We recently visited the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway Service Center for our Jeep 4xe Wrangler, and we couldn't be more pleased! The entire staff was so welcoming, and it was apparent they take pride in making sure their customers are well taken care of. Zach in sales, Jack in service, and Kamran in finance, have worked wonderfully with us from the beginning, and continue to be amazing each and every time we return. I highly recommend!

My recent experience with the service department was great. I had my Jeep lifted with new tires installed and I could not be more happy with the results. Upon receiving the parts, they had me scheduled and completed within days (with use of a loaner) And a special thanks to Chris, who not only made good recommendations on specifications but walked me through the whole process and the price was UNDER my initial quote. Thanks guys

The service center is great! We had a damaged tire and they were able to replace the same day for free! The person who scheduled us was very friendly and the manager Bree is always nice (this was not our first trip there). Very happy with their service and will keep going back.

Fun, personable, and knowledgeable would describe the staff at this location!! I went in not really wanting to trade in my favored BMW and walked out with my new Audi!! Randy, the salesman, was always quick to let me know what was happening and we had great conversations while waiting for the process to complete!! Thank you Randy, and the rest of the staff that I got to work with, you guys made it great!!

Purchased my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk back in 2018. AutoNation Broadway Jeep has always preformed all maintenance. This past visit in March 2024 I had several concerns and they check and reviewed them in a timely manner and replaced what was required without having to return for additional repairs. Very pleased with them.

I brought my Jeep in for service for a check engine light and a misfire. Jack and his team went above and beyond to locate the issues and correct the problems. The found a computer issue and replaced it, cam shaft issues, replaced them as well as rockers, lifters and injectors and a completely clogged cat and bad O2 sensors, also all replaced. They went through my Jeep with a magnifying glass to make sure it was right and provided a loaner Jeep while mine was down. I 100% recommend this dealership and shop. I couldn t be happier!Thanks Jack!

The dealer website was easy and intuitive to use for scheduling service appointments. The waiting area was clean and setup nicely for working remotely while waiting for the service to be completed. Overall, excellent experience with professional and courteous staff.

I went to my second oil change and again they were so polite and knowledgeable. They did a free tire rotation and checked that everything is good so that I can safely drive out of state. AUTONATION Chrysler Jeep Broadway is amazing.

Breana was able to get my daughter's car in earlier than expected, diagnosed, parts ordered and back on the road in 2 days. This was extremely helpful since my daughter is a full time (commuter) student and nanny for several children. We currently take my jeep, my daughter's jeep and now my son's jeep vehicle to Broadway Jeep for regular service and repairs if need be. I have been going to them for about 20 years and have also purchased most of my jeep vehicles from them.

The service team at this location is really great at communication, and the mechanics usually solve my Jeep's issues completely in one visit. Love 'em - especially compared to another AutoNation shop in town that consistently disappointed before I switched. I drive across town for these guys. Only complaint is the wait time. I suspect they're understaffed on techs like so many folks are.

Having bought a car from an autonation dealership before I can say while the salesman were polite and friendly they definitely do everything to play games and take advantage of you. What I mean is I had a car to trade in. I still owed on it but when you are looking to buy a newer used car over 30k they came out with a low ball offer on my trade in then kept telling me they couldn't do better (which was not true cause they did) but it was the games they played while doing it. Even when they knew I work in the finance industry. That's when the big general manager came out ot help. They finally got the deal done but thats when the whole fun began. Not only having the car for a few weeks there was already problems that resulted in me having to have my car in the service department 3 times (within a months time). the first time was for a check engine light and a washer reservoirs that was cracked before I even bought the car but didn't know about. Working with the service advisor who was fantastic and took care of everything the experience was not great. The 2nd time I had it in was because thr service department didn't replace the reservoir because they claim there was no Crack. Again the service advisor stepped in to help. And the 3rd time again for another check engine light along with every other safety light lite up. This time the ser ice advisor helped but I dealt this time more with the service department manager. Hopefully it's finally fixed with no issues.

