Good customer service they keep you up to date on all services being inspected. No pressure. No they no longer offer rental vehicles. Making it somewhat inconvenient.

It took a day and a half to get them to look my car which is under warranty and determine they needed to order a part, then 2 days after that the car will probably get repaired. It clearly wasn't much of a priority to take care of a warranty issue and their level of concern about us being without a car for a week could best be characterized as ambivalent. The service at our local import shop is dramatically better, it's sad, but I almost wish it wasn't under warranty.

This people took my money and didn t fix my car problem. After three day I noticed that the driver window didn t work and the back seat cover felt apart. I never will bring my car to this dealership. This apply to the agent who received me and to the mechanic who had my car, maybe they have good mechanics there, I don t know, but I didn t have a good experience.

They tried convincing my 80 yr old Mom she needed 4 new tires because she got 1 flat on a new car with 13k miles! Then continued to do an additional $1k of unnecessary work on the vehicle! Can you say lawsuit?

Elijah my service consultant always gives me the easiest best service I can possibly ever receive. I go there specifically so he can take care of me and my car! I highly recommend him!

I normally don t get my car serviced at a dealership but a friend of mine recommended this location so I thought I d give it a shot. I will never return because of my encounter with Konnor. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told I needed to leave my car since it will take a day or two. I had to call out of work for the night since I won t have a car and lost money because of Konnor.The second I got home, I received a message saying there was nothing wrong with my car but I needed to pay $100 for them to run diagnostics on the ECU which doesn t take more than 15 mins. Konnor told me I needed to pay the technician for his time that he spent working on my car and that $100 is more than fair since it usually costs $209. Why should I pay for a diagnostic if they found nothing wrong with my car? Especially considering most places don t charge unless they find a problem. I also have an extended warranty in which he told me covers the diagnostics. I was never told I needed to pay for the technician s time until after I got home and realized I never even needed to leave in the first place.When we asked about the faults, he responded with they re environmental faults. When asked to explain what that means, he said like in the environment. Faults in the environment . I m surprised he s a service advisor as he is seriously lacking customer service skills.I wouldn t waste your time getting your car serviced at this dealership.

I bought a 2013 Lexus IS250 from this Dealership in January of this year. The following day I noticed that the rear strut was making awful noises going over the smallest of bumps. On top of that the car would not start due to the battery terminals that were completely loose. I tightened the battery terminals which fixed that problem. I have repeatedly called about the strut, but my calls have not been returned by anyone. I have contacted the sales department and the salesman that sold me the car. The dealership says that used cars go through an extensive inspection process, but it is doubtful because the problems on the car that I bought would have been noticed. The most disturbing fact is that no one has returned my calls or emails. I decided to use this dealership because they make it seem like they are different than others. I understand that you buy used cars as is, but please dont keep repeating that cars go through a rigorous inspection. Please be careful and do your own extensive inspection when using this dealership

Audi Denver always takes good care of me. Especially so on a recent visit. My Audi needed some work done that would take over a week to complete. When they drove around a brand new A4 for me to use,my heart melted. Very impressive Audi Denver. I don't know exactly how I was so blessed. I caulked it up as my positive attitude and good vibrations at work. Seriously, this is a great dealership for service or purchasing your first or your tenth Audi product.

Took the audi in for annual maintenance and the next day we saw fluid on the garage floor. After sending photos to the service advisor, he said it was probably just from running over a puddle. I felt totally dismissed. Then after a long car ride, the brake fluid alarm went off. We had to get the car towed to the dealer and they didn't tighten the brake fluid screw during the annual maintenance. How does this happen?

From my initial phone call to schedule an appointment for service up to the second I picked up my car when it was done - the customer service was exceptional. Stanley Walters got it done! He had my loaner ready to go and kept me updated on the process and expectation of time necessary to complete the work. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are very professional. I go out of my way to use Audi of Denver even though there are 3 other dealerships closer to my house and office because of the awesome job the dealership does in every department. Highly recommend sales, finance and service!

