I just purchased a 2024 Honda Ruckus and my salesman Matt was so helpful and made this a painless purchase and the rest of the staff was great when I picked it up! Matt answered all my questions and had me in and out in a timely manner! I will for sure be doing more business there in the future!

I got an 82 Atc250R I needed steering spindle parts for, and Amanda in parts pulled up and showed me what was available for my machine and it just so happened that EVERYTHING I needed to remedy my ride was available from Peak .. we ordered it up, I paid for it and got my toy repaired faster than I was expecting. Was VERY pleased with her attitude about what I needed and was happy to serve me . I have been back to Peak for oil and other items and will return again for ALL of my parts in the future. If Peak Honda operates every department as Amanda runs the parts division, I am a customer for life. Thank you Amanda for helping me get Therapy back together as I m in need of more sessions to remove the stress of life in general, and I will be a Peak costumer forever because of your dedication to your employer with such pride!!!! Traded in my Rebel 500 for a Rebel 1100, great experience working with Peak Honda. Nate was responsive, timely, and worked to get me a a good deal on the bike. After speaking with several area dealerships, it was an easy choice to buy from Peak. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a bike.

Ran through all the shear bolts I had for my snowblower and was in dire straights. I called and Amanda was fantastic in helping locate the bolts I needed as well as helping identify another replacement part I knew I needed, but didn't know how to find. Great job Amanda!

I took my Honda lawnmower in for their spring service. They had indicated it may take one to two weeks to complete this. I was pleasantly surprised after I got a phone call after four days saying that the service have been done. I also received a discount of $20 on the total price! I was very happy with the work done, and the speed of their completion.

Dillon in service was great. He helped me get the right tires at a good price. I was updated when parts came in and when it was ready. I brought the bike in because I neglected it for a season and they did a great job getting it back in spec and ready to ride.

I have been looking for a Honda Rebel for a couple weeks now. I couldn t decide between the 300 & 500. I m fairly small and wanted to test ride them to get a good feel for them. After stopping at several places locally that said they have them in stock online and leaving empty handed I extended my search to Denver. I loved the fact I was able to text rather than having to wait on hold calling. I received an answer from a sales person within 30 mins. We got to work with Ed, he was very responsive and answered all my questions. When we got up to Denver he got the bikes ready for me to ride. He gave us space to discuss our options. We went with the used Honda Rebel 300 ABS in black exactly what I was looking at! We truly enjoyed our experience, bonus points I felt respected and all my questions were answered. (I have had experience where male sales people only talked to my husband even I was the one purchasing something) I would definitely make the trip back!

saw the bike I've been searching for and reached out to connect with a great guy named Brandon. Brandon was very helpful, professional and courteous. Brandon helped me streamline the sale of my new bike. from the first conversation to the time I walked out the door to ride home I was blown away by how easy and fast Brandon made the process. while getting paperwork in place I even shopped for a few accessories. I had a very relaxed and no pressure purchase and trade in experience here. Derrick was very professional and easy to work with. Their prices were fair and at market so I did not have to play any haggling games at all. They made sure my new (used) Goldwing was ready to go with no issues. I feel comfortable in my purchase. I highly recommend Peak Honda for your next bike purchase. Also want to say Amanda at the parts counter was super helpful in getting in a helmet that I wanted. She also spent time working with me making sure my Sena system would fit.

Dillon shriver was the service advisor that helped me when I brought my 250L in for service.I had a great experience they had me in and out in a timely manner no complaints.I highly recommend anyone with a Honda motorcycle to come here and get whatever bike service neededGot on my 250L and drove off the lot and Immediately felt a difference. The bike feels like new againI will definitely be back in the futureThanks to everyone!

Justin and Brandon made our buying process extremely easy. They are both excellent employees and will bend over backwards to make sure we had exactly what we needed. We need this machine for both work and play and it s exactly what we needed. We are extremely happy with our 2023 Honda 1000s trail edition. It s absolutely beautiful! A bit late-its been like two weeks since I meant to post this but lifes been busy-however, absolutely incredible experience. Marsha was truly incredible. Was massively patient with me and very knowledgeable as I explored their wide variety of bikes. Once I made my choice, she was super helpful in getting me the best deal possible combined with an incredible maintenance package. Then I went over to the accessories department and met Amanda, greatest guide to help me find a reliable and comfortable helmet. She not only told me about her personal experience and choice in helmet but also gave me other more affordable options for starting out. It was truly a great experience with Peak Honda World and I have loved my bike. Thank you for making my first bike buying experience a truly wonderful one.

They handled everything very quickly, especially as we are reaching into peak motorcycle season. I mostly interacted with Dillon, who filled me in along every step of the process. They fixed what needed to be fixed, but they also didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed, keeping the price low.

