I purchased a Mercedes GLE 53 amg a while back from Phillip, and at the time of purchase I only received one key. I was promised I would receive the second key within a week or two. I have called numerous times and constantly been redirected, either saying it s already been sent out or to someone who is unable to assist me. Yet I ve failed to receive my second key. This is very frustrating. This is one of the worse experiences I ve ever had with Mercedes, you would think after spending 100k on a vehicle you wouldn t receive this type of treatment but unfortunately you do.

I love the Littleton service center! I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else by choice. These guys (Austin) are wonderful and they aren't constantly trying to upsale me. They take care of what needs to be done and that's it. I like the mechanics videos they send when they inspect my car too. They are professional at all times and I feel very comfortable there!

Great experience during my servicing. The service advisor, Austin, communicated with me well about my vehicle needs. The appointments were completed within the expected time frame or sooner and I love that my car was vacuumed/washed at pick up.

What Mercedes of Denver could not accomplish in 4 months, Mercedes of Littleton achieved in a few days. After a horrible experience in Denver and being talked to like a peasant... I ended up at the Littleton location. I was treated like my business mattered and Le Len was extremely professional, and kept me up to date thoroughly!!! They even sent a cool little video with a progress update. I will continue to make the drive down to Littleton. They have earned my return business!!! Great job!!!

Having a vehicle maintained should always be this easy and pleasant. I dropped off my car early afternoon and received a loaner vehicle to take to appointments. I am not from the area and the coordination needed to make my day work was in depth. My advisor was 5star accommodating and so friendly. I received my car that evening, fully cleaned and maintenance completed to my direction. Communication about concerns found during inspection was prompt and friendly. Thank you for making the drive worthwhile!

Eddie was very helpful with my sprinter repair. He went out of his way to get a problem covered under the warranty and expedited the repair to get the van back to me quickly. Very highly recommend.

I bought a ML550 in March 2023 and worked with Joe Madesian who assisted me over the phone to secure the sale and made sure the car was ready upon my arrival the following Saturday. I have enjoyed my vehicle so very much! Yesterday I got a courtesy call from Lindsey Juraeck who came across a secondary key for it! She noticed that I lived closer to her and wanted to meet me after her shift (close to my house) so that she could deliver it to me. I want to thank Mercedes-Benz of Littleton for all of their great hospitality and such a great experience I had with the purchase of my vehicle. A special thanks to Joe & Lindsey as well.

When I called in to schedule a regular transmission fluid change for my vehicle, I was quoted an estimated cost of $650, which was quite reasonable. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service advisor was very courteous and professional. However, he told me the actual cost would be $1300 instead of the originally quoted price. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the original person who scheduled the appointment. In any case, it probably wouldn't matter because nothing was in writing. In the end, I decided to take the vehicle to an independent shop that has a good reputation because I simply can not trust a merchant that has no transparency. I can't say "bait and switch" is the proper description, but this experience certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. I truly hope this is not a standard practice of this dealership......or am I too naive?

Chris Bridges is knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. Always stands by his word and always keeps me well informed on how and where my vehicle is in the process. He is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and will never go anyone else

Oh man, I d give 7 stars if possible!!! Came in for an emissions upgrade on my Sprinter. Getting scheduled was very streamlined and easy. The day my parts came in they were able to take care of everything while I was at work, which I was very grateful for because I don t have another vehicle. The technician sent me a video explaining everything that was done, including replacing my DPF and additional sensors. They know their stuff and I had complete trust that they were doing what was necessary for my van. Austin was friendly as could be and very professional, took great care of me! So was Aaron! I also appreciated the tasty snacks and coffee in the waiting room! I ve never been one to take my vehicle to the dealership because I generally can t afford the cost, but this experience really made me want to trust them with the care of my Sprinter!

I called and talked to Aaron before bringing my Leisure Van up for an oil change. Extremely helpful and answered all my questions. As a woman it was nice to be treated well. When I arrived I was helped right away. Again Aaron was helpful and very efficient. I really like how this dealer has service managers assigned for my particular RV. I received a video from the service tech that showed my RV. When I arrived to pick up my RV all my paperwork was ready. I loved not having to sit and wait. Eddie even brought my RV around and parked it where I could hook my tow vehicle to go home. Thank you guys so much. Great experience!

