1) I was told that Vintage handles OEM repair for several Toyota dealerships, so it made no sense that the shop was not able to get the correct part weeks in a row.2) I don't feel that Vintage "owned" my repair, more that the shop simply passed on status updates to me without being proactive on procurement.3) The factory anti- rock coating was not applied prior to the installation of the clear bra patches, as I was told would be. I asked the shop about this a week ago and have not received an answer.4) Tailgate and gas cap are not flush/ aligned with the new bed panel, and the tonneau cover was not reinstalled snugly (I will have to reinstall this myself)5) In the end, having the repair done was better than NOT having the repair done, but I felt like my truck was held hostage for 3 weeks unnecessarily.Trying to give a fair review, so the photos attached show Before and After.

Do to unfortunate issues I had to stop being apart of one of the best group of individuals that I ever had the pleasure of working with and for,I was welcomed in life family and truly felt that way.My wife was in an accident in another state and I jumped in a rental to be by her side.Lost without her, didn't even to take time to say much about my situation. Please forgive my actions.I really come to love these individuals. If anyone gets a chance to work with this team you will find yourself as the lucky one.Hey Team I will see you again....God Bless and Keep you all til my return.

We had the hail damage to our Subaru repaired by this shop. They did a great job, finished in a timely manor, and worked with our insurance company directly to make this as painless as possible. Rental car company even picked me up from the shop. I'd use them again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Before I begin on the actual level of service my car received (or rather did not receive), I need to remark on a couple of things. First, I dropped my car off at Vintage Autoworks, and picked it up after the name/ownership? change at the same location, now called Classic Collision. Second, if I had been writing this review earlier this week, before I picked it up, it would have been far more scathing, but in the end they gave me some valuable information in the end about how to proceed with the claim to this car and the other car we have that will need repairs.I dropped my 2012 Subaru at this location for hail damage repair on October the 6th, picked it up on November 22nd (nearly seven weeks at this shop) and they conducted nothing more than an estimate and then gave it a car wash the day I picked it up.The day that I dropped it off, the receptionist (always very pleasant and generally seemed to be by herself as the front-of-house representative) told me I might hear from the hail repair team that afternoon or early the next week. After two weeks of essentially getting no information on progress and being on hold on the phone for a loooong time, I finally got an automated message from a service called "carwise" saying that work had begun, and also that their estimate was over nine grand (insurance had estimated thirteen hundred). Essentially this is where all work stopped on the car. Period. The "carwise" information indicated that the car should be completed on November 20th. I spoke with my insurance agent and just assumed that communication would continue with them since the shop did not seem to want to communicate directly with me.The appointed pick-up day came and went and I heard nothing. Not at all surprised, I called them the following day when they opened -- no answer, voice mailbox full. I called again at 9:30 that morning, giving them plenty of time to man the phone. No answer, voice mailbox full. So, I decided to go in that afternoon to make sure they weren't taking the whole week off for Thanksgiving (the week that "carwise" said that the work should be complete).I finally got some clarity on what was going on when I walked into the office that afternoon. Essentially, the shop had gone through two hail damage estimators during that time, so there was no one to push the information through to either the insurance agent or to me. "Carwise" was a completely separate automated system that was never fed the information that the process had stopped before it even started, and apparently was frustrating the receptionist. And finally, the shop had apparently (maybe that same day) come under new management/ownership.I assume because of the switch in management, there were two managers of some sort in the lobby. One of them read the info on the car's file and said it was disassembled (not true) and waiting for insurance to say ok (remember this was at least five weeks since the estimate was generated). The other manager said "is that the one that's in the corner over here?" and pointed out the window. The first manager said that he had a whole batch of things to talk with my insurance company about, could not see all the information that day due to the system change, but would call me the following morning after talking with insurance.I was out of patience, but obviously stuck if the car was "disassembled" and because I didn't have a ride. As I left the office, I looked over, and my car was not disassembled. So I knew that the following day, when I had a ride, I would pick it up.The following day, they washed their marks off the dents on the car, and I picked it up.Essentially, over the course of seven weeks, I was fed only untruths about the status of my car, and got a free car wash. Management can obviously not hire or retain good repair team members reliably. I will absolutely never think of getting a vehicle serviced here, perhaps the management change will improve things, but I would have a hard time being convinced if things do improve.

