I reached out to Colorado Off Road since I was having issues with some of my lift kit installed by another garage. Jerry and his team took my jeep in and checked out the issues I was having and was kind enough to write down the issues I was having. I then took my jeep to the original garage with the paperwork I had from Jerry. After having parts of my lift kit fixed I then return to Jerry to complete the rear of the jeep they installed a rear axle pan hard bar and rear adjustable upper and lower control arms. While installing the control arms they came across a problem with one the control arms didn't work with my set up. They reached out to the company that made the arms and had new joints shipped out next day. Returned when new joints arrived and they had everything installed and even set the pinion angle better than before. I appreciate everything this shop has done for me and my rig. I definitely recommend them to friends and family. Top quality work from a great garage. Wish I found them when I started building my jeep. I'm sure I'll be back when I need more stuff done to the jeep

Jerry & the experts at Colorado Off-Road 4x4 are the best! These guys don't just sell & install the stuff, they drive it and use it. Great products, great service, knowledgeable staff and fair prices.

Colorado Off Road found the parts I needed for my truck which wasn't easy. They did a great install and took me back to there shop to show me my old existing parts and explained the root cause of my problem which I found very helpful and cool that they did that.

3 Ford Raptors they have improved for me and if I buy another one, Colorado Off Road 4x4 is where it will get additional accessories. They are superior at all type accessories with excellent customer care. Highly recommended.

"I have had several trucks upgraded at Colorado Off Road 4x4 and would highly recommend them. They are 4x4 experts who do great work the right way without taking shortcuts. Jerry offers great advice on what to add, and sometimes more importantly, on what not to add. That honesty along with the excellent service is why I will always bring my 4x4s and trucks here! ***** 5 Stars!"

Honest, Reliable and Quality! I've always had amazing success here and will always give them my business over a large retailer. They know what they're doing and are competitive with their pricing as well. Give them a call for your accessory needs!

Very helpful and easy to work with. They helped me out with a quote for the insurance company after an accident, when others wouldn't. So when it came time to order parts for the new truck, they got my business. When I ordered the wrong part for the new truck they happily swapped it out for the correct one with no issues. I will be a repeat customer in the future even though they are significantly farther away than a closer dealer.

Walked in after talking with Jerry the day before and wanted to get a grille guard. As we started the process, he told me that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping and the item. When I asked if I can get a discount or pay part he said no. It would be $250 for freight and I would have to come back to the store in Littleton, and I live in Aurora. While waiting for him to call and talk with the company to find out the fright charge, which he did not know, I asked if there was any clearance or any discounts on any lights he said no there will not be as it is hard to get product. I wanted to give this local business business but was not wanting to work with me and did not have good customer service. I understand that some places are unable to change prices but when you do business you have to take a loss here and there to retain or to keep returning customers and even keep the word of mouth going around.

I have nothing but good things to say about Colorado Off Road. Their customer service is above and beyond any experience I have ever had, I will definitely come back to them for any of my truck needs. I got the Bakflip MX4 installed, and they did an incredible job with the install. If you're looking around for a place to go, this is definitely the place!!!

Shop refuses to install anything they cannot order themselves and tack on a nice premium. They will not match any other vendors and will argue with you about packages and prices online. The guy on the phone didn't even seem interested and laughed at me if I asked if he could come closer to what I can order the items for online. Complete arrogance at this shop.

Don't waste your time!i visited their makeshift showroom and spent about 45 minutes with Jerry. I was looking for pricing to purchase over $17,000 worth of upgrades for a new truck i just purchased. I was promised a quote 2 weeks ago and not a word!! Makes me wonder about their service?Since then I have spent $$$ at:Discount tire - $7800Filthy Motorsports -$6400Pace Edwards -$2400Amazon - $1800I guess they don't need the Revenue!!

Outstanding customer service. Made the experience of customizing my brand new truck a really pleasant one. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, without me having to ask. I highly recommend going to them for all your 4x4 needs (and really, just any general customization needs) I know I will not hesitate to go to them in the future!

Went here looking for replacement shocks for my Colorado ZR2. After identifying the shocks that would fit this truck (very limited after-market options) we landed on shocks from King Suspension. I requested that the adjustable feature be included on the shocks when Jerry ordered them, both verbally and twice via email. That is where the problems began as the shocks Jerry ordered (and ultimately installed) did not include the adjustable feature. The install workmanship itself was absolutely terrible. The rear shocks were installed backwards so one of the reservoirs crunched an electrical harness leading to warning lights for ABS and Stablitrak to pop up on my dash (my regular mechanic figured this out and fixed the install). In addition to the rears, I just figured out that Colorado Off Road installed the front shocks on the wrong sides (these shocks are side specific and were clearly labeled as such when they left the King Suspension factory) which most likely explains why I have had three torn CV boots in the past 6 months. There is a spacer nut that is clearly flipped when you look at the install manual versus how things are on my truck.TLDR; go to these guys for your light bar needs. Do not have them perform any mechanical work on your vehicle.

