This shop is a genuine 5 stars. All the technicians are friendly and to the point. Trust means a lot in auto repair, and the folks here know how to build it with customers by being honest, hard-working, and highly effective.Every time I bring my car in, they diagnose and resolve issues fairly and quickly.In emergencies, I can call (and have) and show up practically any time to get assistance. I appreciate Midas at Holly for their great work!

I went in for a transmission oil change. I had some other concerns and the shop did a thorough, full car inspection to make sure there weren't any safety concerns. Luckily there were none. The shop owner was very communicative. The transmission oil change was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with their professionalism. I highly recommend this Midas shop for your mechanical needs.

I needed tires installed and balanced to prepare for a road trip. I did not have an appointment but they told me to come in and they would get the job done. In fact, I asked " how soon can you get me in?" And Richard, the manager replied "How soon can you get here?" Now thats the kind of service I can relate to! They had me in and out in under 2 hours and the only reason it took this long is they ran out of tire weights and had to wait for them to be delivered. The technician was corteous, professional and they did a quality job. I had the idea that Midas handled mufflers only, but it appears they are full service. Thanks to Richard and the high level of customer service, Midas has earned my repeat business. Since then, we have had the car serviced several times and each time the customer service has been outstanding. Brian. Joshua and the owner Rachid, are all outstanding. #LiveRemarkably

Excellent Service and Honorable People - This Midas location on Holly Street in Littleton, Colorado is the best I have been to in the area and is our go-to location for all of our tire, and auto care needs. This rare combination of a staff who can remember your name, who can be trusted, as well as provide exceptional tire and mechanical automotive support is well worth any wait. Trust me you will be glad you did.

Fast! Good price! Friendly! Comfy waiting room with huge TV and restrooms. Came for brakes, left happy.*Update: very helpful with an electrical issue (missed by several other places) and a transmission referral.*Updated update: my lug nuts were cross threaded (by another company) and stripped. They had to *drill* into them to remove my tire, for what we all thought would be a simple brake job. Thankfully they did amazing with this unusual situation and I was able to get to work on time!!

Husband dropped off the car at our 10 am appointment with Midas and made him wait until almost 4 pm just for them to tell him they didn't have a chance to look at it. Please don't have appointments available if you are overbooked. Don't waste people's time and money.

I had a great experience at this Midas located off Holly and County Line!! They are individually owned and Rashid the owner didn t try to oversell me just gave me the information I needed. He was fast and affordable and honest which auto repair places don t sometimes have a good reputation for. He even helped me with a warranty on my Interstate battery. His employees have been so loyal for years. You know he s a great boss if they stay that long and they are like family. He considers his employees like a family members he told me. I felt so comfortable here and I assure you, you will too!!

Richard was professional and helpful during my Midas experience. He had great communication along the entire process and his teams work to back it up. After picking the car up it feels and sounds like it s running in peak condition.Rich advocated for me when looking around for parts and helped save some money on my end. Really appreciated the advice and professionalism from this location. Will 100% be returning here for all my future maintenance needs. Incredible experience with Midas today. I replaced my car battery myself but a small bolt broke in the process that would not tighten. The car would not start unless the terminal connection was tight. I brought it in to Midas and since it was such a minor issue they fixed it for free. This is the second positive experience I ve had at this location. Great staff both in the office and in the shop. Really appreciate and recommend these guys.

Rachid and his Midas team have taken care of me and my 2004 Honda Accord since 2013. I have used him for batteries, brakes, struts/shocks, catalytic converter, engine sensors, alternator, and routine maintenance services. His prices are competitive. He is customer focused and he stands by his work with a strong warranty. On Saturday October 12th, my fianc� and I brought my 2018 Subaru BRZ to Kevin and crew to install our new aftermarket MXP Comp RS exhaust system that we had just had delivered, brand new, in the box, sealed in plastic/bubble wrap, on the preceding Thursday night. The system cost us over $700.As instructed by Kevin, my fianc� carried the packaged exhaust system inside Midas and set it down in the service bay and we left for the morning while it was installed.When we were called that afternoon to pick the car up, my fianc� noticed one of the exhaust tips was visibly scratched. It appeared the system was walked or dragged across the concrete bay floor. Immediately bringing it to Kevin s attention, he stated well, I guess I m buying you a new tip. When it was time to pay, I asked my fianc� if we should refuse to pay for the installation fees until the situation was remedied, but he decided to give Midas/Kevin the benefit of the doubt and pay for services rendered with the understanding that we would at least be compensated for the damage.Kevin knocked $40 off of the install ($200 paid), included a handwritten IOU for the damaged tip with his signature on the receipt, and told us to expect a call within the week upon speaking with the location s manager/owner. The reason for this was presumably due to the fact that the tips only come as a 2 piece set and costs $180 from the manufacturer.Kevin told us to expect a call the following week after he received the okay to order the tips.My fianc� called on Thursday 10/17 to follow up and spoke with Isaiah who handed the call back to Kevin who told us again to standby for a phone call, this time by Friday at lunchtime.Friday at lunchtime came and went without a phone call as promised by Kevin so I visited Midas after work to follow up in person. When I walked in, I was not greeted, but rather Kevin began nervously laughing and put his hands up while telling me that he hadn t forgotten about me and that he was still waiting to hear from the manager/owner.I asked him to please let his manager/owner know that we were just a couple of days away from filing a formal complaint to which he said okay as I left the shop.As of this morning, it has been 6 business days since the date of installation and my fianc� and I have not once been contacted by Kevin or a shop manager/owner on rectifying the mistake made by Midas employees so I have moved forward with the complaint through corporate. I will also leave this review on Yelp and file a similar report through the Better Business Bureau.I am hoping they will follow through with their promise to order us the part(s) that their employees damaged as I paid $200 for them to damage it. If I wanted to damage aftermarket parts during installation, surely the company knows I could have handled that on my own for free.

The guys at Midas are amazing! I first stopped by Greasemonkey to get my oil changed and wad told the price $89 and would have to wait over an hour. So I went right next door to Midas and was in and out the door in 15 minutes and paid $69 with a online coupon. The guys at Midas and honest I will definitely be back for service on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly and helpful staff. We have taken both our cars for service to this Midas and always have a pleasant experience. Richard Olson was extremely helpful and guided us through the service process. 10/10 They got my oil chaged in a few minutes while I waited, and gave me a short list of things that'll need to be done in the near future. Nobody was a salesman, or tried to talk me into things I didn't need immediately. The manager Richard was nice to work with.