Dont even think about going here anymore. They were a great shop and now they arent worth the problems they will cause you. Youre car will come out with more issues then it went in with and they have no idea how to work with paint anymore. They were supposed to fix drivers side and when I got it back they had over spray everywhere inside the car. Behind the gauge cluster, on the gps screen, on all interior trim and they had put swirl marks on both sides of the car and they weren t even supposed to touch the passenger side. Then the owner tries so hard to make you think he wants to help get it fixed and sends it off to a bunch of other hack shops that make it worse. Forget about any of the three shops owned by these guys. Vintage, Bodys By Brown and not sue of the third but Vintage and Bodys by brown ended up causing and costing me over $5000 in lost value to my car. I cant even go into how many issues I had with these guys this list is ridiculous!!!Service: Body & Trim

Been a customer with Vintage for many years and they recently repaired my 'just bought' GMC Yukon. Excellent work as always. Personable and professional, done right and on time. Can't ask for much more than that. Highly Recommend!

My repair shop recommended Vintage for some body damage to truck, I need to thank them for the recommendation, Vintage was GREAT! The estimate was easy (you need an appointment but no problem) and thorough, I was able to schedule the repair work reasonably quickly, the work was done quickly (communication with the front office was great, VERY nice group of people) and the cost was as estimated. The real surprise was when I picked the truck up, the cab of the truck was detailed!! Wow!Service: Body & Trim

I am so grateful that my friend recommended Vintage Autoworks & Collision. From our very first phone call, I felt taken care of. They were flexible with my work schedule when booking an in-person estimate and when I was finally ready to schedule the repair, it was easy to get on their calendar. I felt informed about the insurance process and in the loop as they completed each phase of the repair. It took a little longer than expected, but the communication was smooth which made all the difference. When my car was finally ready for pick up, they were able to coordinate an early morning pick up before work and the car immediately looked great. This is my dream car that I left in their hands, and it sparkled like the day I bought it. You can tell that they put in the time and effort to get a repair job completed correctly and thoroughly. The cosmetic outer repair wasn't where it stopped though - I got to enjoy a freshly vacuumed car, radio screen free from fingerprint smudges, and they even cleaned all of the dog drool off of my rear windows. I seriously couldn't be happier. I feel so well taken care of, and although I hope to not have further auto body needs any time soon, I will absolutely be back if I ever find myself needing those services. Thank you all so much!

I highly caution using Vintage Autoworks for repair if going through insurance. Fortunately, my truck looks great and the employees in the shop seem to take great pride in their work. Unfortunately however, I am out $900 dollars in rental car fees due to the shop's failure to communicate with my insurance company. (you'll see multiple similar reviews below if you keep reading).I was involved in a crash that was determined the other party's fault and was using their rental car policy which did not cover "unreasonable shop delays". Vintage Autoworks will respond to this saying they have nothing to do with Rental car fees, which is true, but it is their responsibility to be proactive on getting my car off the lot. They say they tried to communicate with my insurance company and didn't hear from them. However, there were multiple occasions where I called the shop numerous times only to be handed off to a "full voicemail" message. One day I literally drove to the shop, called my claim agents on my cellphone, and handed it directly to the receptionist so they could finally figure out what was going on. She was visibly and verbally annoyed with me as If I was the one causing an inconvenience.I don't care about the "he said, she said" between insurance and Vintage Autoworks. They'll respond to my reviewing blaming my insurance company as if they couldn't have made a simple call requesting to speak with someone and resolve the issue. Holding my finished truck for nearly three weeks while I pay for a rental car out of my pocket is unacceptable. It was nearly a full time job calling and coordinating this when a true auto body shop would take pride in the business side of their work and go out of their way to make some simple calls and get this finished a lot sooner.

Not open to the public, so don t waste your time calling or going there. They solely handle insurance claims. Guess that insurance money spends better than any of ours!

I rear ended someone in my Audi A3 a few months ago. Luckily it didn't go through insurance so I was paying for repairs out of pocket and therefore cared about price. I received 3 other estimates before being referred to Vintage Auto where they gave me the best price on some necessary OEM parts and also let me save more money by bringing my own aftermarket parts, that I purchased and they assembled. They were communicative throughout the whole process. When I went to pick up my car I was super happy to see the quality of work. It was exactly what I wanted/expected and they even detailed the inside a bit which was unexpected but also the cherry on top of the whole experience.