Aaron and Eddie in the van service department are fantastic. They treat their customers with respect and care, and communicate frequently on the status of service and are sure to relay any special requests to the technicians. My van repair was turned around quickly and my waiting times in store were short. I ll continue to come to these guys for my Sprinter service and repairs.

Aaron the sprinter advisor I used was great at staying in touch with me via email. It took over sixty days to get the part I needed, but that is to be expected given 2023 supply chain issues. I really appreciate MB-Littleton getting me scheduled before my warranty expired. Great job overall.

Been coming here for service and sales for over 13 years. Never had a bad service or sales experience. Despite changing faces and positions, Mercedes of Littleton has kept up their level of service. If you truly want to get a Mercedes, be it first time, or coming back after buying another brand. I would suggest them. As a graduate college grad back in the day, I was very excited to by my first "luxury" car. I can tell you I went to Volvo (hated build quality and didn't care for the sales team). I also went to Schomp BMW (was oversold and underwhelmed by all the upsales and pressure). I then decided on Mercedes. In going to Denver, I felt like they treated me like a poor recent grad. They were pretty pushy about getting me into a used car which the payments were higher and than a lease. I went to Denver over Littleton because of the location and selection. However, I decided to try Littleton instead and over 13 years later I am still here. I had never experienced such a smooth, less painful (all car dealers put you though at least a little pain) car purchase. I have enjoyed talking about cars to the service and sales people and even stop by the sale floor sometimes when dropping off my car to get the latest scoop on F1, AMG and new Mercedes technology. Again, highly recommend them. They will get you the car you want, how you want it and do what they can to help you love Mercedes!

1st time to bring my car here, not disappointed. I reduced 1 star as no one responded to my text inquiry even though I was told to use it for questions. I didn t feel I was forced to do any repair for their suggested repair as they have been done already with the exception of the air filter. I will be back again!

I went to the wrong dealer for an appointment on warranty work. My error was no problem and the service advisor got the car in for us right away. I had a video of the issue within an hour and it was fully repaired within 24 hours. Pretty great when I went to the wrong dealer! Thank you!

The staffs were very professional. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I was in a road trip to Colorado from California. My van had an issue in the middle of my trip. I am very thankful that the Sprinter specialist Aaron helped me out, so I was able to continue and enjoy my trip. Thank you MB Littleton!

This dealership had 4 chances to fix an issue with my car. Every time we took it in they would not let us wait to trouble shoot and sent us with a loaner, this is an issue because we live far and we had told them this. Each time they kept my car for days, this last time, over a week and the car was still not fixed. I purchased this care new, this should not have been an issue. I gave the dealership a chance to make this right, they declined. TERRIBLE customer service.....it has even soured me to Mercedes entirely.

My check engine light came on just as I was leaving work. I had a dentist appointment on the south side of town. 24 miles. I had no power. Made it to my appointment. When I left I looked up nearest Mercedes Benz dealership. Luckily Mercedes Benz of Littleton was right down the road. Nick Riga s got my car in even though I had no appointment. It was two days but my car was fixed! Fuel pressure sensor. Under warranty . Nicholas Riga rocked my service experience. He s a keeper!! He kept me informed throughout what my vehicle status was and he delivered it back to me sparkling clean. Thank to the shag guys too!

Something is rattling that was not before after the 3rd fix of the same issue with our Handicap Accessible van (our only transportation). The tech splashed DEF all over the engine and part of the engine looks like it was hammered. I have a long drive back to Kentucky to get the co-owner out of the hospital. I came to Denver to pick up the rest of our things while he is an inpatient . In the time I ve been sitting here writing this review in their parking lot, the check engine light has come back on.

I seriously considered purchasing a used $70 k Porsche. The heat and ac did not work. They expressed no interest in repairing it. Denying any knowledge of the problem. Difficult for me to believe as it s been in inventory over 60 days.
