I've been trying to get two windshields installed by this place for two weeks without success. The first time they called to reschedule due to weather (totally reasonable) but the second time they missed the appointment I never got a call. So I called them and they left a message with the installer to call me, but they never did. I had to call back and reschedule yet again. Once again the installer was a no show so I called to ask what was up. They transferred me to the installer with no explanation who then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME after I explained which vehicles I was calling about. This is some impressively bad "customer service" so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. The tech (Jaime) was nice enough but did a really poor job - all 5 times. Yes, he had to come out 5 different times to "fix" things and they are still not right (at one point I asked for a different tech and they still sent the same guy). He broke a piece of the car and when he came out to put the new piece on (that I insisted be replaced), he broke my windshield and had to replace it again. This last time, my vehicle was left with debris everywhere inside and my rear view mirror wasn't replaced properly. I have had to call customer service several times now and they are never helpful, and in fact seem inconvenienced by my calls (thanks Violet) and not very interested in making things right. Never using this place again.Update 12/17/21: the windshield molding has been coming loose since the last time they fixed it. Took it in for someone else to look at and they broke the riveting. Gonna have to have ANOTHER new windshield put in and they have to reattach the riveting to the car. This place has been a nightmare.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The tech contacted me prior to arrival, showed up on time and got the job done without disrupting my schedule. The new windshield was expertly installed and there was no residual mess. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Fitters for any repair or replacement.

If I could do a half of the store or zero the star I would, I had these guys come out and replace my windshield on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe in November 2018 they broke something on my dashboard and went as far as having a manager tell me that some parts were ordered for replacement, being told this lie over and over every time I call finally today they called me back and they said that they have not done anything wrong and they could not have done this. After two months of telling me that it is going to get fixed and even sending a technician out agreeing that older model Vehicle dashboards tend to break when replacing windshields usually happens. They are not taking liability for something that they did I would never use this company again just to keep a lie going for two months having me wonder about when my vehicle is going to get repaired and then totally not taking any fault when it comes down to it

I had the privilege of having Keith come to my home to install a side window and a windshield on my vehicle. He was respectful, professional and extremely efficient. This was also done for an amazingly low price. I am so glad I chose Auto Glass Fitters!!

I had an appointment for 3 vehicles today and requested an afternoon time. The lady who scheduled the appointment said that would not be a problem. The installer showed up before 10:00 and I told him I had made arrangements for an afternoon installation as I was leaving the house. He told me that the ladies who make the appointments are in PA and didn t tell him of the afternoon request. Sounds like poor communication. I cancelled.

Arrived on time, at my home. The complete installation took an hour or less and the representative did a great job. He was courteous and hard-working. Thank you!

Very easy. Showed up at my location, great customer service. Only inconvenience is having a cracked windshield in the first place. They made it very easy.

Appreciate the quick service. I can still hear glass in the bottom of my door each time I close it.