Noticed a pretty clean VTX1300 for sale and with low miles! Nathan was able to help me out, all online and over the phone just in 1 day. I had the quickest and most simple/easy time purchasing the bike. Not even a day later I was in taking delivery of my new bike. I will definitely be back to purchase more bikes in the future.

I've dealt with Todd Shriver in service a few times now and he has been very helpful and customer oriented. A while back I had a minor issue with my new 250RX(my fault) and I stopped by unannounced to see if I could get some help. Todd dropped what he was doing and came out with a mechanic and spent about ten minutes with me and got me on my way. These are the traits of a first class employee, and operation. Keep up the good work!

Great experience! First Street bike, first time getting maintenance and a lot of ignorance on my part for sure. That being said the staff was able to take great care of me and not make me feel like a rookie at all, just a great sense of camaraderie for riders. Dillon especially gave great advice and answers all of my questions professionally and thoroughly.

My husband and I have been wanting to upgrade our blower to an ATV plow for awhile. He stopped in one day and left not really knowing if we really needed one. We went back again and Nathan helped us understand all the different models. He was helpful and patient with us as he answered our many questions. Our ATV plow will be delivered today. Stopped in the store today looking to purchase my first motorcycle. I knew what bike I wanted and Brandon made the buying process extremely easy. The second we walked in he offered to help us. He was professional, funny, and very knowledgeable. He was also able to help us secure a second motorcycle for my wife. The finance department also made the purchase easy on our wallets. I would highly recommend them if you looking for a motorcycle, dirt bike, scooter etc. We did stop at another dealership earlier in the day and no one even spoke to us.Edit 8/25/23 - Ended up with a flat tire and Dillion from the service team was great. He came and picked my bike up to bring in for repair. Not only do I suggest buying from Peak but the way parts and service treats you and your bike there are no reasons to go anywhere else. As a first time rider and owner they have made every experience with them worth the 5 star review.

Short Version for those who want to skim through. This place is awesome!! Nathan Hayter & Justin Casteel took excellent care of me. Even though I purchased my bike without even stepping foot in the Dealership. Everything was done online and FedEx.Long version but better version.I saw my 2018 Goldwing on Cycle Trader.I sent a message to the Dealership saying I was interested.(( mind you I have reached out to a few dealerships before I contacted Peak Honda World.. some of them are just now getting back to me)) In less than 5mins Nathan called me. I started to laugh because I could not believed he called that quick. We gotta to talking about the Goldwing. He asked when can I come in for a test ride? I explained I live in Atlanta and was not able to come there. I mentioned if he treats me fair. I m willing to do the whole deal remotely.Nathan said no problem I got you!!. Nathan was totally transparent in everything. He personally took pictures and videos of the bike inch by inch. He was texting and calling me frequently to make sure I was ok. I did not ever have to chase him or leave a bunch of messages waiting for a reply. Even when he was out of town, Nathan responded. . He literally answered every question I had on the bike. No matter what time of day.. Nathan eased every apprehension I may have had. Then he introduced me to Justin Casteel who handled the financial end. Again my apprehensions rose and was about to feel. Ok this is the part I need to bend over for. Justin eased my fears. Got me a great deal including an extended warranty. Then I had to get the bike shipped from Littleton Colorado to Atlanta Georgia. PM Logistics group LLC transported my bike from Colorado to Atlanta. It arrived in two weeks when I was expecting it in 3weeks. I had GPS tracking. Martin s gave me his direct number, again to answer any and all question. PM Logistics ships nothing but Power Sports, ATVs, bike, boats, wave runners. You precious cargo is not laying up again a crate of packed nonsense or pallets of junk. I was not able to be home in time for delivery. I was able to open my garage remotely and PM Logistic Group literally put the bike inside my garage. Where are you going to get service like that??!! Awesome service all around.The only regret I have is my bike was delivered in 98 degree Atlanta heat.. I asked Nathan since you did a great job with everything else. Can you bring the weather down in Atlanta so I could enjoy my bike? . He s replied. I m good but some things are out of my hands. But let me make a call and see what I can do!! I recently purchased a Honda lawn mower from Peak. The price was well below what I could find at other Denver area or online dealers.I worked with Amanda from initial phone call through loading the lawn mower into my Jeep. I found her to be knowledgeable and helpful, with a good sense of humor. She handled the whole experience like someone who enjoys her job.If I wasn't a senior citizen with a history of five back surgeries and a three vertebrae fusion and a bunch of other orthopedic issues - and cancer - who just sold his most recent motorcycle, I might have bought a motorcycle from her, as well!
