I had an old battery and Eldon helped me take it out of my car and then replaced it with a new one. The recommendations said to have a professional do it, but he looked at the housing and knew he could do it for me. About 15 minutes later it was done and I was on my way. Very friendly and helpful service. Thank you Eldon.

I was very disappointed in the management of this store. I ordered a part over the phone and was told it would be at the store in a few days and that I had four days to retrieve it after that. I came into the store within the time allotted and the CSR told me that it had been sent back. I told the CSR that I never got a call that it was in. The CSR also explained that upper management had instructed the CSR's to not call customers when parts arrive. I work at a wholesale parts counter for HVAC, in my opinion it is very poor customer service on managements decision to not call customers. I try to support box stores but in this case made me just order from Amazon!

All week ive been trying to work on a 2017 kia forte LX. Zero parts that Orielys has listed for that car actually belong on that car. The last part i attempted to order was a fuel injector. As usual the part showed up and was nothing like the one removed from the vehicle. This is wasting so much shop time as the stores inventory and computer system are clearly incorrect. However this last part was a special order and they claim i am responsible for the shipping cost even though the part we ordered isnt even the part that showed up. I run 3 seperate shops that i will be removing Oriely as a parts store from all 3 due to the uselessness we have experienced. Even trying to return that i had to wait while all 3 employees were trying to manage 1 phone call for 20 min. The guy that was helping me didnt know how to do returns then jerry refused to refund all my money! I will be contacting corperate!

I came in trying to fix my headlights and not knowing what I was doing, they showed me every step of the way and we're very helpful stopping me from screwing up and popping my light. Super great service and saved me all of the money I would have spent at a repair place

Eldin and Andrew were so incredibly nice! Eldin helped me find the part I needed and made sure I was well taken care of before I left. I don't see customer service like this often and will definitely come here for anything I need from now on

I'm so grateful to this store! Eldon helped me out today. I haven't had this good of customer service in so long. I called ahead of time to make sure they had my battery in stock. Eldon answered the phone and was super helpful, professional, and courteous. Let me ask questions about the battery without getting impatient. Arrived and Eldon was at the front. He rung me up and offered to put the battery in for me. Saved me a ton of time and he was so kind and friendly. As a woman I often have a lot of difficulty with auto parts stores and auto repair places. I often get talked down to or scammed. Not remotely the case here. I felt respected and cared for and I can't tell you how much that means. Made my day. Thank you, Eldon!

Stopped by the one on Bowles Ave. In Littleton. I needed a gas cap. The young man Bart, suggested one that has a strap since I drove off leaving the last one behind.Bart was kind enough to come out with me and get it set up.Thank you for going that extra step today. I very much appreciated it.

Rude Customer service the employee ripped the products out of my hands when I had mentioned that i used to work for a competitor. He told me to leave the store and that i was not welcomed back.

I have had bad experiences with other auto part stores and no matter which one I go to I've had a great visit. They have a young assistant manager here that is the best. I'm glad he cane her from the competition.. "Their loss"

Had a bad experience with Advanced Auto Parts just prior to calling this store.I spoke with Tom and he identified himself as the store manager.Explained how my truck was torn down and that I had a bad experience with another parts store just before.Tom told me, I should have called him first.He verified all parts and guaranteed me they would be in at 4pm.Called at 5 and there just happened to be an IT guy there when he took my order order now I have to wait a whole additional day to get my parts. No thanks Tom you are terrible at your job as well. No call ahead, no call to let me know the parts wouldn't actually be in, just left me to wonder until after 5pm.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

On the morning of my birthday my battery died in my car. Bart was amazing, he was professional and efficient. I was able to get in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new battery installed!Thank you Bart!

Started using O'Reily auto parts when I was driving for them. Don't work for them any longer but still use them. Prices are comparable and their associates are helpful.

I called this shop to locate a funky wiper for a Jaguar that other shops had never seen. O'Reilly's was able to locate it had it delivered from another shop in a couple of hours! Additionally, my fluid on the driver's side wasn't operational. They were able to problem solve, "McGyver" style and now I have both wipers and fluid! Very satisfied with professionalism, customer service and pricing!!

Absolutely great. Kelly and her crew are amazing . Very nice , very knowledgeable and very personable.This is my auto parts store for good . I won't go any were else.Give this O'Rilllys store a try with all your auto parts needs. If they don't have the part they will get it for you fast.Keep up the great work you guys. I'm a very satisfied customer and I will return for all my auto parts needs.

Nice people, but I'm not thrilled with the battery that I bought here. Purchased 2.5 years ago (2 year warranty) and once I had it tested it appeared that there is a dead cell. I've never had a battery last for less than 5 years. I will not be purchasing one if these batteries again. I park my car in a warm garage, and it's never been run dead... Until now

After going to 2 different parts stores I stopped by to try one last time to find a simple PCV valve. The other 2 stores refused to even look without a part #. Because I have an aftermarket engine, part #'s don't really apply. But anyone who knows even a little about cars could identify the part I was looking for. It's become a meme how little employees at part stores know about cars so I won't get bogged down in that. But the unwillingness to even look, was infuriating. The guy at Advance didn't even put down his cell phone before telling me he couldn't help. Not at O'Reilly. I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me. But he didn't hesitate to grab the whole box of PCV valves and he quickly found the one I needed. I didn't have to ask he just said "I'll grab the whole box and we'll take a look. That's what I'm here for." In a world where any pretense of customer service is but a distant memory, this made my day.

I've been coming to this location for many years now, even when it's out of my way I try to come here over anywhere else. After getting to know some of the staff here it's easy to see why a lot of them have been around for a while...everyone is super helpful, super nice, and very knowledgeable. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need to the best of their abilities. I'd tell anyone to come here over any other auto parts chains, especially that zone place, which I've sworn to never give any of my business to again.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, Tom and Adam helped my wife and I take care of an electrical problem on our FJ Cruiser. I normally do not write reviews for things like this... they gave such excellent customer service that I had to ask them who I could call and where I could rave about how much they helped us. THANK YOU GUYS!