I hit some ice and wrecked the front end of my car on the side of my garage. I brought it to Vintage after being recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint! They made sure to keep me in the loop and made my car look brand spanking new. The color of my car is hard to match since it s a grey/blue with hints of green, but they were concise in color matching and you can t even tell that it wasn t the original paint! I am more than happy with the work and would come here again and recommend them to someone looking for great professional work. Thanks to John and his team! I am one happy customer

Groove Toyota Dealership used Vintage Autoworks for collision repair when they had crash my 2018 Toyota 4Runner after service. Vintage Autoworks did such a poor job where I complained to Toyota Corparation and the Toyota dealership got the 4Runner back and I got a new car. It was Groove Toyota's responsibility to fix the vehicle properly and failed, hence I had to complain to Toyota Corporation. After 2 months of repair it was so bad from poor paint job, missed damages, poor accessory light repair, warning lights on dash with 4wd system malfunction, wrong alignment resulting tires hitting sway bar on turn, and many more problems which is unsafe to drive it anymore. It's pathetic that Vintage Autoworks didn't even changed the LED bulbs that were exposed to elements (water, snow, dust) when the housing is crushed after the crash. When the new headlight housing were installed wasn't even aimed and low beam cutoff were almost to roof level of houses, obviously blinding on coming traffic.

I can not say enough about the Vintage Auto Team. I have taken other vehicles here before and just had to take another one. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Not only do they do it right, but they work hard to get it done as efficiently as possible. They also communicated with me through the process so I didn t;t have to call to check on the progress. My Tahoe looks AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY recommend VA&C! They will make your car good as new!

Doug did an amazing job on my Subaru. He was responsive, helpful, understanding, willing to discuss options based on my needs, and willing to discuss other items for my car as well. When something extra was needed, he helped out and communicated clearly with me about it. Very good customer service through him and with others I interacted with. Pride Auto recommended this place to me, and I see why! I highly recommend going here.

I had a great experience here. Another mechanic recommended them to me and they were compassionate about my schedule and worked with me to make sure I had everything in order. They did a great job on my repairs. I shopped around before I got to them and their prices were great! Thanks Vintage!

They did an excellent job repairing our Toyota rav 4. The paint match was perfect, all new parts fit well, and the car drove just like new. They completed the repairs at the estimate price, on time, with no surprises and the prices were competitive. We trust them and would use again if necessary.

Vintage was there when my new truck was involved in a accident on 470. Got my truck towed right away and worked with my insurance and the other drivers to help me get my truck back ASAP. John and his team are amazing and would recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for body work in the Denver area you have found the best!

I was referred to Vintage Auto Works a couple years ago from Mike Ward to replace a front bumper on my Infiniti G37. They fixed it and restored it to mint condition. About 18 months later my bumper started peeling and I brought it back to Doug at Vintage for his assessment. He identified the issue as a defect in the part the insurance company had requested and although the previous insurance company would not stand behind their part, Doug and Vintage stood behind their work and replaced the bumper. I was impressed by their commitment to do what is right by the customer and would recommend Vintage to anyone looking for body repair work. Thank you Doug.

These guys went out of their way to help me out when an insurance company was making things difficult. They're honest and not just focused on getting the most money out of you. Looking forward to the repairs, will update my review when complete.Update: Just picked my truck up, they did a phenomenal job! I can't thank them enough, it was in and out the same day AND they fixed two door dings on top of it. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

I was rear ended recently on my new vehicle and I went to Vintage Autoworks on a recommendation. They don t use after market parts which is amazing. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was done by Thursday. The car looked great and looked like it was never in an accident, Anthony did a great job on my vehicle and if any future accidents do occur I will go here.

I searched many Collision centers around the whole area and Vintage was the friendliest, best customer service, the most on top of their stuff, and best reasonable price for the work I needed done on my car. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone at least goes there to experience what good service is like. I promise you will be hooked!! I know I am!! Great Job guys! Keep it up, I know I will be sending people your way.

I have been here two times to do repairs on my Subaru crosstrek and I can't recommend it enough. They do great work but also have great customer service. I really felt like they were looking out for me (1st time I paid out of pocket for repairs and it came in under estimate. 2nd time I used insurance and they fought for insurance to cover real Subaru parts). I hope I don't need repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I will not think twice about going back!

Without writing a novel, Let me give you the main points... Most shops in this industry go out of their way to sell you stuff that you don't need and jack the price of repairs up. I did not experience this here. They did their best to keep the price down and even reused some cosmetic parts that another shop was going to charge me $200 to replace. My job was done EARLIER than they promised me and my car looked like it had never been in an accident. Throughout the process, John kept me updated and answered all my questions via e-mail showing great customer service skills. Hopefully I will not need body work again anytime soon but if I do, I will not hesitate to use Vintage Autoworks