I had Paul with Colorado Off Road (COR) install some LED head lights for my 2017 F150 today, and I literally couldn't be happier with my experience. In the past, I had a service station and parts store put them in with more hassle and frustration than I can remember (one ended up burning out prematurely, the other didn't display properly). I heard COR on 92.5 Sports Radio and gave them a call and explained my frustration. Within minutes, I had a time to come in and have them professionally installed and they thoroughly explained the process and why the lights weren't installed correctly in the first place. Paul took the time to show me everything he was doing to the truck, his advice, and made me feel comfortable in everything we decided to do. The whole process maybe took 45 minutes and the price was VERY competitive from other places I had been to. I could not recommend them more.Knowing I can trust COR to handle the "little things" (e.g., a head light), I will be in for any further work I need done modifying my truck. Having such bad experiences with quality of work elsewhere, people need to know COR is just south of Denver and an excellent option for anyone looking for after-market add-ons.

I had my 2016 Silverado lowered there. Jerry and his crew are very knowledgeable. They are very honest and helpful. They will give you suggestions. They will not sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this shop.

I told Jerry what I wanted in a crossover toolbox for my F250 and he had it delivered to his shop for me to pick up in 2 days from the manufacturer. He also beat every price on Amazon and on the internet!Love the way it looks!

The guys over there did a fantastic job on my 2017 F150. They even told me to come back in to recheck their work and fix whatever was wrong; if there were to have been something wrong. 2 years later their stuff has still held strong! 10/10 would recommend.

The team at Colorado Off Road replaced my broken stock bumper with a steel bumper which might seem straightforward enough but it s the excellent service that sets these guys apart. Here s the story...Over Thanksgiving I had a car close behind me and I hit a deer on the way to Taos, NM. It destroyed my front bumper, broke the headlight mounts, messed up the alignment, etc. Body shops wanted $2-3k for the repairs. Instead, I ordered headlights and a Shrockworks bumper and patched up the 4Runner. The bumper, however, is really heavy and a big project. The guys at Colorado Off Road gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for what would be a lot of work for me.I should add..for that quote I said there was no electrical work necessary and the only work that needed to be done was to install the bumper. I took the 4Runner in and talked with the guys at the front desk. There was a pesky coolant leak that I had not found the root cause of either and we talked for a few minutes about the likely root cause. They said that if there was time they would have their diagnostician look at it when he came in. That s kind, I thought. If I just knew where the problem was, I could fix it someday soon on my own.So, when I came back to pick up my 4Runner, the coolant leak had been fixed AND they had added some turn signal lights into the bumper. I hadn t realized that the tubular bars on the new bumper would cover up the new turn signals they had installed. They noticed that, and put in a couple of little lights & bulbs. I suspect the parts didn t cost them that much to add nor did the labor add that much more; however, it wasn t free for them. It took some direct costs for parts and some labor. Ditto the coolant leak...someone spent some time figuring out the root cause and then they fixed it. Finally...I ll add that there was a really nasty rusted bolt that should have held on a protective plate underneath. I had drilled, ease-out, oiled this bolt for a couple of years when I changed the oil on nice days trying to get it out. No luck...it was going to take a Dremel or something really tough to do the work. Yep...you guessed it...they popped that nasty, broken-off-bit-of-rust out to properly load on the new bumper as well and put in a stainless bolt where it had been so that it wouldn t happen again. How cool is that? Most mechanics that I know just would have left that bolt undone and said 3 out of 4 bolts on a protective cover is good enough . If they had replaced the bolt it would have been some cheap steel bolt. Not these guys. They are craftsmen.Anyway, I paid the agreed-to price at the desk without knowing all this. I got home and realized the extra work they had done. I called back and offered to pay the additional cost...labor, lights, etc. The person at the front desk said that I had paid what was necessary and promised to call back if there was any additional cost. Honestly, I do most of the work on my car myself because of all the mechanics that run short cuts in this world. I mean, even if they had charged me extra at the desk it would have been totally cool or if they had called and told me that there was a bit more they needed to do, that would have also been cool. What I clearly got was a mechanic who cared about his customers and doing quality work. Love that. Thank you Colorado Off Road for doing such nice work.

I currently have a interlock device installed in my vehicle from these people. I was required to have it for two years. I have had nothing but problems with the device. The device will detect the alcohol in my washer fluid, so every time I use my washer fluid the device will pick it up. It will then give me a fail and it gives me 5 days to get the vehicle back in so they can re-calibrate the unit. Every time I have to do that "Colorado Off Road" charges me $50.00. This has happened about SIX times!!! I have asked the company to look at the device and/or check the lines to the device and they continue to tell me that it is not the unit and there is nothing they can do. However they are very capable of collecting my money and telling me not to use my washer fluid. As everyone knows in Colorado it's hard to see with all the blow back from the roads when it snows or rains, it's kind of hard to see. Could that be a safety issue ???? Apparently that is their solution to the problem. Meanwhile the DMV is seeing and recording all of the fails that the unit is recording. I have been in customer service for 20yrs and if this was the way I handled my customer's I would not have a job. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I'm here to tell every one to stay away from this company. Go to anyone else if possible !!!!
