I own an automitive shop in the area. We found ourselves in need of assistance with a customers vehicle. Bradford was increadibly helpful. They were able to take the vehicle in immediately to assist in the repair. They saved the day and we were able to get the customer their vehicle before close of business. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the 'other Taylor'.

Taylor and company at Bradford were exceptional. I was rear ended and had significant damage. They worked with the insurance adjuster promptly and got a supplemental work order approved and parts ordered. The entire staff at Bradford (from the receptionist to owner) were wonderful. The repairs were top notch! Even with a slight glitch because of the insurance adjuster's failure to include all necessary repairs on the estimate, Bradford went to bat for me with the insurance company. Sure enough, the insurance came through! Bradford made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Absolute waste of time, went there twice a first time I showed up they said that they didn t have any time to look at the vehicle. So I made an appointment for a week later showed up and they told me that they don t work on my vehicle. The lady behind the desk was extremely nice and friendly. However, the old man that came out was blunt and rude and he should not be in customer service in anyway or fashion!!!

Super happy with the body work that Bradford Auto Body did on my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Like the accident never happened! Taylor was very thorough with explaining the insurance estimating process and very friendly to work with. The front administrative secretary was also very friendly too. What a pleasure to deal with a local business that is top-notch, and also supports the community! Bradford completed repairs on my 2017 Honda Civic two days earlier than promised. The car looks perfect, and Bradford communicated so well with my insurance company and the car rental agency that the whole process was seamless. Old school, honest folks here that do things the right way. This is a family owned business and an institution in downtown Littleton. Also the lady at the desk is a national treasure and I don t care what anyone else thinks!

Over the years we'd used Bradford for several major auto body repairs (hail, accidents) We were generally happy with their work and prices. I went in to get a quote for painting a small piece of trim and the price was off the charts. We will probably use Highline Autobody in the future.

I was rear ended by a drunk driver in October and was referred to Bradford for an inspection and repair. They worked with me and made me feel like a priority throughout the lengthy battles with insurance. Mickey even drove me to Enterprise when they were too busy to pick me up. Unfortunately, my car was ultimately declared totaled by the insurance company but I feel absolutely confident coming here for future auto repair needs.

I took my SUV to Bradford Auto Body in Littleton to have my front bumper completely replaced. I first went to have quote done of the price as it would not be filed under insurance. I went to several places and they were the cheapest. The quote was very accurate and included all final prices. The gentleman that was helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I dropped my car off and was quoted 2-3 days. The car was finished in the estimated time. When I went to pick the car up they had also washed and vacuumed the inside as part of the package. I was very happy with the work done. There have been no issues. I have not had to return for any issues. I would highly recommend Bradford Auto Body to anyone. They were very helpful and friendly..

I have taken my car into Bradford Auto Body for the last several years and have never been disappointed. They have always done an excellent job. They were referred to me by a friend who's family have used them since 1960 and raved about the service so I decided to give them a try and now I'd recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car. I'll never go to any other place for body work on my car.

I stopped by for help with my car because I couldn't get my passenger side door to close. I didn't have an appointment. They helped me "immediately." They were extremely courteous and professional and took care of my car door. I will be back again for any repairs and highly recommend them! We had our car in the shop after a huge hail storm. The car was basically brand new. Mickie was horrible to deal with. We finally had to get our insurance company to help and the local service representative went with me to inspect the car. He found more issues than I did! Well, fast forward to today. While washing the car we found a trim piece that was siliconed on. It had been broken so they glued it back on. Poor workmanship. Be weary of using this place.

I must say, i am beyond impressed by the service. Fast, friendly and kind. They went above and beyond. They fixed a tail light for me and when i picked my car up, they had detailed both inside and outside of my vehicle. My car looked brand new!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

There is a good reason why this shop has been around since 1949 - they are professional, honest and friendly! The service I received here is not often found anymore - and I felt appreciated! There's definitely no question where I will go in the future if I need auto body work done - these guys are great!

Fantastic body shop. I've had two vehicles repaired there and I'm not sure which is better, the quality of their work or their service! I'll just say that they are both outstanding!

Per insurance/poor office manager on my behalf. As for Mickey the step dad's son of Brad (passed down, clearly without learning & building the true skill of owning/operating a company) Mickey lied straight to my do face well shaking my hand & looking me in the eyes.
