I've been buying parts for my Land Rover LR3 for years and just lately discovered RM. Impressed with the highest of quality brands they carry and have since made two substantial orders. All went very smooth. Shipping is hard to beat and quite quick. So far it will be one of the first places I check when needing more parts.I so far highly recommend.

This is the worst online store there could be. I ordered transmission oil by mistake, and realized this a minute after I paid. I wrote about this to the custom service, but these idiots still sent me the oil a few days later, and after they sent it they wrote to me how to make a return. Are all your employees idiots or did they do this on purpose? According to the principle, the main thing is to sell and it doesn t matter how... You pay money for targeting your site, but you work like the worst online store. I wrote a minute after ordering and paying, and a few days later you still sent me the goods. Do you have any business processes in your company? I don't recommend ordering from them. Here is my order number 4369110see for yourself. And what s more, the box arrived covered in spilled oil and 3 canisters were damaged and empty.

Parts I ordered were in perfectly good shape and arrived even faster than I expected. Best price i found as well by a long shot.Ordered parts for my van. Love to support a small business, especially one with excellent prices, shipping, and overall service. Will definitely buy parts from them again.

I discovered RM European while looking for Range Rover parts that even R**kauto did not carry. I was able to get name brand parts for good prices. The only issues were the same ones I have from all US suppliers when ordering from Canada - high shipping costs and delivery times. Due to their great inventory, I was able to bundle many parts and combine shipping. Good service and I will definitely remember them for my next orders!

Do not be fooled by their outdated looking website (sorry guys, it is)The bottom line is that these guys have what you need for your German vehicle - and they have it at a great price.All I did was type my Audi OEM part number in Google and sure enough, RM European Auto Parts LLC popped right up. I was a bit hesitant at first. But after seeing hundreds of reviews online, i went ahead and ordered.They emailed me right away and shipped my product the same day! I got it a few days later installed it in a few minutes and we're good as gold.I'll most definitely be buying my auto-parts from them in the future - i'd much rather support a small business like this vs the mega corps of the world! Thanks again RM Euro!

RM European is top notch!! They beat everyone else's price and I had parts delivered in 3 days! And this isn't offshore junk either, this was genuine Mercedes parts! I think I found my new favorite store to shop for Benz parts.

Simple order entry but I did a re-order and they shipped something different. The Porsche A!@#$%*s told me if I did not use the exact oil it would void the engine warranty. The first order was exact... the "order again" was not the same. .

My first order was for a MK4 hood blanket. Nobody else sells them. Very good service from this company. Fast shipping, and parts in stock. I'd give five stars, but I received the wrong gasket in one order. Mistakes happen; I'll assume they are rare. The online catalog doesn't well reflect cross-compatibility between models. That can be confusing, and probably a sales loss for RM. Otherwise, I'll keep coming back for the good pricing and fast service.

I kind of stumbled onto RM European Auto Parts while looking for CV boot clamps. They had the Febi grease I need for a great price and it was shipped quickly. Checking other prices for my car has been an eye opener. They have really good prices on great parts! Will be returning!

This place has competitive prices on parts for my Audi. It's nice having a place in the intermountain region so that shipping is closer/faster compared to places out east. They were also very quick to respond to a question I had on one of their parts. I definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! Shockingly quick same-day order fulfillment/ship and a rapid delivery. Parts received well packed and are of top quality for a fair price. I'll be back for more DIY parts. I'll say I was somewhat concerned if this site was legit, simply due to the pricing being so good and a very streamlined, no-nonsense interface and checkout experience. Refreshing, to say the least; great job, RM European!

Impressive experience purchasing OEM brake components for my 2019 Audi A4 from RM European. I had spent a long time identifying serial numbers for my excellent, for performance and durability, stock brakes, and the ONLY place I could find all the right parts and on top of it, at the best prices, was at RM. There are lots of good online parts places, but none of them had them all, it was easy to navigate RM website, and delivery was fast. I count on them for next purchases.

Great prices and fast delivery on OE and OEM parts! HOWEVER, they will not run my credit card when the ship to and bill to addresses are different. As a business, you MUST get that fixed.

Have used these folks a few times and will be converting more of my orders to them. Pricing and service are as good or better than the typical suppliers I use. Have bought BMW and Porsche parts and all has been perfect.

RM delivered the product as advertised and shipped from their closest warehouse location to my residence. Always very important to me when ordering parts for a current project. My only recommendation is the selection of a different shipping company. It took 4 days of FedEx "out for delivery" notifications to finally deliver my order. This included contact with FedEx customer service and their area warehouse to get it delivered.

Excellent OEM quality parts. Bought a DPF pressure sensor wasn't branded with the VW logo...BUT 100% I'm convinced this sensor is made by the same supplier in the same place as the VW branded part without the markup!! Saved me over 100$ for same part at the dealership.They have multiple warehouses in multiple states and lucky for me they had my part in my state so shipping was super quick! Customer service gets 10/10. Would do businesses with them again!

Three stars: My first few interactions were quite positive and led me to continue to purchase parts from this company. My previous review was 5 stars and my latest experience would be a 1 star but I have split the difference in RM Europeans favor with the latest update.I tried contacting via the "quickest response" method by sending an email last Thursday. I followed up with a phone call first thing Friday morning and then again later Friday afternoon and another email Friday. No responses were received. I proceeded to place an order for all items that would "Ship today" as they were in inventory yet not what I necessarily wanted. The order was placed more than an hour before the "ships today" deadline.I was contacted and informed that the items I ordered that were in stock were in fact not in stock and that I could pay an additional ~$50 and they would be shipped out that day. I agreed and stressed that if they can get shipped I would pay although it was not what I expected to be buying, not at the expected price etc. I continued to check over the weekend for a tracking number and reached out at noon on Monday for an update only to learn that my order was only partially shipped end of day Monday with part of the order still pending.Beyond disappointed as I could have made other arrangements to get the parts and this has been a very laborious and unsatisfactory experience.

Great online buying experience. Skip the big name auto parts stores and shop with these guys for the right part, at an awesome, inexpensive price. Very affordable cost for new auto part replacements. YouTube mechanic videos can also show you how to replace parts and its not that hard. Saves you a lot of money not to have to go through a mechanic for the labor.

Ordered Mercedes parts and Rocky Mt. European prices were the best.The shipping came on time and all the parts were wrapped in bubble wrap with no issues.Called in before I ordered and the person on the phone was friendly and answered my questions on the parts.

Ordered 9.5 x 905 Vw fan belts and received 10 x 905 belts instead. Not what I ordered and not what is advertised on their website. They advertise 9.5 x 905 on their website. Buyer beware. Who knows what they will ship you

Wasn't sure about these guys but they are legitly awesome, i was googling for a alternative Euro parts supplier with affordable prices and found RMEAP, wasn't sure but they did have great reviews, took a chance and they gained a customer. Shipping was fast and brand name parts for my Benz so im happy and will be purchasing from in the near future.