This the best service ship I've been to. I know how dealers are when it comes to servicing and quite honestly it comes down to your advisor. All offer the same repairs and servicing, but it's the advisors job to explain, understand, and deliver results.So this review is owed to Elijah my service advisor. He understands problems and does his best to fix them and explain how it may of occurred. I wuldnt be coming here if it wasn't for him.Thanks,Waqas Nawaz

This Audi Service Center is the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs.Over the course of multiple years, my customer service experience at Audi Denver has consistently been, without a doubt, the worst service experience in any industry or company that I have ever had. Every single time I ve come, I ve had to return because of a mistake made by the team.I have loved all my Audis (currently 2019 SQ5 Prestige) and there are no complaints about the cars themselves. The problem is preventable, poor customer service. The level of ignorance, nonchalance, poor communication, and general idiocy is truly appalling at this facility. As a business person myself, I would be humiliated if I were responsible for this department. To the Sales Team, I apologize but because of the ridiculous amount of time I ve spent dealing with your Service Team I will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot spend another minute at Audi Denver.Objective Examples of Poor Service:- At a seasonal wheel swap, they confirmed they had my summer wheels (OEMs) at the branch for the swap. After 2 hours waiting at the service center, I was told the wheels actually weren t there and they were in a truck that blew over on the highway on the way to the branch. Fast forward to multiple back-and-forths the wheels actually were lost at the storage facility. Fast forward to a month later, I finally received replacement wheels and tires.- At another wheel swap, they lost a lug nut and told me I needed to come back later after they could go out and buy a new set from a local auto shop.- At a routine checkup, as I was handed the keys back I was told my front summer tires (1 season old) had the worst wear they d ever seen and that I needed to replace them immediately since they were dangerous to drive on. When I asked if they looked into the cause since it seemed odd, they recommended maybe a different tire . I then asked if they checked the alignment. We went back to the desk and he looked it up. The report showed drastic misalignment.- At a routine checkup, I drove away and the oil light came on. I returned to the dealership 20 minutes after leaving to find out they put too much oil in. The response: It s a common problem . They requested that I schedule another appointment to resolve it.- Every warning light came on one day. I called in and made an appointment. At the branch they said not to wait since 40 cars are ahead of mine but that they have no loaner cars, even though before coming they confirmed they did. I take a 45 minute Lyft home, walk in the door, and get a call saying they actually do have loaner cars and that my car has a defect that will take over a month to get the part by barge. I take a Lyft back and pick up my loaner car.- At a tire swap, I drove away and the tire pressure light came on. This can be common so I returned home. The next morning, both front tires were very low. I filled them enough to return to the dealership. They said there is nothing wrong. I returned home. The same scenario repeated exactly the next day. I waited 3+ hours at the dealership and they returned the car saying there was nothing wrong. Exasperated and late for a meeting, I left. Miraculously the tires held air this time something doesn t add up.Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Big thanks to Randall Whitlock, the Service Manager. I had kind of a unique unexpected service hiccup with my car, and they could have easily just told me to book a separate service appointment and order a whole new part, but Randall and his guys personally looked into it and came up with a creative solution on the spot. I am so impressed with the customer service initiative and how they went above and beyond for me when they really didn t have to. Randall and his team deserve a big bonus or a trip to Tahiti or at least a giant margarita for all the trouble they went to for me. Top notch!

Bought a used Audi from them, and was pushed to pay for a warranty. The very next weekend, starting having car troubles. They gave me a loaner and fixed the loose bolts. Then about 3 weeks later, noticed the windshield washer dispenser was broken. I was told by the operator that it isn't covered under the warranty, nobody from finance called me back despite my voicemails, the computer warnings keep returning. They only gave me one key and said they were ordering another, due to arrive in a few week. No updates. Kinda feel like they sold me a lemon and bs warranty. Very disappointed. If this was a shirt from H&M, I would return it but now Im stuck with a very expensive mistake

$187 to change a $16 headlight bulb. They told my young daughter that the anti-freeze required a change due to the fact it was getting orangish.They must have forgotten they changed the orange anti-freeze less than 5000 miles ago when they changed the defective recalled water pump. Also told her the alternator pulley required replacement because it had grime on it.Whoops that was replaced already too!Almost forgot that they tried to charge my daughter over $1700 to replace the recalled/warranted water pump. They decided not too charge after I called and told them it was warranty.

Took over a week to get a repair and 10K service completed. Decent communication, but its was fall based on selling us something. I will not go back. I will drive to the dealership in the Springs rather than go here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Lousy proper service. Someone tried to streal my car but only got the key. Then, through a list of improper communications, it took 2 weeks and 700 dollars to get a new key. Do not go here

Be aware that the Service Department HATES dogs and if you show up for a loaner with a dog you will be rudely shown the door. And they won t tell you that until you re there.