Chris the service advisor is always amazing when I bring in my vehicles for service. Chris goes out of his way to take care of me.Chris has previous experience of lifted offroad vehicles with aftermarket parts/accessories. Chris's knowledge has helped solve the many issues I have had with my lifted Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon.If you're looking for a service department that will take care of all your needs, I would highly recommend Autonation Jeep on S Broadway. Ask for Chris if you are looking for personal caring person that goes out of his way to take care of you.Chris keeps me updated on my vehicle repairs by text message. I have contacted Chris several times by text message and he has always responded. I have texted Chris for appointments and did not have to call in to deal with long phone holds.I had an oil change on my daughter's Ford Escape and Chris helped me out. I received a video of the service tech explaining what level my brakes and tires were. The video also showed the undercarriage of the Escape and the tech explained there were no issues under neath the vehicle.I was amazed by the video, and I really believe Autonation Jeep on Broadway goes out of its way to take care of their customers.Thank you Chris for all of you help, I really appreciate it.Best regards,Tom Rowley

We ve had nothing but great service from the service department. Whether it s an oil change, a recall, or a warranty issue, they have always been super on top of the issue, and communicative every step of the way.

If I can give zero star, I would. I brought my Jeep to their service cuz of some noise and they said nothing was wrong but they didn t put the nut back correctly so it destroyed my brake. About 3 months after, I was on the way to my house at night, there was some sound but the car was running normally so I didn t stop cuz it was only 10 mins to get to my house. Next morning, I was going out but I couldn t brake the car so I stopped by the closet repair shop. The mechanic showed me the photo of the nut that wasn t in correctly. So I towed my car to Autonation cuz I have a warranty here. They took over a week to get back to me that the warranty rejected to cover cuz I didn t tow the car to them right away when I heard the sound. They gave me a repair quote for $1700 and $200 discount. I don t understand why do I have to pay for it, since it s from their negligence. I brought my car to the other 2 repair shops, I asked for $1100 and $1200 which are all cheaper than Autonation.

I have never seen a jeep dealer so old fashion designed. I bought my car in Walser Minneapolis and it is not even comparable with that dealer. There was only one car in the dealer and there was nothing in the waiting room. (no TV , no desk to work with your laptop, no water and even no working coffee machine) . I went there with a friend of mine who was doing car shopping and it was not even comparable with the other dealers that I went with him . (Kia, Mazda , Honda, Nissan etc.) How would you impress a person to buy a jeep???? I do not get how Jeep does not audit these dealers at all and put a standard. It is not good for the brand reputation.Beyond all these , I said to the service person that my auto start/stop is not working and I read message that the batter is not ready in order to make a good problem statement and ask them to fix this issue . When I received the car and asked them if it was diagnosed and fixed and they told me that the batteries are good and they did not diagnose and asked me to drop the car one more time. Why would I come to a service second time? How could I make myself more clear to have them fixed my car? I am not satisfied and I doubt I will go there again .

Went in for a oil change. Had an appointment for 8:30. Called at 2:30p and was told it was done. Went in at 4:30 to pick it up and they lost our Jeep. My husband found it in the shop being lifted up to do the oil change. 2days later the low oil pressure light comes on and oil is splatted all over the engine.

Dropped my 2015 Cherokee off on Tuesday 04/11 at 7:00AM to replace a bad strut. Today is Monday 04/17 and the "MAX" warranty has still not been verified to do the work. SERVICE: This review is for their service department. What a terrible experience. Unable to correctly fix the issue and terrible customer service on top of that.I brought my car in because it wouldn't start. After looking at the car they called to tell me that it needed $3K of work (typical dealer stuff) but that the stalling issue was an easy fix and covered by the the $145 investigation charge I already paid (great! right?). I then opted into $1K of additional work and picked my car up the next morning. This is where the real fun began....The next time I started my car up it let out a terrible screeching noise upon starting. Then, when I started it up for the third time it proceeded to stall and die on me three times. Something completely new and different than the original reason I brought it in. Brought it back to them to look into and it's been 5 days of nothing but a run around. Not to mention they never called Friday to confirm they'd have my car through the following Monday. So I was surprised when I called on Saturday only to find that both my advisor and technician were out and my car was labeled DISABLED. Horrible service.Now it's Monday and I'm continuing to get a run around and continued obnoxiously long hold times when I first reach the department. They keep saying the noise is due to a water pump pulley. They suggested I replace my water pump for $1K (called Firestone and received a quote for $575). But they have no new news on the real issue, stalling. I told them I'm picking my car up tonight no matter what. I think regardless I need second opinion. I now lack trust in the quality of work and it's only been made worse by a lack of customer service.

Have gone here for 10 years out of misplaced loyalty. All the good agents have left. Spent foolsihinly $20k over time. No extra appreciation.- car broken into with no apology- grease left on handle consistently- no willingness to see you quickly- poorly executed repairs twice that I had to come back in the next day (ex forgot to plug in radio)Go to the southwest autonation location
