I cannot say enough good things about Eagle Automotive. They have been my go-to shop for years now on my old 2012 sedanThey provide quick and excellent service on oil changes, tire rotations, normal maintenance stuff and are really good and fast but they recently went above and beyond to replace my old, broken, beatdown engine for a MUCH newer one and now MY CAR RUNS LIKE A CHAMP!Really impressedThey have probably added several years to the lifespan of my vehicle. I am an extremely happy customer.10 stars

EAS was amazing! Customer service was outstanding! I had a negative experience at another shop. They had recommended work that I did not need. Richard at EAS went over a detailed list prioritizing what needed to be done. They even have Lyft service and loaner cars! Never going ANYWHERE else!

Helped with my truck that has 252K. They could not believe it had that many miles (I just had it detailed). Charged fair price for the work they did, plus ended up having to order OEM specific part. They took the cost difference.Friendly and fast. I will definitely be back for service.

tl;dr: timed appointments for oil changes don't matter. It will take all day, and you need to let them know ahead of time if you need your car in less than 7 hours.I've had a really good experience with this place in the past. I have trusted them to do a lot of larger maintenance and repairs to my 2012 Rav-4. I was excited to be able to support a smaller business that was close by. But my experience trying to get my oil changed today has lost them my business. I made an appointment on Monday for 8am today and dropped it off by 7:50, and as of 1:30 had heard no news. I called to check on my car and was told that they had one or two more cars ahead of me. I told them that I needed it back by 3. They asked me if I had told them when I dropped it off that I needed it back then, I said no because they didn't ask and I didn't realize it would take so long, and they told me they would see what they could do. By 2:15, I still hadn't heard gotten the inspection report that they normally send so walked over to check. They hadn't touched it and told me it was "next". Bright side, I have my car back in time, down side is they had my car nearly all day and didn't complete the oil change.When I asked if it was normal for 7 hours for an oil change, the man I spoke to informed me that they were an engine shop that happened to do oil changes and this was the way it had been for three and a half years so I should have known. I get my oil changed at a number of different places and do not keep track of how a particular place does it, and I was neither informed nor asked when I made the appointment or dropped my car off. Just given a price estimate to sign.Evidently I was wrong to assume that a timed appointment would mean service within several hours and that I wouldn't need to inform them that I needed my car back before the end of the day for their typical inspection and a simple service. Earlier communication and transparency on the lack of value for appointments on their part would have gone a long way. I'll be going elsewhere for services in the future.

I ve used EAS for all of my truck maintenance since I purchased it and found everyone there to be professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of that maintenance. I am particularly pleased with the follow up with written reports on the vehicle and their recommendations for future maintenance. Good shop with good customer service.

Staff is very neighborly, respectful, and easy to communicate. The store manager, Richard is personable, as well as his staff. They listen and validate the concern you have in having your vehicle serviced, yet at the same time assure you with results.They are authentic in their ability to be serious, yet have a sense of humor. They have a pot of coffee going, and are open to suggestions to improve themselves and service. They also offer you transportation to and from their location.

It was refreshing to deal with an honest auto repair shop. I was advised 60 days ago by my Acura Dealer that I needed my rear brakes replaced but your honest 41 point inspection revealed I won't need them until the next oil change. I highly recommend Eagle Automotive Services.

Eagle Automotive is always consistently great! They helped sort out several issues with my car. It's a new car and shouldn't be having these problems. They are nothing but part changers hoping to eventually figure out what is wrong. Spent over $1100 and my truck still isn't running correctly. The fuel pump was not the problem, the fuel injectors were. Thankfully a Toyota dealership figured it out.

If you like bringing your car in several times to get a resolution, this is the shop for you!Things started out great with routine maintenance. We were so happy we found a shop that we could trust. My husband and I share a vehicle so it s never convenient when something goes wrong. We had an issue with our a/c. We brought in our vehicle 3 or 4 times before the issue was resolved.We then had another issue with a leak. Again, took several trips in even though we were assured it was fixed. It got to the point where I had to request the store manager because of how ridiculous this was. Finally got it fixed and decided not to leave a negative review and to just move along.That mindset changed when the original issue popped up again! I m at a loss here and am now tasked to find someone else because I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to EAS. What a shame given the positive experiences everyone else seems to have based on the reviews. There are others out there that are more affordable and dependable.

EAS Tire & Auto was great! They got me in the next day after I requested an appointment online and my car was finished by the end of the day. They also are very fair with pricing and try to give you discounts when possible. Highly recommend!

First time customer. Richard and team really takes care of their customers. It s more than just trying to up sale things and parts. They all take customer salter very serious, I will highly recommend EAS as a whole but especially this particular location just for the level of attention to detail, care for the customer, and the culture that they provide at this location.

I recently got an oil change on my Toyota RAV4 here and I was very impressed with the service. Richard, Cory, and Vincent were all very personable and made me feel like I was chatting with old friends. The service was completed on time and I loved the digital inspection report that showed me upcoming maintenance items that I need to start planning for. I have been to a few EAS locations now and have found that they all provide the same quality of top-notch service. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks EAS!

Very expensive, but probably competent.They tried to severely overcharge me for a radiator repair. I recommend you look at other services around town. That being said, they did a good job inspecting my car.

As always the service was excellent. Cory communicated the inspection results and what was needed to do the repairs. He also communicated when my vehicle would be ready for pick up and it was ready exactly at that time. Wonderful experience all around. Friendly, informative, and transparent. Ron and Corey were both so helpful, and Corey did a great job of patiently explaining things in terms I could understand. There was never a feeling of being pressured into anything, and they made sure I knew I could take the time I needed to make decisions. Not only did they call to explain everything, but they, also, emailed a link with photos and details of their investigation. I will be using them for all of my auto care needs moving forward, and I highly recommend their services!

Some places wouldn't even do the drain, filter replace and refill of this transmission. EAS had appt times available and performed this service. They showed pictures of the other issue that I should be aware of and monitor and mentioned other services that vehicles with this mileage typically need without trying to sell me when i picked it up or add it on the requested work. I've been an Eagle customer for around 20 years and they have always given me good and honest service. However, I was somewhat shocked at the price of diagnostic service at my last appointment. I know costs are rising but it seemed exorbitant as it required only checking the diagnostic code and performing a visual inspection of my shocks.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Tried to make an appointment for an oil change online and thought it was reserved. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. Turns out I missed an email that said I would need to reschedule. Before I could start to look for another location, Chris(manager) said to fit me in anyway. I was able to go camping with my Father for his 80th birthday the next day.Services: Tires, Oil change

Updating my review from a few years ago: I have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT and they tried to charge me $2300 for tires, mounting and balancing along with 1 wheel and an alignment . when you get your car back from them they speak absolute jargon so you don t even know where to start asking questions DO NOT GO TO ANY EAGLE unless you want to be taken advantage of i used to get my oil changes here and they have been OVER FILLING my oil for 3 years now by a whole quart and my car is SHOTServices: Tires, Oil change
