This place is great. They do good work and their prices are reasonable. But in addition to that -- and what earns them a five-star review -- they are nice to work with. They treat customers like they are genuinely glad to work with them, like they are pleased to be see them and eager to do business with them. That has not been my experience at other places and I gotta say, it is really nice. And they take good care of my car at a good price. Win, win, win.

Randy's auto, has been the most honest and understanding. All these guy are so awesome and amazing. They have gone way above and beyond to help me. I definitely do recommend them to everyone I know. Highly recommended!

The employees are very friendly! inspection was done quickly. They took the time to sit down and explain everything that needed to be taken care of sooner rather than later on my car and things that were Maintenance that could wait. They offered me a discount coupon and a financing option! Thank you so much for taking the time to give great customer care and service!

Ordered the wrong part than couldn't take any shred of responsibility for it instead want to charge me more for parts. Also, had them check my motor in my heater which was working fine and now isn't working at all. What a bunch of frauds. Super angry not really helpful in anyway.

Wow, My experience with Randy's has be 5 star for sure. They were very communicative and clear about what my options were with my minimal repair. They completed and diagnosis and got right back to me. The team took good care of my car and sheltered it while it was in their care. The team at Randy's followed up after their service.I would highly recommend this auto repair shop and the team there.

This place is joke they over charge u and they cant fix anything. Save your self time and money and go anywhere else. Also didn't just go to them once, happened 3 different times.UPDATE! Actually sir ur response is wrong. You have serviced my vehicle and every time we have not been happy. We will not return. Yeah that grabber blue mustang is mine. Ring a bell!This last time your tech Caleb said he could fix a car in lockout and reset a computer. We called ahead to ask. Guess what? You all took my damn money and wasted my damn time. Then told me I had to take it to Ford. Why would anyone waste their time going to Randys. I sure will not ever again. Also why would I waste my time giving this review if I had not been there. Very pleasant experience getting my car worked on here! The staff is all EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming, and I got a courtesy call about a week after my services to make sure things were all going well. I think the prices are competitive and both times I had my car in they were prompt with calling me about any issues they found and when my services were done. Definitely will be back for my future needs!!

We were interested in buying a used car but would not consider it without having Randy's take a look first. We have gone there for over 15 years, 6 or more cars later have always had the best quality service and workmanship with remarkably good pricing. Cannot recommend these people and their business more!!! Thank you Randy's!

I am so greatful for everything that Randy's Auto Care has done for me. Every time that I have any issues with my car I go there and they treat me with respect and they fix my car in a very timely manner, most of the time it's the same day. They have great prices and they offer financing through snap. They have kept me from struggling because they are professional and they honestly care for me and my well-being. I know that in the future if I have any issues with my car I'll be taking it back to Randy's because they have the knowledge that i appreciate and a high degree of integrity. I really don't trust anyone else. I want to thank Caleb and everybody else over at Randy's who have helped me and gotten me out of some very negative situations. Thank you! I would recommend Randy's automotive to everybody who needs car repairs. As a former member of the armed forces and an honorably discharged veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, I am proud that they look after me and I trust Randy's Auto Care to have my back.

I would really like to express an honest review here, from a single mom that suddenly needed my only two family cars worked on. This place is wonderful. I don't know how, but they took care of me right away and did a fantastic job on both vehicles. My experience here at Randy's has shown me that this shop is full of hard working, honest mechanics, that are extremely kind. They are not the autoshop that might be out to make extra money off of you. Jim and Caleb, (apologize if incorrect spelling) were so wonderful and nice to talk and work with. And props to all the guys that worked on both my vehicles and got me and my daughter back on the road safely in almost no time. You've got a new customer

My father and I have been loyal customers of Randy s Auto for nearly 30 years! I believe that speaks for itself. I can t recall all the services performed on our vehicles, but they were numerous. Excellent work, fair prices, and genuinely nice guys. I took my car in multiple times with issues dealing with rabbits or rats eating pieces of my car. They got me in quickly and got taken care of just as fast. Always friendly, patient with questions, and never tried to over sell.

I've been going to Randy's for all my car needs for many years. I always get prompt, friendly and honest service and have referred him and his crew to family and friends who now take their cars there too. Last week I left my car with them while a few of us went to see a movie. I asked if they could text me if there was a problem since I didn't want to listen to a message while the movie was going, I could just read a text quickly. It worked out well! I had asked them to replace the car battery if needed, after all the cold weather we've been having. When I picked my car up they said the battery tested just fine. You can trust these guys. Other places might have replaced the battery even if it hadn't been needed. This is why we keep going back time after time!Service: Oil change

Randy's auto! Honest and always have help me with alll my car emergencies! Since being with Randy's I've had less issues. These guys have never ever made me feel like I need to question anything they tell me. They go above and beyond every time I'm in here. I called to set up an appointment for an alignment and oil change and they were able to get me in the same day. I dropped my car off and it was ready within the timeframe provided. The staff was friendly and very helpful and went over everything they did including a multi-point inspection in which they didn't find any issues. I'm so thankful they didn't try to tell me I needed additional work done to add on a couple hundred dollars like the place I had been going to. I will continue to use Randy's in the future for all my car maintenance.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Single mom with a disabled child and can not let my car air conditioner fail, and of course as the hottest days hit my car a/c shows signs that it s on its last leg. I decided to try this place because of the funny sign and current special and was met with kind, respectful men. I never felt spoken down to, intimidated or unsafe at this shop at any time. Service was quick and repairs seem solid so far! Will be back for future repairs/maintenance!Service: A/C installation & repair

Randy's has usually been a good honest place. Our last experience was awful! Tried to upsell us. Killed the battery then blamed us! Who does that! It also took 3 days to replace a alternator.

Before trusting your car to Randy s, be sure you get a complete understanding of the diagnostic charges that are very excessive and any repairs that are truly required. You re better off going to someone else if you have a Saab and roll the dice versus going to Randy s who really does not specialize in Saab work and who cannot get any parts or figure out how to properly fix a Saab. After 3 visits and many $1000 s, I feel totally abused and taken advantage of and would up having another mechanic actually finally make the correct repairs. I LOVE taking my vehicles to Randy s! I ve been coming to them for most of my automotive needs over the past 8 years and have not once been disappointed!Their prices are competitive...their staff is always genuinely friendly and helpful (and I appreciate that that most the staff I have engaged with remember my name...totally makes me feel like a truly valued customer.)....and I ve not once had to bring my vehicle back because of a faulty or unsatisfactory repair or replacement....I ll definitely continue my patronage with Randy s auto as long as they re in business! Great place to go for auto care. Went for oil change, was there less than 45 minutes and was charged 40 percent less than what Grease Monkey charges. Have had repairs done here as well, great work and fair prices. Only place I take my car to and would recommend Randy's to friends and family.

Headlight problems for 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. They charged $300 to diagnose and said I needed a headlight assembly. Following months of looking for the assembly, I researched more and found that it was a $14 relay. I am not suggesting to avoid Randy's, however you may need to do some research that they could miss during the diagnostics. Unfortunately, this is common for many businesses in addition to auto repair. Consumers these days must do a good deal of research even before giving a car problem to technicians for troubleshooting. If you have intermittent headlight problems with Chevy/GM check the relays first. I hope this information is helpful to car owners and technicians.Service: Electrical

I'm am waiting on my car to be finished with the oil change, so far I am super impressed with this place. I feel comfortable and confident that everything is going well. They are super nice and got me in really fast even with telling me how busy they have been. I have been to places where I feel over charged, unprofessional and where the employees were just rude.
