The only place I will take my volkswagen to is here. they know how to work on German cars without charging you for your firstborn child.great shop, amazing people, and fast work. I love this place. I also have my whole family going to this place for any vehicle repairs, really trustworthy people.Edit: I've been taking my 2012 volkswgen cc here for about 6 or 7 years. the techs have taken amazing care of my vehicle, I feel like they don't get enough praise. they really know how to work on your car they are always honest about what work needs to be done, and I have never once had to question a repair. My car is pushing 200k miles thanks to pro auto, I refuse to take my car anywhere else for repairs.

Thanks for the honest assessment. Another mechanic had told me that i would have to replace an axle on my drivers front end that would run me about $1500. You're guy told me that there was nothing wrong. Thank you

Once again, the team at Pro Auto Littleton provided superlative, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly service to my car and myself!I have now decided that I will not take my vehicle anywhere else! This team has consistently demonstrated trustworthiness and reliability, among many other attributes.Btw, they replaced my serpentine belt, radiator and engine fan assembly. They performed an oil change and steam cleaned my engine, to clean off the previous radiator leakage build up. After several interactions with this place I honestly cannot say I would recommend this company. They have lost the business of my wife and I due to incomplete work and dishonest practices. First we took her car in for a radiator issue that still had problems after they worked on it. Luckily a friend of our was able to finish the work for a case of beer. Second, they took a $200 job and tried to spin it into a > $2000 job. We just needed brake pads replaced and they tried the whole this car needs a new calipers and new rotors and all 4 tires replaced. Which I knew from there not to trust them as they obviously overlooked that one of the tires was bought brand new less than 6 months prior. Took it to a second place who agreed that other than the 3 other tires there was nothing wrong with either of those and that the pads just needed replaced. Don t let these people swindle you.

Amazing shop! Took my car here after the dealership quoted me $1800 for a 60,000 mile service. They got me in quickly, preformed same day services, and saved me a ton of money. I recently used Pro Auto Care Littleton after going through a slew of other shops and even mobile mechanic options. I had some pretty major repairs I was facing and other normal maintenance needed on my 2011 Acura MDX. I worked closely with Brett and Trevor and they are amazing, happy to communicate and answer any questions. This shop is very honest, open and reasonably priced. Those men are the best! They have provided me with great customer service. Also, the ease of transitioning from one vehicle to another was superb. The work I had done on my vehicle was awesome. My truck kept randomly not starting. Everything on the charging/starting system tested fine. Ray went above and beyond and found an electrical harness that was faulty and was able to do a simple repair on the harness. My truck is running great now! Trevor gave me great customer service! Took a 2018 BMW X5 here for a Pre Purchase Inspection and was very satisfied. They were thorough in their inspection and report. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a great experience at Dettmer automotive. I was hearing a grinding noise from my front wheel, which they were able to diagnose and fix within an hour. They also let me know about other issues with my car, but weren t pushy when I said I wasn t able to do those at the moment. They also listed the things that I needed in order of importance and told me when I will need to really worry about them. I highly recommend Pro Auto care!

When I got my van home and backed into my parking space the power steering was completely gone. I called and explained the situation and was told to bring it back Mon. AM (it was Fri. just before closing). I did. I was given a loaner and went home to wait for news. 1 wk. & 4 power steering pumps later I picked it up today (another Fri.) It was all under warranty. These guys aren't All State, but I am for sure in GOOD HANDS. Thanx guys. Rick ;-}

I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for top quality auto care from master technicians, and a company culture that prides itself on quality and trust, then this is your place.I brought my vehicle in to have them inspect the brakes, which were not functioning well. They did an exhaustive test and walked me through each step of their process helping me understand how they go about determining the problem. This gave me confidence that they were not simply trying to upsell me some thing I did not need.They educated me about the different repair options and explained the pros and cons of each option and their corresponding price points. This allowed me to choose the solution that best worked for me and my budget.They also went over the top with their customer service and helped drive my vehicle home nearby since my wife was out of town this week. They definitely care about a white glove customer service experience for their clients. I appreciate this from an auto shop. Pro Auto provides an excellent experience leaving their customer feeling safe and taken care of when they leave the parking lot. My car needed numerous repairs and they had it ready in less than 48 hours, along with a full digital diagnostic that told me all the repairs they advised undergoing. This is one of the best auto shops I ve ever been to. They were honest, friendly and took the time to explain the details of the problem with my car s engine. I came to them for a second opinion on my Honda, and while the first mechanic quoted me a $3000 repair, Pro-auto was honest with me about the root of the problem and they completed all diagnostics and repairs for under $500. I don t know a lot about cars and I really appreciated that they didn t take advantage like the other auto shop did. I will definitely be back, they were very trust worthy!Service: Engine repair

Had my ATF, front and rear Differential fluid, and Transfer case fluid flushed/replaced on my Tacoma at 156k miles. Everything went smooth and I haven't had any gears slip on my transmission. Also, they inspected the whole vehicle and gave me all possible concerns/problems but left all repair decisions up to me. Yesterday was a return visit to Pro Auto & I will definitely be back! They thoroughly checked my car out & prepared a list of services that were needed &/or recommended. Once I understood the recommendations & made choices, the work was started immediately. The pricing was very fair, the work was completed in the time frame they said it would be, and there were no hidden surprises!More than anything, I felt the manager & employees worked in harmony, helped each other, and genuinely enjoyed their work. It truly was a pleasure getting my car fixed - and how often can you say that!
