Huge shout out to Nick Coloroso who helped me through the process. His communication was top notch from the beginning of the process. He gave updates throughout the process. Being that my vehicle was there due to an engine issue he worked to send the proper documents and photos to Hyundai to make sure it would be covered. He also made sure I had transportation through the process. Thank you Nick for making the process effortless and quick along with no stress on my end!

After attempting to make an appointment at Arapahoe Hyundai, where we purchased two cars, I was informed that although the car was lagging when accelerating, it d be a month before I could get an appointment with their service department. Obviously, this was unacceptable and we will never purchase another car from that dealer. I rang McDonald Hyundai service and they were able to get me in the same day. After a minor snafu of not having my correct information in their system, they were able to properly diagnose my car, sent me a video from the tech showing me the issue (I wish I had that person s name to give them a shout out as it really allowed me to nerd out), and let me know it was covered under warranty. Fantastic! In a couple of days I had the car back and it is driving well.I will give a shout out to Peter and Davis for providing exceptional customer service. Thank you both for being amazing!!!For those trying to find the service location, it is at 6550 S Broadway where they are under construction. The temp service building is across from the gas station.

This place does a wonderful job and really takes care of their customers!EXTRA SPECIAL THANK YOU TO JOSH and everyone in the office for making my day and swapping the battery on my Tamagotchi key chain I m going to remember that forever!HIGHLY recommend!

ALWAYS a great experience here, the communication is top notch and also the services performed never disapoint I worked with Mr. Hoffman at this location and also spoke to the Service Manager at pickup. The Manger checked in with me to make sure all went well and if I had any questions before I left. Highly reccomend McDonald Hyundai

TLDR version: McDonald Hyundai has some great people working for them, but don't go there if you're dealing with an insurance claim.It is with conflicted emotions that I write this review. I am giving 3 stars because the truth is, the first time I dealt with this company, I felt that I was very well taken care of. My car had been broken into following a rash of break-ins on Hyundai and Kia vehicles thanks to a viral TikTok video that showed people how to do it. After a really frustrating ordeal with another dealership and a tow company, I managed to get my car into McDonald Hyundai where Tim took great care of me and helped with the conversation between USAA and the dealership. The repairs took a long time due to backlog, but fortunately I was able to get a rental and while it was a pain, the folks at McDonald Hyundai were great.Fast-forward about 6 months and I had the misfortune of high-centering in a badly maintained Circle K parking lot which did substantial damage to the undercarriage of my car. Because I had such a great experience with McDonald Hyundai and since the USAA authorized shops were backlogged 1-2 months out, I decided to go to McDonald Hyundai by choice. Everyone was sweet and helpful, Tim remembered me from my previous visit, Daniele was very helpful as my new service advisor and for the most part, everything seemed great. However, they did let me know that the estimate provided by USAA was below their shop estimate. I mentioned this to USAA who told me that the supplement instructions were listed on the snapsheet for the dealership's convenience. I called McDonald Hyundai and told them this and they told me that they don't work directly with insurance companies. I thought it was strange since Tim had spoken with them mere months before, but figured they just meant they didn't deal with payment through insurance. That was fine, I thought, because USAA had paid on a reimbursement basis previously as well, so I went ahead and approved the repairs. When I finally got USAA on the phone to relay what McDonald said, my claims rep was very confused. He brought it up to his manager who was also confused and so, we conference called McDonald together to get to the bottom of it. While on a conference call with McDonald Hyundai, I heard the service advisor on the call confirm unequivocally that they do not negotiate rates with insurance companies, full stop. After trying to advocate on my behalf, my USAA rep was left stunned and after the call, informed me this was highly unusual and that this was the first shop with whom he had ever had this happen. He said he would do what he could on his end to resubmit the McDonald estimate, but that the chances of adjusting on the insurance end was slim. All he could recommend was that I do not do business with McDonald Hyundai again. Unfortunately, that is what I have decided to do next time I need work on my car.Look, I understand that these are just people working for a company who are following company policy and I can't blame them for doing their job. But had I known this is how it would go, I would have waited 1-2 months for a USAA authorized shop. The people at McDonald Hyundai are lovely, but I simply cannot recommend them for insurance claims after this. Even still, I cannot, in good conscience, make a wholesale indictment of the business since so much of my experience was pleasant and satisfactory.

This dealership is under construction. What this means to you is no parking and or packed and inconvenient parking lot. With the location on a very busy and dangerous street competing with dump trucks and semi trucks trying to access the same lot. The building where you go to meet with the service advisor is just a temporary trailer. And once the day starts up it gets crowded quickly. My appointment was early so I only had 3 people in front of me. There is no waiting area so you just pile up in front of the door to await your turn. All that said, the advisors are friendly, helpful, responsive and they get through customer's quickly and efficiently. As well as offering bottle water, coffee and soda from a small fridge at the back of the building. My car was in and out quickly and the coolest part was they do everything through video and texting. Keeping you informed of where you're car is in the repair process. Which is convenient if you are busy at work or out running errands. You can speak directly with the mechanic or advisor. Very convenient and I really appreciated it.

I m guilty of reading reviews but rarely posting any of my own! But I had such great service recently at McDonald Hyundai Service Center and wanted to let others know. I very recently purchased a vehicle fromMcDonald Hyundai and needed to take it into the service department (not Hyundai s fault, I ran over a bunch of roofing nails on Federal Blvd). Tim Hoffman was able to see us immediately and made us actually feel valued (not exactly a common characteristic at autoshops). He truly went above and beyond to resolve our problem. He kept his word every step of the way, followed up when he said he would and most of all, didn t make us feel bad for perhaps being sliiiightly nit-picky about a couple of things. I would recommend the McDonald Hyundai Service Center to anyone, especially Tim!

Kept me waiting way longer than estimated and kept saying "15 minutes left" when in reality it was another HOUR each time. Ending up waiting around for 4 hours just for a quick software update recall and it messed up my whole work day. I'll happily drive further to another dealership for future service needs!

Bought a car here, salesman didn't care at all if I bought the car bc someone else would if I didn't. Gave me very little info. Once I signed papers, they sent me nothing about the coverage I signed up for. Further, the bank they secured my loan from doesn't allow autopay, so I have to manually schedule my payments every month.

Says they open at 7am, went to drop off my car at 7:10 they were closed. Misleading customers because you can't update your schedule on google is not ok.
