Can't think of a worse auto shop experience in the last 30 years. Horrible customer service from owner to front desk and everything in between. Rude on phone calls (including hanging up on you) and being yelled over and called 'a loser' by the front desk associate Dave.I am truly appalled how a place with such low standards is still in business. It makes sense because they lure you in with low-ball prices and don't put anything in writing and then jerk the customer around and rip you off after.Needed 3 bulbs installed on each side of my front headlights. The first time I brought the car in, they installed 2/6 and charged me $100. When I noticed the error, they said to bring it back in and they would fix their mistake. On top of not booking my appointment and telling me my service would no longer be completed same day as I was told on the phone, they decided to double charge me to fix the mistake they made the first time.The owner, Taylor, is so rude she hung up on me when I tried to get an explanation and refused to own up to the company's error. They don't put anything in writing and then play games saying 'the person I originally spoke to is unavailable', 'they promise to make it right this time', and other false claims.I rarely write reviews, all this to say, save your time, money, and headache and go somewhere that is actually a professional business - these guys are a scam and complete joke of a shop.

I m a single woman who doesn t know a lot about cars, so it s pretty easy for me to get scammed by mechanics. Not here though Taylor Automotive keeps it real with you. Not to mention they have WONDERFUL customer service. Super friendly staff, beyond reasonable prices, and quick and easy service. Thanks for everything!

I went to Taylor's Auto for a second opinion on my truck getting several lines replaced and was quoted well below what the other auto shop was going to charge me. There mechanics were very knowledgeable and the owner was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. I will continue to use Taylor's Automotive for any future needs.

Nice people, but truly incompetent at their work. I m literally having to replace my own battery (getting the part myself) in their parking lot. If you can make it to some place like Christian Brothers Automotive, you should.

I was really happy going to this repair shop, the workers are very friendly, had very cheap services, they work quick, and they don't try to screw you over. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I went to Taylor Automotive to get a second opinion as the shop I took my car to prior a few doors down said I had $2,500 worth of car damage. Taylor Automotive not only listened to my concerns while taking my car in as soon as possible but also serviced my car within hours indicating there wasn't an issue. They will now be my go to automotive shop because of their integrity and commitment to great service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I live in Wolhurst and saw my community name in their ad so I made an appointment to have my car checked for a tune up. I showed up the following day at the appointed time with Rob having made the scheduled appt. Walked in said hi to Rob and he checked my name in the computer. I gave him a note from my BF of what he thought should be included in a tune up. I waited for around 30 min and then Dave spoke to me and said I needed an appointment and I said that is why I was there as I had an appointment at 11:30. Apparently Dave thought I had just showed up so I made an appointment again for the following day.Later that day Rob called me and told me what the cost was. We had a conversation and he hung up on me.I called back to ask why and Dave answered the phone He was rude and consisending. I ask him how they came to that price and he said by checking out my car. I informed him that my car way never checked at all. Rob told him the price was based on the list I had given him.Now mind you, they had no idea what might be the issue with my car or if I even needed what was on my paper to review.I made them aware in the very beginning that I knew nothing about cars and the paper was to see if those things may be included in the tune up.Dave took issue with me questioning, as he has NO customer service skills, them quoting me a price on a car of $400 on a car one ever looked at."Take your business elsewhere" he yelled at me and hung up.I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should anyone reading this. I am a73 yr old , handicap senior ceitzen and this is how they treat us..

This place is going down hill. My friend and I have taken cars here for years. A couple of years ago it was outstanding service. Recently my friend bought 4 new tires, and paid a premium price. She also asked them to check her brakes because she thought they were noisy. When she picked the car up she asked about the brakes. The guy said oh there fine although she suspected the hadn t even looked. A few days ago she picked up a nail on the road and had a flat. When she went to put the spare on, it was flat. A real tire service shop would have checked that. Also when she took the car into another shop to get the tire repaired, the found the brakes were metal on metal. We re done with this place!

I brought my car to Taylor Automotive for an electrical part installation that didn't even require opening the hood. (I normally do work like this myself, however, for this instance, I lacked the unique tools and narrow shoulders to work under the dashboard, near the pedals.) After paying my $125 bill(?), I tried leaving the parking lot and my car stalled. I returned to the garage lobby to speak with the person at the desk. Irked that I had just paid for nothing, I explained the situation to this person. This "person" then erupted - yelling, saying it was my fault, making accusations and a total scene in the lobby in front of other staff. I was mortified. I am a customer? How could this be happening? During the tirade, it was divulged that this person is, indeed, the owner. How could this person be a business owner? This person, the owner, was yelling in my face... I requested my money back to no avail and left. While I try to support independent businesses, I will be taking my car somewhere with qualified mechanics who treat customers with respect. I will NEVER take a vehicle to this place again and cannot recommend anyone else does either. I am a resident of the neighborhood in which this garage is located. It makes my skin crawl to walk near this place or think of this experience... Not sure the reason for any positive reviews. This owner is probably having the staff write them.PS - The word "person" was used throughout intentionally. Though this person was human and male, it was far from a man.Service: Electrical

