I am so excited about how it turned out. The work done was perfect. It was done in the time he said it would be. The communication was great. Will not take my car anywhere else when I need work done. Great auto body experience. From the initial call to the pick up. My car looks like it was never hit. It was detailed and looked brand new!! Highly recommended!!!! Smooth experience and great service. Kat was great and very empathetic to my situation. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex and he is amazing!!

Had flying debris destroy my hood and windshield. With their shops full, Tesla recommend Titan Auto Body to get me back on the road sooner without compromising quality. Alex has been very clear with what they need to do and how long it will take. He s also addressed all my concerns and has been easy to work with during this process. I ll add a photo once the work is complete.

Alex the owner and Kat were so accommodating and professional when I took my car to Titan after having my car hit. They had immediate availability, kept me updated throughout the whole process and were so helpful. Being in an accident is a stressful thing and working with people like them made the process much easier than I expected. I now recommend them to my family and friends and highly recommend to anyone needing body work! My car looks good as new and I couldn t be happier. I ll be a lifelong customer.

My husband had his windshield replaced here the other day, Alex was so helpful from beginning to end. He was amazing in helping us schedule quickly! His team did a fantastic job and we highly recommend and will use them in the future!

Would definitely recommend! After the hail storm of the century Alex and his team took great care of me and my car-a Toyota Highlander. They got me in quickly, made sure my rental care was taken care of (even made sure I got an SUV for my kiddos), offered great customer service and excellent communication!