I took my car in for routine brake job and in return got a year worth of headaches. When I picked up my care after the brakes where changed I got a few miles and my care began to shake violently. I took it back and the left front brake pad had not been applied correctly. This was fixed however I continued to have issues with my front brakes causing constant shaking anytime i would brake. They replaced the brakes 2 times and could not correct the issue that was not present prior to taking my care to them for a routine brake job. The last time I took it to them the owner Rob was incredibly unprofessional, making rude comments and making me feel like it was my fault they could not figure out the issue. I have since taken it to the dealership where they have corrected the issue and I am able to brake without a vibration or shake. I can not recommend this shop.Service: Brakes

I only came in for an oil change. They then take my tires off, mind you again(only asked for oil change). They then do not put my tires back on but yet I am then forced to pay for two new tires!!!! Tell me what makes this the right way to handle business?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

10/10 recommend. Woke up to a puddle of coolant under my car - called them at 7:00 am and they got me in immediately. Fixed a huge repair that day and were all incredibly kind to me in a hard and stressful situation. Had to have my radiator, timing belt and water pump replaced. Reasonable price and very helpful.

These guys really step up. After I no-showed them on an appointment to have my jeep aligned, they took me in without an appointment and did a bunch of work for me. They even finished me on the same day. I made a special request regarding my vehicle, and they called me to make another less expensive suggestion. I've used them a few times with different vehicles, and they've always been pleasant to work with.

I stopped in after my dad told me to go here for a new brake light. I just wanted to see if they could do it and if I could make an appointment. Alex was awesome! He replaced it for me for no charge within about 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back. Great service!!

These guys are great! When im having issues with my car these guys are quick and efficient. The price seems a little high to me, but i don't work on cars. Lol. They also don't push me or use scare tactics to get me to have more work done than i need. And i love that they are right down the street when i need them.

Jon, Chris, and the Taylor Automotive crew take great care of us. We recently moved to the area and did not have any established relationships. We ran all three of our family's vehicles through them for regular service, oil changes, and brake repair. Quick turnaround, zero surprises, fair and honest pricing.

Used to go here for my regular service until I moved state. Always felt like they told me the full story and gave me a better understanding of what was going on and what they did. Never felt like pressured to add additional work or felt like I paid too much, after getting quotes from others in the area they were pretty reasonable and sometimes even cheaper.

This has been my go to place for a few years now. They've got a reputation for doing small tasks like changing light bulbs or fuses or re-balancing tires for free. They've always been upfront and honest with me, and have stood by their work. On numerous occasions, I have had things that didn't quite get fixed on the first visit, and finishing touches were applied for free, such as nasty clutch problem that haunted my car for months.Today, the manager and one of the mechanics showed me all of the reasons why instead of giving them $2000+ to fix my car, I should go buy a new car instead. They turned away $2000+ of business because it was the right thing to do.At this point, nothing short of an employee pulling a gun on me would shake my loyalty to this business.

I found these guys because of a Groupon but had much more helpful car care than ever before-- since I don't know much about cars, I was really happy they went above and beyond to check my car's general health so I could address any existing issues. They're competively priced and always take less time than they say they will!

Ellis is great. I did some research before taking my car here and they had mostly positive reviews so I tried them out. First, my car wouldn't start and I suspected it was the alternator. I showed up with the alternator for them to install, and they came back and said it was just the battery. Yay for huge savings.Then, my other car, had a coolant leak that was getting out of hand. I took it hoping it was just a hose and, sure enough, it was. However, when they replaced the hose, it increased the pressure enough that another weak hose blew. I actually think they were right that it wasn't their fault, nonetheless, they offered to do the labor for free and I only had to pay for the part. Very reasonable, very understanding, very honest.I am very thankful I found Ellis because I am not a car guy and need someone I can trust to do the right thing rather than sell me the most expensive options.

At the end of the day they are just another mechanic shop fleecing people out of their hard earned. Went in to replace brake pads (Quoted $125) and wouldn't ya know it? Said it would be over double the cost after I dropped off the car. THEN tried raising the price to over $600 for a "found problem." Yeah there are no honest mechanics OR dentists in Littleton.

Brought our Jeep in because the blinker had been acting up. A year earlier was told by two different places that the parts and labor would be $1500. They guys at Taylor identified it as a simple blinker switch and I was in and out the door in a day at less than $300 (also included fixing a slow leak flat tire). They gave me an honest quote and did what they said they were going to do. Very friendly and up front. What else could you ask for in a mechanic? Will definitely be back!

Probably the most combative, poor customer service I ve ever encountered by a mechanic. Let meclarify that the person who changed my oil was very friendly, the guy at the main counter was just the worst. It seemed like he wanted to argue with me. Dude tried to argue with me about everything including wait time. I bought a groupon for my oil change and they charged me an additional 5 dollars for disposal. It was in the fine print, but even after I agreed to pay it and had my card out, the guy STILL tried to argue with me about it and pull out a printed copy of the fine print. The service was so poor that I declined new wiper blades and an air filter because I didn t want to give this company any more of my money. High recommend going elsewhere, especially if you re a woman.

Great Local Place with a Great Staff!Had my tires rotated and balanced, with one tire in great need of being balanced. The staff took the time to explain why it was unbalanced and future maintenance intervals.

Disappointing that I can get charged an insane amount of money and they can t even offer to do an oil change on my car. They re going to send me home with the check engine light still on. I really liked them the first time I came but now I feel like I m getting ripped off, definitely going to look for somewhere else. Disappointing.
